They did not have the car they advertised. They showed me a broke down Outback and said if I did the finance paper work they would get the car running by mid week so I could pick it up. It is not the same car that they have posted. Had cloth seats, would not start, broken trim, seats were stained and car was filthy. Don't bother going here

Wow- this was a great buying experience. We live 3 hours away and they were great with scheduling an appointment for us, staying in touch and making sure any questions we had were answered. Logan was great to deal with. Honest, not pushy, flexible, didn’t make us feel rushed and really dialed into what we were looking for. We were able to complete a lot of the sale remotely which expedited the process once we picked up the truck. 100% recommend- ask for Logan and have a great experience like us.

Would never buy from this dealer. They gave me a ride to look at
the truck and when I didnât want to go through their financing and
that I would be going through my bank they informed me to find
my own way home since I wouldnât buy on the spot. Their rate
was almost triple my bank rate. Plus their sneaky add ons raising
the price.

Great place and car. What I don't like is the price they show you online is not the price of the car. What you see as the price on the car here
add $2,900 to it and then you will know the real price.

Aly is very attentive and has been great with contacting me about test driving the vehicle. Unfortunately, they're 3+ hours from our house so it's kinda hard to get there at the moment.

The sale went alright. However, there were some hidden add ons that I think are just a way to get more money. Example, lifetime nitrogen fill for tires. I don’t live in the state. How am I going to get free nitrogen? I was told I would get $1000 off if I went through their financing process rather than finding my own. After getting this set up, I asked about the discount. Answer was that if I had used my own financing or paid cash the original price of the truck would have been $1000 more. Is that fraudulent?

Don't waste your time here if you actually want to trade a vehicle in... Appraised for one price then showed up and $2k lower because supposedly their Appraiser was new and didn't know what he was doing? HUH? After the low ball offer there was no help with the rest of the deal and would not honor their original appraisal.

Put a deposit down on a vehicle while it was still being ran through the shop then found a vehicle that fit me better they gave the deposit back no questions asked but at the same time most of there vehicles are from the auction

They were quick to get back to me, unfortunately the Accord had just been sold.
I Would never do business with show me auto. They listed a Wrecked truck and didn’t say Anything about it. Until the day. I was going to come take a look at it. Shiann the sells men texted me some pictures and said the price online is with The cosmetic issues not being Addressed. But online the post says it’s a clean Well-maintained truck Nothing about it being wrecked. I would say they had to mean people Require about it. And now they want more money
Worst place I have worked with, they send you all these emails, but never get back, then they do they say sorry got rid of everyone of the 300 we auction them off ,but they was trying to sell them just a day or so ,Worst place to even talk with let alone trying to buy a vehicle from them,

Excellent job
They reached out to several times and we’re professionals. I don’t like how their price is contingent on who finance the deal. I have my own financing and I am a possible cash buyer if the deal works. They kept adding costs until the final price was higher than the advertised price. Other than that, I had a nice experience with these folks!

Good experience
I set up an appointment to test drive their 2008 Chevy Equinox on a Saturday. That Saturday morning, I
received two text messages asking me to confirm the appointment. The first was automated, but the second
was from a sales associate. I asked if there was a problem and the sales associate replied, "no, we were just
checking". The afternoon appointment time arrives and I take my daughter with me to help me look at it.
When I arrived a different sales associate takes me to his desk, leaves to find out about the car and when he
returns, he tells me that the car was sold yesterday. How do you sell a car and then not only keep an
appointment to have someone test drive it, but have a salesman text you to confirm that you are coming out
to test drive a car that you already sold. I was not impressed with the way that they do business. I will not
be going out there to Show Me Auto in Harrisonville ever again.
I did not purchase the pickup. The salespersons were easy to talk to and sent me pictures as I requested them. The vehicle was almost exactly what I wanted but I did not want to pay 1000 for “insurance.” They also have a 495.00 doc fee.
The other bonus is that they told me before I made the three hour drive. I’ve since learned to ask those questions up front.

Friendly and a good experience
This is not a reputable dealership. They told me I was pre-approved then said they never looked at my credit application. I saw them harassing people and yelling at them if they said they wanted to think about purchasing a vehicle. They got really loud and were trying to strong arm them. They advertise a warranty but it has to be purchased. They also add 1000.00 to every vehicle’s price that you MUST pay to cover 1 oil change and air in tires. Very sketchy place. Bought a vehicle elsewhere!

Heard back very quickly and was sent the Carfax. However, I had to point out it showed the car was already sold. A week later I hear from another gal telling me the car is still available and would I like to come drive it. So two different people tried to get me to come drive a car they didn't even have anymore.
Don't sign the buyers order until you’re ok with what’s on there. Once signed, the dealer will not allow you to back out not even if its hours later.
This dealer used lies and deception to make the Sale. Once the sale was made they refused to cancel the contract even though i contacted them hours later. The only reason i don’t give them a worste rating is because they did remove some stuff from the contract, the car i got was undercalued, and they arent the only dealers with deceptive practices. Overall, it was typical Dealer BS which nets them an average score. I would not reccomend this dealership.
Contacted them, went to see a car.... was told it was gone (which it wasnt)....and they tried to sell me some other vehicles I wasnt interested in. And then got called later on saying the car I wanted got a addition to it.... contacted them again with even more interest in the vehicle, and then got no response.

