Chris the salesman working with us was a true gentleman and was always very professional and knowledgeable. He treated my whole family like they were his family also and made us very happy with the car and the deal my wife ended up buying. My son and I are going to be continuing him soon to discuss some other cats and trucks we are both interested in. I’m confident he will take good care of us.

I ended up buying a new one! Very happy with the purchase and process.
Customer service was excellent! They scheduled an appointment with me 30min prior to my arrival. JR Souvenance was the sales rep. He had the keys to what was inquiring about 30min prior to arriving. He also asked what I was looking for. He showed me what I asked for and also showed me other options. I fell in love with a car and I took it home two day later! It was pleasant to work with JR - top tier professionalism mixed with humor!

Although I didn’t purchase a car from this dealer, the salesperson was very attentive and quick to call me.
Me and my family drove over 3 hours to look at a vehicle that was described as "100% solid, no issues" only to find that it had significant problems that would cost several thousand $ to repair. Chrome trim broken and falling off, malfunctioning tire sensors, non-functioning backup sensors, deep dent in the passenger side rocker panel, rotten weather stripping, wheels mis-aligned, etc. After pointing out that the car was not in fact "100% solid" the salesperson left to go attend to another customer for 40 minutes! When the salesperson finally returned they informed me they would do nothing about the problems (that I was never told about), and the price could not be adjusted for the expenses that would be needed to fix these issues. Ugh!

Contacted Salesperson on a 4WD SR5 I saw on their website. He quoted $34500. I cut my trip short in Denver, when I got home in Dallas I called him and told him I was going to go check it out and test drive it. I drove from Dallas and when I got there, he was not there and was told by another salesperson that they did not have that particular 4Runner that I was inquiring about. Wasted a lot time and gas driving from Dallas to Houston and back to Dallas to be lied to
