The dealership responded quickly about my inquiry about the car we were interested in. The whole process went quickly and smoothly, overall. The people were great to work with and were eager to answer questions and resolve any issue. The car did have a very strong cigarette odor when we opened the doors, it was so objectionable that while test driving the car it was hard not to be distracted by the smell. They reassured us that they would thoroughly clean and fog the interior with a smell eliminating machine; they did and it was significantly better after, but we decided during the purchasing process to replace the fabric upholstery with leather, which will help even more to take away that awful smell. We are still working our way through the end process of getting that accomplished plus some small bodywork repairs that they will fix. I would recommend this dealership and the people we worked with (Steve, Jeremy and Allen). It was a low-pressure, and a very accommodating dealership.

The truck was advertised on 4 platforms
the same price. I booked an appointment
and when i arrived the sales rep told me
that the website "glitched" and lowered the
price by over 11k. The rep was snickering
like it was funny. The price I went on was
market price. They took an additional 5
days to raise the price on most of the
platforms.
Great experience. I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet but the knowledge and patience I have been experienced with Luther, just incredible.

Shawnee Mission Kia did not provide accurate
information on their Cargurus post. They
listed the vehicle as having 1 owner, but
Carfax showed
it had 3. Nothing was disclosed in terms of
issues with the vehicle. When we took it for a
test drive, the
dealer made sure it was already unlocked so
we would not discover the fob didn't work. I
understand it's a
used car, and really if the salesman had said,
"By the way, the fob doesn't work," it would
not have been a
deal breaker. But there were many things
wrong with the vehicle that were not
disclosed, and while some
were fixed, it was only after we discovered
them. If we had not found the issues, they
would not have been
fixed. WARNING: add $800 to your price for
fabric and paint sealing whether you want it or
not. This whole
process is why I hate buying used cars in the
first place, and I will not be buying a vehicle
here again. It was
a learning experience for sure.

Excellent experience. Cars were ready for test drive as soon as I got to the lot…20 mins away when I called. Answered all my questions and worked very efficiently. Entire process took 3 hours. We’ll definitely use them again in the future and will recommend To family and friends.

Good overall experience. Bought my last car there and the salesman I had for that car contacted me for this one. Have a pretty good relationship with him however the car sold the same day I inquired but I was not told this by him and found out through cargurus. He wanted to sell me something else for a higher price and more mileage. The car I was interested in was a great deal and once it was sold I wasn’t interested in paying more for a lesser car.♂️

We got a great interest rate and the payment we were wanting including a bumper to bumper warranty. We ran into a issue at the beginning of our dealings but they bent over backwards to make it right. We walked away very happy with our purchase.

The salesman, Scott, was great to work with. He
worked hard to find just the right car and at the
right price for me. He is a good guy. However,
the sales manager Bryan, was a complete jerk,
was dishonest, and treated me like I wasn't
worth his time. What an arrogant, pompous, and
rude guy who apparently enjoys trying to insult
his customers inorder to inflate his fragile, yet
massive ego. Bryan, you are what gives used car
dealers their bad reputation, but you just take it
to a level that is unmatched. If you want treated
respectfully, ask for Scott. If you want the worst
car buying experience of your life, ask for Bryan,
the sales manager. Honestly, it amazes me that
Bryan has a job where his ego and arrogance
seem to be tolerated.

Got switch to a different salesman after we arrived. Didnt know a lot about the new Telluride being a new SUV that was fine. But I wouldn't buy a vehicle from a dealer charging 600 dollars for paperwork that was a little nuts.

It was a smooth as it could go...I called Friday they held it over the weekend.Rob and the Gang made sure the car was ready for test drive.They actually had hotdogs hamburgers and some chips.I fell asleep and still had my wallet.Thumbs Up
Price not an issue. I decided to go with a "Fun" car instead. 2006 Mustang
GT Convertible. As for the dealer, I took a test drive, and price was fine. But
I didn't take the process any further. My impression was that the dealer was
very interested in selling me a car, but there was no pressure to do so. They
understood, that the Infinity was not a pony car.

Beware of price juggling. I called to make an offer on a Sorento and the manager told me the car was not going to sell at the listed price and that it was actually $3500 MORE. They drop prices to gain quick attention and retract the listing offers.

Dealer wasn't bad at all. Scott was very nice and only tried to pull a low dealership scam once and once I said something immediately he got very quiet. If my wife wasn't in love with the vehicle I would have walked away. The cleaning service however needs to be fired my detail after I bought it was horrible to say the less. The areas me and my wife could see easy were cleaned but under the seat there was garbage and in the truck compartment under the tire might have housed a Bird at one point. Once you go across the street though incredibly friendly and worked with us to ensure we got the title quick fast and in a hurry. Also they arranged to have it inspected in kansas no charge. Over all I would rate it 3 out of 5 only due to after I asked for a detail before I put my money down they didn't do a good job and my sales man tried to get me sign on a loan at 26 percent interest without ever tell me my rate out loud or showing it on paper. Still heated about that I couldn't even sit down after that I wanted to leave so bad but the wife will get what she wants.

Initially I was contacted by a salesperson and had my questions answered. The salesman was kind enough to send photos to my email address. The vehicle was not exactly what I was looking for. The salesman contacted me several days later to see if I was still looking for a vehicle, and I replied twice, but I have not heard back from him.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with the upmost
professionalism. Kenzel Simmons was our salesman and he went above
and beyond the call of duty to make my car buying experience the best
ever! He came in on his day off and worked with me for more than 5 hours
making sure I understood all the bells and whistles my car had to offer. He
even stayed late so I could take some photos with my car. He put me at
ease and was never pushy or unpleasant. I couldn't believe I was buying a
car. I was actually having fun. My last 2 car buying experiences at other
dealerships both left me in tears wishing I hadn't even bought a car, but not
true at Shawnee Mission Kia! I left with the biggest smile on my face. I
love my new car and they whole car buying experience.

They were extremely pushy and basically lied to my face. Horrible service. While I was there I saw them drive two other customers out. Don't know how they stay in business. Will never go back. Sad really. Now I will have to go to another dealer to buy my wife a new kia.
