Dealerships internet person responded promptly. Went the following day for a test drive. Salesperson was informative of the vehicle. I was close to purchasing this vehicle until I found out the hitch was not wired for lighting. I assumed if it had a hitch it would have been wired to light up your camper, boat, trailer ECT. It was explained to me many SUVs are this way. Perhaps this is a learning process on my part or perhaps the dealer could make mention of this. The vehicle was nice, just fell short for my needs!

Terrible she knew for 3 days I was coming to test drive the car and she never put it thru the shop or cleaned it. Couldn't drive it off the lot because all 4 brakes were that bad. Emailed her and the sales manager after I got home and never heard from them. Would never recommend them

After buying cars for almost 40 years, I will tell you that Sendell was the Ultimate BEST dealership i have ever done business with in All of these years. They were able to do the Fiancing through my local Credit Union & actually got me a lower rate than going direct. Josie was the F&I person that handeled the transaction in the Most painless & professional manner. The BEST EVER...GREAT DEALERSHIP !

They told me id get a good trade in price from my GMC after driving 160 miles they offered me $500.00..That would have been ok if i wasnt told that id get a fair price for my trade in..Since i was told id get a decent price for my trade in I didn't bring any one to drive my new car home....The price is 12,996 it was 200 less on the internet price..It was 12,796..I offered then 12,700 cash and was told no...So i went home in heavy traffic over 2 hrs to get home..The next day i call and ask the best cash price out the door and it was right around $12,904.00 The lady that did my paper work was nice..But i just had a bad experance with the salesman. Since that is a 6 cylinder with around 74k miles it sold its self.

Although I did not buy this car from Sendell, I have purchased from them in the past and find them to be excellent! Quick to respond. Easy to negotiate & purchase my car, They were very fair in dealing with a few surprise issues in the process. All in all, a great experience.

Dealer called right away. Set up an appt. We called the day of and said we would arrive earlier than planned. Car was pulled up and ready to view/test drive upon arrival. Staff friendly and courteous. Financing was good however the friendliness decreased slightly when we turned down their warranty. Overall very good experience and would recommend the dealership to friends.

Despite discussing at length with me a car that was advertised and that we were planning to come see, one salesperson did not know that the car was already sold. Frustrating and a big waste of my time.

Drove in to look at a car after the salesman called and asked me to come in right away, as he had another appointment in about an hour and a half. Arrived at the dealership within 20 minutes of that phone call, was given the key and told I could go look at the car on my own. Apparently, the salesman had another customer come in after he called me. I then looked that car over, became rather interested in driving it and negotiating a price, only to sit around for about 45 minutes while the salesman worked on selling another car to the other customer. There were at least two other salesman sitting in the lobby with me, doing nothing. My salesman was still with the other customer when I left without anyone else approaching me to tell me about the car or to test drive it. It seemed to me that, knowing I would have been sitting around for quite some time doing nothing but waiting for him to finish the other sale, the salesman should have been considerate of my time and sent my sale to another salesperson. After all, it was pretty obvious to me that there were other salespeople available to talk to me. This was the second time I was on this dealer's lot, ready to buy, and ended up being left alone for more than one-half hour. Since the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior, I would guess that any post-sale customer attention would be, at best, as poor as my pre-sale experience. I will not be going back to this dealer to be forgotten about a third time.
