Called about 2 cars. Both were gone within 1/2 hour it took me to get there. Not a person besides me was on the lot. A classic bait and switch.

The salesman was very persistent on trying to get me into the dealership without providing the information I required over email. Insisted he could beat the other dealership's offer but was not providing his offer. After going back and forth with him a few times he finally gave me the information I was asking for but I had a better deal from another dealership. When I showed the salesman the offer he stopped responding which I found rude.

Yes, they replied very quickly however the listen was old and that truck had been sold for a while now.

Called the day before to find out if available. Was told it was just to drive there today 5/29/2019 and be told the car was “sold”. I thought I would get good service since I purchased a corolla for my mother couple years ago. Guess not.

Worst experience ever-total waste of time. Had phone rep and told him my criteria, prior to my visit. Rep not very professional, knowledgeable with car inventory, and unprepared.

Someone with a little more experience shouldve called instead of a rookie, essentially the pers I n on the phone shouldve just tried to see what kind of deal could be maide instead of just trying to ripp me off over the phone

Offered John a very competitive price which he accepted without haggling. He never tried to sell me on some other vehicle etc. Was in and out with a great deal on a used car in under 90 minutes. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

It was quick and easy with pre-negotiated price over the phone. Quick finance paper work. The whole thing took only 2 hours to complete.
