I decided not to move forward because the interaction over the phone felt dismissive. I wasn’t given any clear information unless I drove onsite, which isn’t practical. The “take it or leave it” attitude made me question the level of support I would receive as an actual customer. I chose another dealer & bought my F150 who showed proper courtesy and professionalism from the start.

The car I wanted was sold but the Cadillac Escalade they offered was just as nice except the color. They won me over and plenty of perks to ease the worries of purchasing a used car. Good folks and good service.

Answered my questions and was super helpful.
Bait and switch? They had 2 vehicles advertised that we were interested in so when they didn't respond
we just went in on a Friday. Staff was great but they are given a script. They didn't have either vehicle,
one sold Monday and the other that very day. The script started...we left. They got 3 stars for the
salesman, who was great and they didn't keep calling or sending emails and texts like other
dealerships.

Went to the dealership to try to work a deal on this truck. They kept offering me deals on other trucks but never tried to get me into the one I came to see. Said I needed a co-signer I got one and still wasn’t offered a deal on the truck I came for.

Thank you for your most recent feedback. When it comes to car buying NO dealership has control over what a bank is willing and not willing to loan. Approvals are determine by a customers credit profile no matter the deal a dealership is willing to give. Our job is to sell every vehicle available in our inventory but allot of times a consumers negative payment history prevents lenders from achieving a higher loan amount for a vehicle. Once you have re establish trust with a bank then usually a lender will approve you for a higher amount. Sorry again for the misunderstanding.

Sales associate was uneducated about the car, kept repeating,” Each car goes through a 16 point inspection”. The finance guy rolled his eyes while my wife was asking questions, we bought the car, BUT if I’d known about that happening, (I didn’t find out until much later), I wouldn’t have purchased the car. They need to work on PR skills. The last thing was they sent an email or a text saying they took $300.00 off the price of the car. When I used the multiplier the salesman gave me to figure the total cost of the car including TTL, it was $300.00 less that what the finance guy’s total was….guess they got the $300.00 back???

The sales person became antagonistic. He started saying if I couldn't afford the car they had cheaper ones. He gave me a price and then changed it when I was ready to buy. He told me that they change their prices weekly. They called a week later lowering the price to what he said a week later, but it was too late because I had already bought the same vehicle from another dealership.
Called and schedule an appointment to check out an expedition. When i show up they said the expedition was sold yesterday and brought another suv for me to look at. Total BS they put vehicles that they dont have on there website just to get costumers to come in and then try and sell you other cars.

They only sell used cars so they are different than a big dealership in that they are smaller but they were nice both on the phone and in person. No pressure was put on us when we test drove the vehicle. We ended up going with a different manufacturer so we didn’t buy from them. Otherwise our experience at the test drive was nice.
Sensory overload in their showroom. It was hard to concentrate, or even speak to my wife because the music and noise was so loud. The one in Denton, TX, is not affiliated with BBB. After purchasing our truck, we found the headlights were crooked, as was the bed of the truck. There were no Carfax reports, but local dealer said it had had a significant impact. Radiator looked to have just been replaced, undercarriage has overspray from recently being painted, and radiator frame missing several screws. Wiring was not secured under hood (which is usually undone with mechanic work), sheet metal screws used to secure plastic beneath grille, to bumper? Sales lady didn't seem to know anything about this vehicle, as far as history. Final salesman tried to add things onto the bill. Seemed also that the "managers" we're pushing out saleswoman to the back burner, even though we were ready to buy.

Psych! That’s what I got. That old dealer joke. The car is listed at a great price but man they just sold it this morning. Funny things I went while they were closed & checked to see if I could find it, it wasn’t there. Of course they had to bring another car similar or some what similar. But it wasn’t the same car. Don’t believe them if they say their great deal is in stock.
Dealer did not wanna budge at all on price after I went through my bank for financing, told them I have the money right now to come make a deal if you can come down at all to my asking price. Salesman wouldn’t let me talk to a manger kept insisting I drive 3 hours to come negotiate in person. Few days later I found a truck local with 4x4 also around my asking price. Then I get an email saying Sign it Drive it had lowered this truck under my asking price. Very annoying, and kept telling me they can’t work with me on price unless I use their lenders and use their interest rates.

The sales agent was nice but I felt like they came right out the gate with over $5,000 worth of fees and wanted us to pay $400 a mth on $10,000. I felt like the haggling on the side of the dealership was a turn off.

Everyone was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, after leaving the dealership I found a leak in one of the tires that I had to patch and my windshield wiper fluid reservoir does not hold liquid. I also was disappointed that some nice touches I had experienced before at other dealerships had not been done, such as filling up the gas tank.

