Car had a few obvious flaws. Headliner was hanging, but they tried to cover it up by having sunroof pushed back. Didn’t want to discount price because of it. Car had scratches & they didn’t offer a detail to try & clear them up. I’ve heard several bad things, but I got experienced it 4 myself. Highly doubt I’ll do business with them in future.

Salesman Chris Stogner was rude and condescending after I asked for pics of Hail damage from advertised vehicle. He replied to me that it was expected damage and how else I would expect a vehicle to sell $6000 below MRSP if it wasn’t damaged? I guess I was wrong in assuming a vehicle depreciates 30% once sold, and additionally is driven 18,000 miles which is above average for a vehicle less than a year old. On top of that vehicle was destroyed by hail, and I should be appreciative to pay as if vehicle was in pristine condition.

I had a great experience and a lot of fun. This is what car buying is about. They were straight forward about everything. I was in and out in about an hour and half. Salesman was great. Everyone I met there was great and fun to be around. I would gladly recommend the salesman and the dealership to anyone.

Such a great experience. I was able to communicate and take care of everything via email and text. When I arrived to pick up the Porsche I was greeted and taken care of with great care. The dealership got back to me very quickly. I told them I had very little time and they had the car ready for me to look at and test drive. Unfortunately the car was not what we were looking for in terms of mechanical soundness, but I appreciate the dealerships willingness to help us.

Seemed okay at first, but then was told they couldn’t get my payments where I wanted them, and that my research was incorrect. They told me everybody would tell me the same thing. Funny thing is I went to another dealership and bought a car for the same price and they got my payments right where I wanted them. Would never buy anything off of these guys.

Only complaint is I didn't get the financing I was pre approved for and I wasn't going to make a second trip out there because it was the car I wanted. Also my tires were overinflated at 50psi. I took it to a honda service center near me and fixed the problem.

The advertised price was agreed to, but I now see it was no honored on the finance agreement, the cash price was increased to $8,787.00, that is $788.00 more than advertised and verbally agreed to. Also agreed to touch up the paint chips all the way around the vehicle, but that was not included on the final paper work either. Salesman did not respond to email communication after the sale.

I had sent an e-mail to South Point concerning the Mazda3 I was interested in. The dealer did not return an answer to me until after I had driven to Tulsa from Oklahoma City, looked at the car and bought it. When I got back to Oklahoma City that evening, there was a response to my e-mail that the car had been sold. Duh!!!! The dealership was awesome, whoever is manning their e-mails are worthless. Taking 2 days to respond to my inquiry does not bode well for the dealer ship. I give the dealership 5 stars for their help and selling me the car, I give a 0 to their e-mail department. If I had relied on them, I wouldn't have gotten the car. My advice, if you see a car interested in at South Point, go to the dealership. Very knowledgeable and great sales support, DO NOT DEPEND ON THEIR E-MAIL SERVICE.

Saw post late Fri, contacted someone Saturday after several calls, explained was exactly what I was looking for (I’ve owned an Element for 15 years, want a low-mileage other).. would they give me a drive-away price (all charges included) for thus vehicle, including a factory tow package? Sales will be in touch later today. Late the following day, text from a salesman who knows practically none of the above. Texted back: I want this car, need a number. 2 days later hear from Internet Sales, need to know my “trim package” preferences. 3rd repeat of “eager buyer” info. Nothing further. Car ousted as “sold” 2 days later. Not whatnid call an “eager seller”.

I understood the fact that South Pointe Honda was inflexible with price because this is a high volume dealership in a very busy area of a major city. Plus the vehicle I wanted had only been available for a few short days. That said, after I conversation with a sales consultant one evening I was all set to return the next day and buy a Chevy truck from South Pointe Honda. I reached out to the sales rep via email asking for a little more movement on the out the door price and his reply just hit me all wrong. He wrote back saying he had asked his manager Kyle and that now his manager was 'mad at him' for asking about the out the door price again. Was I suppose to come buy the vehicle now because his boss was mad? I would expect this type leveraging in junior high but in the world of expensive vehicles and major decisions for people it was an absolute joke to read something so absurd.

They contacted me, but I requested specific information that was not met. Specifically I wanted to know if the car was available. They never responded with a yes or no, just what features I wanted in a car. I assume they had sold it, but they never informed me so, even in subsequent contacts.

