Contacted them about a vehicle they had the day before and let them know I was really interested in it. The morning I headed down (2 1/2 hour drive) I contacted them and let them know I was headed that way and they responded great see you soon. 25 minutes out he text me and said sorry it sold! Highly don’t recommend this dealership. Waste of time!

getting me approved. I looked at the truck on my lunch break and paid my down payment. By the time I showed
back up after work, Mike had everything ready for me to sign, and drive home. Excellent Experience!

It has been a very disappointing experience so far. I have been following up with the dealership
for the last 2 weeks and today they have surprised me by quoting $30,409 for the car. I believe it
is misleading for the customer to see some price on your site and then the dealership increases
the price when the customer reaches them to buy it. It is not fair business.

I had significant questions about the condition and maintenance of the vehicle. At first, it seemed the salesman wanted to assist in answering
my questions. However, once there were appointments confirmed of people physically going in to look at the vehicle, I became an after
thought. The salesman stopped responding to my inquiries. He sent me one text saying if I wanted the truck, we better make the deal, before
someone else buys it. Well, I was not buying a truck long distance without all my questions answered. So, next thing I know, I get a text over 6
hours later saying the truck is sold. Okay. Fine. You have to make money. I get that. Next time, just tell me you do not want to help someone
buy the vehicle long distance instead of trying to pressure me into a quick sale. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.

lunch.I sent he a competitors price.He never texted me

A fairly business-like transaction. Everyone was honest and up-front about the car. Communication was open and prompt. They were ready for my test
drive appt and the car was clean and ready to go. Even gave me a full tank of gas! I wished they would've shared more intricate details of the car's
history such as all mechanical changes, etc., but all in all, I believe I got a good car!

No communication between employees. Asked two questions about the car, neither question was answered the next day. Blamed management when all she had to do was go out to the car and look. I live 2 hrs away. Glad we didn’t go there. Very poor service

EDIT: It has been 2 weeks since my original review. This car was initally listed for $5,300. When I was shown the car two weeks ago they said they couldn't sell it. Now, I see it is listed at an even higher price. COMPLETELY DISHONEST.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
DISHONEST. I called ahead to see test drive a vehicle they have listed on their site. Adrian was very helpful and told me to come right in. They show me the vehicle, only to tell me they cannot sell it to the public and it has to go to auction. THEN WHY DO YOU LIST IT ON YOUR SITE FOR SALE? The manager Mike informed me that 'they have to list everything.' They do that to get you on the lot and talk you into something else. ABSOLUTELY DISPICABLE. TYPICAL CARSALESMEN RUN AROUND. YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. WASTED MY VALUABLE TIME, AND TRICKED ME ONTO THE LOT.

Told me the car was sold. Then wrote me an email asking me if I was as interested in the car. When I asked if it was available or not I never got a response. Then two weeks later I seen that the car actually did sell.
However I did have someone else from the same location emailing me that was very helpful in trying to find me a car.

Well I called right be for I left Stillwater ok and they said they still had the truck I was looking at online. But when I got their they didn't have the truck and couldn't tell me when it sold. That was a week ago and the truck is still on line for sale. I will not ever return to this dealer and will not send my friends.

TERRIBLE. When we went out to look at it on 8/18 it had been listed at $2,000 on Cargurus. I wentout there with my best friend and my daughter, confirmed with Chad that it was $2,000, and he said yes, but that no one would finance it for the $65/month as stated on Cargurus. Unless I filled out a credit app, I couldn't even test drive it...then he made up a song and dance about how I would do better to finance for a more expensive car, when this car met my requirements and what I could easily pay per month. Now, the damned thing is listed $1,500 dollars HIGHER and it hasn't even been a full week since I went and saw it. Did it sprout wings overnight, or start making gourmet coffee while it drives that it required a $1,500 jump in price?!?!? He acted like he didn't want to sell me the car, wasn't really trying, and now they jacked the Damned price?!?!? Don't trust them for as far as I can spit...and that's not very far.

The car was junk, and the salesman gave me a price $500 higher than on car guru. One of them was quite snooty on the phone. Will not go back there.