The salesman was pushy and not very professional. The Denali I drove all the way down to see was in terrible shape. The engine as well as the wheel weld was caked with red dirt, the door molding was hanging off, the quarter panel was dented up, the interior carpet was dirty even the key fob was partly melted. When I asked the salesman about it he said ( I ) can order one on line for $ 100.00 dollars. I could feel every bump on the test drive. You would think they would at least detail the vehicle somewhat be showing. Worst ever...

Good experience. Tony was very helpful in sending me preview pics (none up on the site, yet). Vehicle in good shape except for BADLY cracked dash, something I specifically told them in initial call would be a deal breaker. Drove to Denton and test drove it anyway. Had they reduced the price by $1380 (the cost to have my guy do an OEM reinstall), I might have bought. As it was, I found a 3 year earlier model elsewhere with lower mileage and dash intact for almost $4000 less...almost as clean as theirs and with original (much quieter) exhaust.

They were very sketchy. Gave me a car to test drive that I didn’t ask for and the check engine light was on. The guy didn’t tell me the car i wanted was still being serviced and when I looked at it, it was all rusted and covered in leaves. Not a good first impression at all.

This people really make me waste my time, we had an appointment Thursday at 5:30 PM, I called the guy at 3:30 to make sure we still on, he said yes, I drove 1 hour to get there when I got there after waiting 30 mins watching this guy going around back and forth, the manager came with him and told me they sold the car I want but they have a different one ready to show it to me. Please don't do that to customers, I was interested on that specific car not there rest of the cars you have there.

They did not put me through the typical dog and pony show that big dealerships will put you through. They negotiated a fair price on the car that I bought. The only reason I am giving four stars is that the car did not come with floor mats, spare tire, or the expensive electronic keys that are necessary for the car, only a valet key. This is my fault for not checking, I was excited and did not think about it. I feel like they should have Let me know that the car did not have these things before I signed the form that states they do not owe me any of these things. Like I said it was my fault but buyer beware. Besides that this was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a used car

Went to investigate this listing and they said the car was already sold. I've been getting updates on the price dropping a month past that point. They're most likely just posting as click bait.
Absolute amazing... the staff is very friendly and helpful. Armando was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He’s not car salesman, he’s a guide to your next vehicle. He doesn’t rattle off reasons that you should purchase the vehicle or rush you to make a decision. Terry ( The financial guru) will make sure that you get an affordable payment plan. Don’t forget to check out their insurance guy (forgot his name sorry) he’s great. BG will make you feel right at home. I wish they were closer so I could visit. I’ll take that hour drive to purchase a vehicle from them anytime.

Avoid small dealerships like this one. They sell high mileage vehicles that come at a high risk. I bought a car from here and they told me they would cover any issue with the car within the first 30 days, but unfortunately that’s not the case. Within the first day of the purchase, on the way home, the transmission went out and overheated on the car I had just bought. They refused to help in anyway, so now I’m stuck with a car that’s useless until I replace the engine and transmission.

This truck appeara to be a false leader. Dealer contacted me to let me know that the vehicle had a slight accident during a test drive. They did not know when it would be out of the shop.
But their own vehicle history report shows that this truck was sold at the end of July.
The 2 stars is due to the fact that they contacted me promptly. I give them credit for effort.

Called the dealer and let them know we were headed that way from an hour away. Told him which car we were interested in specifically. We pulled up and the truck was pulled up and and prepped and was pretty impressed at that point. Thinking they had it cleaned up for us to drive. Found out the vehicle was already sold to someone else and wasted half an afternoon driving. The salesman we talked to on the phone handed us off to someone else. I let the new salesman know how i was feeling and acknowledged that i know it wasn't his fault and my anger wasn't directed at him. The manager stepped in and immediately started making excuses for the poor customer service we exchanged a few more words and i stated I am not gonna stand here and argue about it and left. The manager made some flippant remark as i was leaving. My family and i left without a vehicle from them and went to another dealership and purchased that one instead. Will never even look at Sign and Drive again.

Terrible experience. I drove from over 200 miles out to see/buy car that had already been sold. Spoke to Salesman Terry the night before and he was still asking me what time I was coming in. When I got there, Terry came out after making me wait about 15 minutes and introduced himself then walked away. Five minutes later, the sales manager comes over to tell me the car was already sold and offered orher cars to see. This is a small dealership that has potential to do well, if only they would be more responsible and stop lying to their customers. Then again, at the end of the day, this is a used car dealership that will never receive my business again. Total waste of time.

The salesman, Mr. Phillips, was great to work with, he listen to my needs and allowed me to test drive two vehicles before making my final decision. There was not alot of pressure. They have great selection of clean pre-owned vehicles to choose from. A great auto service department to answer all your concerns about the vehicles. I did not buy that day, however, I do plan to purchase in a few weeks.