Was told a truck was there and set up an appointment to see it. When I arrived it had been taken to another dealership and after two hours of waiting was told it was sold.
Terry was terrible. Didn’t know prices of cars or know much about them. He wouldn’t let us look at the cars we wanted to. Kept pushing us towards cars we weren’t interested in. When we asked how much the vehicle was he said he didn’t know and that we needed to look it up online. Poor customer service.

Buying my truck here was a low point in my life. I'll be regretting my decision to buy new truck for the next 60 months. New tires needed in the first 1500 miles. Unable to have tires aligned, suspension problems... The Show Me Auto Mall fixed the minimum # of the suspension problems to correct the alignment issues. Now the AC does not work.
i gnored the red flags because I'm an idiot, don't be like me.
Bring your own financing, they want to charge you more.
Trucks imported from Canada, be careful. Are the Carfax as complete as a US vehicle?
Every vehicle on the lot has just above zero fuel in the tank.
Airbags? If you expect your vehicle to come with airbags, by careful because the show me auto mall is not responsible for the functionality or existence of the airbags.
Active Duty Military, or married to a member of our armed services? I can't say that they are discriminating against members of the military, but they did have me sign a document saying that i am not Active duty
They are terrible!! I walked in asking to look at a vehicle and told them I would be trading in our current car. They wouldn’t show me anything until they took all of my information. Then wouldn’t show us what we wanted to see and tried to make us buy a vehicle above our price range. They also refused to tell us the price of a vehicle until they looked at our car. Shady shady dealership!

They promptly contacted me and set an appointment for me to look at the vehicle.
The car had some issues. It had to be jumped to even test drive and a door sensor was bad on it. The battery ended up being bad after only having the car 8 days. The outside was completely covered in pollen and the seats needed a good wipe down. It was rinsed off when we purchased but still not the cleanest. It just felt a lot was overlooked when they did their check of the vehicle when they got it and didn’t do much to clean it up during the buying process.

They did me right contacted them about this 13 f-250 and a week later it sits in my driveway
Absolute worst buying experience ever. I drove 2 hours to an assumed good vehicle and the car had leaking suspension parts everywhere, oil all over the car and this was a surprise to them when I pointed it out. Power steering was empty and the car didnt even have a/c. Did they even look at the car? I gave them a weeks notice that I was coming and they still didnt even clean it. I was told that they will just sell the car to someone else who wont notice these horrible expensive repairs.

Very responsive just all the way in Harrisonville?
Worst person I have ever dealt with at a
dealership. I asked specific questions
about a truck and they were ignored. Then
I asked about the fact that it was a fleet
vehicle and he flat out lied about it. Even
tried to prove to me it was personal use
only, by sending me the car fax. He
obviously didn't read it because it says in
plain english the vehicle was registered as
a fleet vehicle not to mention the 22,500
miles put in it in the first 29 days of
ownership. Plus several other items
mentioned on the report. It was serviced
but also seemed to have repeat problems
and some failures where parts had to be
replaced. And to top it all off asking
22,000 for a truck worth 19,000 tops. And
then tries to pull the whole lift and tires
make it worth more, which it doesn't. I
have owned several lifted vehicles and
when you take them into a dealership they
give you the amount of a completely stock
vehicle. Just a dealer trying to lie and
make a LOT of money off of a truck that
he has to lie about to sell. Will definitely
not do any dealings with Eugene from this
dealership. The worst thing is I knew it
was a fleet vehicle and would still buy it
until he started lying about it. Pathetic!!!
Just beware of the vehicles and research
them yourselves or you will be lied to.

You asked if it been a leased or rental. Our salesman looked that it originally was licensed as a personal owner. Then Carfax listed it a year later as a fleet vehicle. Which is weird because you don't normally see King Ranch trucks in a fleet. This could of easily been overlooked. This is also way he sent you a copy to show you. After my online inquiry, Eugene, a representative of Show Me Auto Mall, replied promptly. I drove down to Harrisonville from KC the next day and was quickly greeted. I was able to test drive the car and get all of my information requests answered. A second representative took over and provided more information. I got all my questions answered and felt zero pressure. All in all, a surprisingly pleasant experience.

Cliff was very easy to deal with. Every time I called, if he couldn't answer the
phone he would always return my call as soon as possible. Since I was
buying from out of state, Cliff took the time and gave me honest and accurate
description of the truck. I highly recommend Cliff if you need to purchase a
vehicle.

Would not answer my questions directly. Gave vague, generic or opinions as a response and avoided some questions all together. I am not driving 6 hrs on a used car salesperson's opinion. I asked the questions for a reason. I will not waste my time with them again.

Only reason Im rating this 4 stars instead of 5 is
because the wait times during purchasing were

I visit this dealer and it was nothing like my son and I was told. I made a 9+ hr trip for a car that was nothing like it was advertised. Josh was the original salesman,but put me off on Matt in the middle of a sale...who seems to know very little about the car. This Cadillac Cts wasn't detailed inside or out so I can't see how they expected it to sale. The mileage was higher then advertised and yet it was only being test driven..700 extra miles. I took a look at some of their other cars which was also not detailed, too many...as if they already belong to some one. Kinna wondering are they selling cars or leasing them out. Anyways the ppl were very friendly at other places we stop at.

The vehicles were probably at 60% detailed and now we are closer to 90%. We have a new service manager who has taken the bull by the horns.
