The employees were very nice, and I was to purchase a new vehicle. I was unable to test drive the
vehicle because when I arrived, the car batter was dead. Apparently, the car hadn't been driven in
quite some time. The sales associate and I spoke in debt about the vehicle, and I was able to sit
in the vehicle as we waited for the battery to charge. During negotiations, we could not agree on
the trade in value of my current vehicle. So, no sale was made on the day I visited the dealership.

Just didn’t have a good feel at the business with old rundown showroom. They have a lot of great vehicles but prices are only OK and their marketing is not good. Having to use Hyundai financing or getting an additional fee added is not a good look. Their on site employees were all helpful and professional and I’d reconsider them under different circumstances.

This was the most disrespectful, deceitful, unprofessional, and unethical car dealership I have ever dealt with. I called ahead made an appointment, test drove and came to an agreement on price in which their “manager”, Tabias made me sign my name on and he shouted to the delearship that they sold a car. I then waited for over 3hrs on “paperwork” for them to try and charge me almost $1,000 more than the price we agreed. There was no confusion, they just increased the price. Their reason? “Oh, we can’t go that low of a price.” They wasted most of my day to try and swindle me into paying more than we agreed to and had no issue wasting my day, and Tabias was no where to be found. If you want to be lied to and cheated, this is your dealership and I would expect to be ripped off.

very helpful on the phone. Test drove car. Decided not to get this car because of poor vehicle reliability reputation. Nothing to do with dealership. I will be doing business with them for my older Hyundai

I was very explicit, multiple times, about which car I wanted to see. They continued to insist I come and look at it, when I got there, it
hadn't even been delivered.
Last time I went, unrelated to this car, they gave me a sob story about how they need to feed their kids. This dealer is absolutely
garbage.

Sakil was great to work with. He let us test drive the vehicle and explained all the features that were available. Definitely grateful his assistant recommended us come in July 5th because they dropped the price after the holiday.

Went to several Hyundai dealers Southtowne was the only one interested in selling me the vehicle I wanted on terms I’m comfortable with. Got my Tucson $5000 cheaper! Thank you Southtowne!
Terrible experience. Callbacks came from a noisy call center where the salesman could barely hear me. Voicemails left for me were loud & aggressive. I wanted to purchase from out of state & do the deal via email, but they had no interest in that, even when I told them I was ready to buy. I stopped hearing from them after I told them I wanted to finalize the deal via email.
The sales manager contacted me wanting to talk about a number of cars she had. I told her that
I only wanted to know how this particular 2015 Sante Fe Sport 2.0T AWD had less than 3000
miles and why it was not offered as a certified vehicle. She never replied. Seems kinda like bad
service (or bait and switch) to me.

I went looking for an upgrade, and the dealership was attempting to sale me a 2001 vehicle,with a broken passengers side mirror broken and no radio.I would ride a bike before I brought any car from this dealership.