We purchased the car from hundreds of miles away. Had a family member test drive. Daughter flew to finalize the purchase. With pictures, the Carfax, comparing prices we made a decision online. The professionalism and quality of the dealer was important to ease our comfort. Never thought I would purchase in such way.
Not willing to negotiate on the price at all. Claimed that Texas has gone to the fair deal rule and not worried about selling them for a profit. The 2004 3/4 ton truck I look at had multiple flaws compared to what the photos looked like. Would not negotiate on price even after I showed them my squawk list with the truck:
Paint chips on hood
1 tire is different
Driver front fender flare damage
Driver rear door dent
Driver mirror does not extend all the way
Driver seat piece broke
Missing LT emblem
Steering wheel controls don’t work
Stains in seat and floor
Missing cover under driver dash
Driver rear scratch
Tailgate cover dent
Jack isn’t even bolted down

We drove 270 miles to Denton to look at a Suburban that they had online. We had looked over all of the pictures and were satisfied. Once we had gotten there it was apparent that they had photoshopped the pictures to get people to come look at it to then offer to have the damage fixed if it was purchased. The photoshopping made us wonder what else was wrong that was being hidden so we left.

The salesman we had spoken to was nowhere to be found, and the salesman who greeted us would not help us. When our salesman finally showed (he had actually been on the premises the whole time, eating), he asked for a copy of my drivers license, we went out to see the vehicle, then he asked for my insurance information. I had driven a very long way to Sign It Drive it, but I chose to leave and not deal with them.

I heard back from them almost immediately. I even went to test drive the vehicle. They entire group were great to work with, pleasant, and efficient. For personal reasons, mostly financial I chose not to purchase the Element. Which, the only thing lacking was "new car" smell. I only gave them a 4 rating because when we began discussing price, the msrp was listed and not the internet posted price and they added on some warranty and security packages that I felt were overpriced. When I continue looking, I will contact them again.

Took 40 minutes and 3 mechanics to figure out how to open the door to the
vehicle with a dead battery. They list cars at the very top of the retail range,
and will not even scratch the bottom of the wholesale range on a trade in.
Typical old-school dealer swinging for the fence, trying to squeeze every dime
from the vehicle they are pushing, and then making a huge profit off your
trade in. Completely inflexible. Buy somewhere else.

They contacted me within 24 hours and set a test drive. Once there, they had the car waiting for me. The people were nice and answered all my questions. I was not able to purchase this vehicle at this time, but will use this place again.
Called and asked to drive a car that had been online for over 100 days. Told
them I would be driving up from Fort Worth. Walked in the door an hour later
and the guy said someone was signing the papers on it. No phone call or
anything. Tried to sell me on another car. Just unprofessional.

Either they want to sell a car or they don't. This is the second time I've talked to them about a car. The salesman terry seem like a nice guy and would do better at a better dealership. Sales guy I worked with was great (after waiting for about 40 minutes for a preplanned sales appointment with zero notification from him- he only spoke to me when I told the guys in the middle they obviously didn't want to sell this car they have been sitting on -- they are very lucky that the vehicle was perfect for me otherwise they would have lost the sale) but total incompetence with the back office. Had the wrong information on almost every form that I caught when reviewing everything for the final sale, and had to correct myself.
They signed an agreement for them to pay me a small sum of money for the difference in value in my trade in and this vehicle. Insisted on cutting me a check and not using a bank wire. Said I would get the check in a week. 3 weeks later, nothing. I have called there now 5 times and gotten zero response.
Mind you, this was all on a cash transaction. I shudder to think about what would go on if I had to finance a vehicle!
I love my vehicle, but will absolutely never do business here again. 0/10 if I could rate them lower I would.

Very high pressure sales type financial manager. Salesman was very good
who went with us on test drive. Really liked the car and might have bought it
except for high pressure tactics. The added on several things which were
optional, but kept pushing them. They would not give us an "out the door"
price.The never would give me his card either. Salesman gave me his card as
we were leaving.

I was told the car I was interested in was available. Set up a time and when I got there it had already been sold. It was extremely loud in the waiting area. No one greeted me when I entered. And I had to contact salesperson several times with no reply. I finally contacted the sales manager. I did not buy a car.

I strongly advise you all not to drive all the way there because the picture of the cars are edited and they will tell you the car is just sold and force you to buy another car. I called James that I'm on my way to see the car and after they take my info 30 minutes they couldn't find the car and they told me that someone made deposit online. So disappointed and after so many arguments they let me see the car and the car was flooded but they did not mention it.