They called to make arrangements to look at this car and I live a hour and half away. When I was 4 miles away from the dealership they decided to tell me it sold knowingly I was on my way.

Our in-person experience once we arrived at the dealership was satisfactory, but unfortunately we were very disappointed with the quality of the vehicle we went to look at. I had called the used car sales manager to inquire about some minor damage that i had seen in the pictures they had posted online, but he assured me that the vehicle was in very good condition & was an excellent buy. He refused to negotiate on his listed price, stating that the vehicle was well worth what it was advertised for. Well, the following day, we noticed that the dealer had dropped the advertised price by another $500, so we went to take a look. We were very disappointed to find that the vehicle had very significant cosmetic damage both inside and out. It may have been mechanically sound, but it looked simply awful. I thought about the sales manager's confident statements just the day before about how convinced he was that this was an exceptional buy, but my eyes told me that this vehicle didn't look worth half of what they were advertising/asking for it. In the end, we drive almost 4 hours round trip to look at a vehicle that did not at all match the sales manager's confident description. I know he has to do his job, but I wish he would have been a little more accurate in his description of the vehicle when we spoke over the phone. I learned my lesson to ask more specific questions before I go look at a car

We weren't planning on buying a car, but we walked in and Josh greeted us (at his desk, not in our faces) and he offered to help us and he was honest with us from the start. We fell in love with the car and Josh did everything he could to get us in it that night. We had THE MOST pleasant car buying experience with him! Salesman and manager very couteous. Brought the car my son and I was looking right up to the front door, went for a test drive. Car was as advertised and at a good price. Did not buy that day because we wanted to keep looking but we will definitely go back the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealer. The price they provided in their initial response was 3k higher than that listed on the carcurus site. When asked about this they avoided the question as well as ithers.

The car is going to salvage because it's wrecked and they still haven't posted for some outrageous price. They told me it wasn't for sale and here it is almost a week later still for sale on your site. He told me it would be $4250 as is and that they were not going to fix it. So I don't know why it's listed for $8500.

I leased a car from South Pointe - which is about to end - and had a good experience with them for the most part. So, I'm looking for my next vehicle now. I want to say that I appreciate the hard work it takes to do well on a commission-based salary, however, I do not appreciate having my time wasted. I test drove the Subaru Outback, and while it's nice, it is too much vehicle for me. So when I returned to the dealership, I told the rep helping me (Bob) that I wanted to test drive a CR-V. At that point, Bob said 'Oh, that's really out of your price range.' I explained that I just want to test drive it (not mentioning that it's not his business to police my budget). He flat out refused to let me drive the CR-V, and began trying to talk me into vehicles I have zero interest in (which I did express to him). He then ran around helping other people and left me waiting for 30 minutes while other sales reps could have helped; let's face it, some people can't juggle helping multiple customers well. Needless to say, I'm not interested in returning except to turn my lease back in.

I emailed to see if they could get send me pictures of the interior of the car. They never could send me pictures and even avoided my question for the most part but oh let me tell you they called me immediately to talk me into trying to come in for a test drive (I live an hour and a half a way, so this was not happening). A certain "Internet Sales Specialist" in charge of would email and call me to schedule my dealership visit, but would never answer me as to why they refused to send me pictures of the inside of this car. I really liked this car, but they did not seem to want my business as I never got answers, just repeated messages asking me to come in. I went elsewhere and bought a car I love and was treated with respect.

They were quick to respond and not pushy. After test driving the car, I needed to a day to think about it and they didn't hassle me at all. When purchasing the car I told them it would need to be a quick process. They had everything ready when I showed up. Did it in less than a hour. Nice guys.

I worked on a deal for 4 days. I live 300 miles away and wanted to make sure we were close on numbers. The salesman emailed me and said we were close to come on up. I headed that way and he calles me when I'm over an hour from my house to tell me he sold it last night. I asked why he didnt call. He had no good excuse. I tried putting a deposit down to secure it the day before and he said they couldn't. I think the fact I had my own financing and he or the dealership wouldn't receive any kickback was part of it. I called a manager and explained the situation to him only to get the same excuses. Don't deal with these people. Terrible professionalism. The least they owed me was a call asking if I was coming up and if I wanted it, which I already told the salesman I did.
