I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. We communicated for several days, and the salesperson provided all the photos and videos I requested. Before coming to see the car, I specifically asked for the final out-the-door price with all taxes and dealer fees. He sent me the number, and we both agreed on that final price.
After that, the salesperson suddenly began insisting that I send a deposit. I declined, explaining that I would simply come in person the next business day to purchase the car.
Right after I refused to send the deposit, the salesperson increased the agreed-upon price by $5,500. When I asked where this number came from, I never received a clear explanation — only vague excuses about unnecessary “protections” and add-ons. This was nothing more than an attempt to change the deal and charge extra after everything had already been agreed.

Very responsive, but I made an appointment and drove an hour there only to find out that the AC was not working on this vehicle and it would be several days before they could fix it. I stopped in the middle of the financing portion because the salesman was asking me questions, then shouting my personal/financial information out to the front desk for everyone in the lobby to hear. I walked away from the deal before even seeing the numbers.

I bought a car on March 8 on the 13 of March before I went on vacation my engine blew. The manger Bobby laughed at me & said I'm responsible for anything with the car because yes I signed the paper work but dam never thought less than a week my 1st car i purchased the engine would blow. No they didn't try to fix it. He said my dealership is protected it's your problem. I'm sick to my stomach haven't even made a payment yet. It will cost me a 3k to fix it. The kicker they had the audacity to contact me again just to sell me another car l, like I was a new customer. Bobby was not helpful at all and he was very excited to tell me I signed the paperbwork it's my problem. I just want my money back and to go somewhere else. I'm in a nightmare right now. They knew that car was a Whole LEMON...

They tried to tell me the car had been modded, he said there were engine upgrades (there weren't) and whole exhaust kit put in (it was rusted out stock) the pictures they provided are pretty off from the car itself all of the carbon fiber were peeling off stickers, the purple trim was miss matched and peeling off and there were several other aesthetic vinyl pieces that were added by the previous owner that you can tell they tried to either take off part of it or didn't bother matching the other side

Happy with the truck and most of the people I had the pleasure of working with to get the truck purchased but the salesman I was dealing with wasn’t honest and was very much just a salesman. The truck only had 2,800 miles on it and he insisted that it had never pulled anything. When going through the tow settings it clearly reads the truck towed over 1,100 miles. The towing doesn’t bother me but I expect an honest deal. Dealership was fine but wouldn’t deal with that salesman again.

John Laughead took awesome care of my need for a truck. Needed to replace my truck that had been wrecked in a crash. Looked at replacing with what I had (2007 Silverado), but after discussing my needs with me John found a much better truck for just a little more money. It was a year newer and in great shape. I am very happy I came to Serra and dealt with John. I am looking at replacing my wife's car later this year and John will be who I buy from.
Very dissatisfied with the events that took place. Had made a deal on a truck. Tried several times to put down a deposit. Each time was given a reason why they wouldn't take it. This was a long distance deal. 200 miles apart. Couldn't get pictures of actual truck. Did get some of interior. Sales satyed in contact with me. This went on thru the weekend. Assured me that it wouldn't be sold until I had a chance to followup on the deal. Monday morning was told the truck didn't make their inspection cut. Tuesday followed up found out per story that it sold to a customer with a cash offer Monday morning. I should have been given the opportunity to match an offer or my deal should have been honored. Was offered a deal on a different truck 2 years older more miles and a different engine for the same money. Made me wonder if they even had this truck to began with. Would not trust dealing with them over the phone or on line. Would have to see to believe.

They tried to sell me a different truck. I told them what I was interested in & they immediately started saying it wasn’t a good deal. The salesman did too much talking & not enough listening. He had very little knowledge of the vehicle as well.

My salesman was the worst. He presented me with a number, which was actually higher than the additional discounted sales price. All he did was add another year, after discussing that I only wanted a 5yr note, so my payments were lower. While I take full responsibility because I signed the paperwork, it's sad that you still can't trust car salesman. Then I took it back a few days later to get detailed and I had to drive around back and use their tools/products myself to clean the car. Meanwhile, on this drive to the back of the dealership, my salesman looks at me, laughs, and said, "look at your shoes. You have dirt all over them. When did you buy those 1970 something?". WOW. Just WOW. Then I found a large toy in the third row side cup holders, which tells me they didn't even touch the back seat because they would have seen this very large kid's toy. I'm in complete dismay.

Recently we attempted to purchase a used
chevy geo tracker from your used car
dept.of Serra Chevrolet. It seems, per our
experience in this venture, that your sales
dept/service dept were not knowledgeable
as to the condition of this used vehicle.
After several unsuccessful attempts to
negotiate a deal for this used vehicle and
after explaining to them the many
mechanical issues this vehicle has, we
were still willing to purchase at a reduced
price, we were finally told that they had
inspected the car further and realised that
the vehicle did have Many mechinal
issues. We were told since it had so many
issues they decided to wholesale the car
out. We still let them know that we were
interested in this geo tracker at a
wholesale reduction price, which we
offered at the beginning. So far, we have
not received a response. Which now
makes us wonder how efficient their
inspection of used purchased or traded
for vehicles are.

I contacted them for he above vehicle, even did the online trad in appraisal, had the numbers all worked out and was contacted for a deposit, which I gave them all the information for. Hours went by (I was assured that the car was mine) was then contacted late in the evening and was told that someone else at the dealership had sold the vehicle , but not to worry, they had found another one with double the miles down the road and that the same deal was still on the table (where do I sign!!!!). I feel that they found a way to make a little more money on the car from someone else rather than selling it to me. This was my wife’s Christmas present and I had to scramble to find another one (which I did at a lower price). At the end of the day, I’m not mad at them, I think the communication and service could be improved upon drastically.
Stay away from them..Their $1000 non refundable deposit is shady.Then while ur waiting for the buyers order,another party suddenly appears and is working with another salesman to steal your car.and your 1000 isnt good enough and the full down payment of 5k will hold it..all this before u even see the car..and then the car u want plowed into a deer last year and was disabled,and they wanna argue over 800...run away

Very respectful and informative. They were some what competitive but they do allot more volume and with the flooding in Florida and Texas appear to be moving the cars out fairly quick. My only complaint is that unless your walking through the door, you don't have much time to decide on the car cause they are.selling it right away which makes internet shopping with them less attractive.
My experience was an unpleasant one. Due to the salesman Chris running my credit score downward even more without even giving me a test drive and total amount for the vehicle and tag transference which is what I came for. Plus, I didn't get to operate the vehicle at all.
He was so uncourteous and was money hungry.
Sales isn't his field at all.
I didn't bring a down payment because I was waiting to present a substantial amount which was noted and all I wanted was to get the total amount for everything. I was told," no luck" because I had unestablished credit and that for $15K I'd need $4-$5k to drive off the lot.
I know that it's 10% which should've been $1500 down to the most.
They lost my business and I hope people pay attention.
I won't be doing business there EVER!!!

I did credit application and got approved via
telephone and online. I got an interest rate and
the amount of monthly payment. I was then
asked when could I come pick it up. It was
agreed the following day since I lived 3 hours
way. After this was agreed upon the salesman
called me and asked could I go ahead and make
the $500 down payment. I had a coworker give
him my bankcard information because I had a
client. Thirty minutes later he called and said the
car was sold. He then went on to offer me a
more expensive Maxima and Chrysler 300.
REALLY AND I THOUGHT I'D PURCHASED A Q50
S INFINITI. I went to my local Infiniti dealer and
purchased a brand new one on March 29!! I
WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO
MY ENEMY!!! I wish I could give negative 5
stars!!
