From beginning to end the staff treated me with respect and in 2 hours I owned a new vehicle. Their first rate preparation for delivery is worth noting. I would recommend this dealership for those shopping used or new.

Car ended up being sold a day before I could get there, but Selena was quick to call and alert me to that which saved me a 40 mile drive. Appreciate the fast communication!

They were extremely helpful and I ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. The majority of the process was done over the phone since I was in another state. I called before i drove to the dealership for 40 minutes just to make sure the car is available and when i got there 1 of there sales person informed me that the car sold out last night .

After inspection, there was undisclosed body and part damage. Though the sales representative, Mary Ann, was delightful.. they were unwilling to admit subterfuge nor negotiate price in response and management was hostile and pushy. I will not be purchasing here nor would I recommend.

Saleswoman Mary Anne was very sweet and considerate. Tanya the financial services rep was crass and rude. I hope the car is a great one, so far so good.

Scott’s Volkswagen was a great experience for a first-time car buyer. They sat down and explained portions you didn’t understand. When I contacted them, they responded quickly, eager to get me into a test drive. I got there a took a look at the vehicle; it was priced correctly for the conditions of the car. Doing paperwork with them was also very smooth and easy, getting my car registered in a different state and doing finances. My saleswoman Hayley was a huge help in the process. She got my registration done and got my plates to me within a week. This dealership is great for a new Audi/Volkswagen