Filed out online credit app with this company early on sat morning, followed by an email with a few questions about a truck i was intrested in. Monday morning around 10 a.m i get what feels like a generic cut and paste response email, i reply back with folllow up question. Four days go by without any reply to my questions, no phone call or email. On day 4, Thursday i call, salesman cant answer any of my questions about the truck, i hwt responses such as.. good question been asked that about this truck a few times, im quessing it should, and so till i gave up asking anything about the truck, and moved on to finance questions. Was told he needed to talk to finace and would give me a return call in 30 to 45 min, that was 4 days ago. Most dealerships are almost down right annoying with their follow up and and constant attempt, cause if your not moving cars your not making money. Sign it Drive it seems to not care about making sales, would hate to see how they would treat customers after the sale.

dealership by noon to see this particular car. I told him was not
interested in any other vehicle but this one. I was getting in my car about
to leave for the hour drive to see the car when my phone rang. The
salesman said someone else just bought the car over the phone by
placing a deposit on it. What the heck, I would have put a deposit down,

Svcs was great but I wished that my new car was washed, cleaned of dust on the dash, the for sale sticker resadue was cleaned off my windshield and a full tank of gas n not 3/4 filled. That just shows how cheap the dealership is.
if you like an unprofessional atmosphere this is the place for you. However
I'm old school i would've liked to see more professionalism from the sales
team. That being said they stress how "amazing" their service department is
yet it missed the fact that the tires on the car were practically BALD, as well
as low engine coolant and the headlights were aimed horribly (one is
pointing straight down basically).

way too expensive and the car was not in that good a shape. couldn't open tonno cover to see bed. all new tires with work obvious on front passenger tire indicating some front end problems. new tires to cover it up. hub cap under seat in back. wipers were worn out and paint in bad shape. Didn't drive it as it was tucked back in lot but had no inspection sticker on the window ... cars that year in that class sold by dealers are in the range of 3500 max. It has had according to car fax some issues with passing emissions which is probably why the didn't have a sticker on it. wanted the financing to fix it first. sales men were always nice but bottom line are you going to get a good deal.

Responded quickly, gave adequate information to my requests, and did not force any unsolicited info or suggestions, and all of the compairable trucks they showed me were well within my goals (price/style). good experience.

They claim to do a 100 point inspection on the car but apparently this inspection does not include fluid check... the car was completely out of radiator fluid and overheated. They get a cash bonus when they have google plus reviews and a sales guy that only briefly replied to my message gave me his card to leave a review for him. I know money is cool and all but they are just too greedy to feel comfortable with. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a quality car. An oil change and hubcaps do not mean "well taken care of". They also offer repair services, but seeing as they don't even check the radiator fluid levels, I wouldn't dare take a car there to get fixed either.

Received a email from John the owner I think and we set up a test drive day. I drove a couple hours to test drive a few cars and sign and drive it was one. The atmosphere was "young" or laid back. My sister a bit more reserved said it was TOO laid back, definitely a unconventional store. Talk to the one guy it had seemed they didn't have the car ready for the test drive. I ended up dealing with someone else besides John who I initially dealt with. And I didn't hear from til a couple hours later (think he was the owner). There was a little pressure I think they were under the impression I wanted to buy the car whatever the case I was just looking. I told them I was being financed by my own bank and they put on more pressure trying to convince me to bank with them. They were nice listened to me, as I was leaving, John came out after he realized I was not purchasing the car and tried to convince me to get it. Overall good experience and nice people. HAD CAPPUCCINOS!!

Extremely responsive sales staff dedicated to customer satisfaction. I phoned this dealer in the afternoon, met with them 30 minutes later and walked out the door within an hour of deciding to purchase. Multiple options were offered to me, based on my communicated interests. Although this a smaller facility, the dealership environment is clean, updated and comfortable, with amenities offered such as gourmet coffee and espresso, separate lounge areas and flat screen TVs. The application process provides an exceptionally quick turnaround with in-house financing and the ability to trade in your vehicle towards purchase same day. This dealer also hosts a Service Department, which is uncommon for this size operation. They obviously care not just to sell the customer, but to retain the business. I'd recommend checking out the inventory online and visiting Glen at the store! Thanks so much Sign It Drive It!

This is a small privately owned
dealership. They have good customer
service and my overall experience was
good. I would purchase a car from them
again. But I would reccomend that you
look to see if there are any recalls before
you purchase a car there. They don't
inform the buyers of any potential
recalls.

I bought a 2013 subaru crosstrek and it's
been fantastic. They had encouraged me
to get a pre-purchase inspection and
they found the transmission needed to
be replaced. They replaced it with no
complaints and its been driving great.
I've put about 3,000 miles on it since
then and there have been no problems
except the horns not working, but
regardless, it was a really great buy.
