Had a great experience buying this car. Our sales rep, T, was extremely professional and straightforward. I appreciated the one price-one person philosophy of Schomp. Knowing I didn’t have to haggle for a price took a lot of pressure off the decision.

At first , when first started the deal..it was not good …but over all in the end , the final sale was great !!!!Loving every minute …blessed because my Son helped finalized the deal …what was not done in the beginning of the deal , was made right right at the end …I couldn’t be more happier …

I was promised a copy of the inspection checklist performed by the dealer for this vehicle during the purchase process. Trusting the salesman - BIG MISTAKE - I purchased the vehicle without receiving the checklist. I wanted it to use in determining maintenance intervals going forward. I am pleased with the vehicle. However, 4 requests and 10 days later, the dealer still has not provided me with the inspection checklist. I can only assume the dealer never performed an inspection and/or is not willing to be transparent with the results of that inspection. As a result I believe the dealer has been deliberately dishonest with me and I will NOT be doing any business with Schomp in the future. I acted in good faith - the dealer did not, and accordingly this dealer does not deserve my business.

I didn’t purchase this car but the salesman is still checking on me. I told him what I’m looking for and he will let me know if he comes across one. He is excellent!

Great experience. The staff was wonderful Derek was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable and did a great job. And Mr. Jang, the Sales Manager sent me a personal video a few weeks after the sale to check and make sure everything is going well. Very sweet! I recommend Schomp Mini for all your Mini needs!

Told me they had to get the vehicle ready and would contact me when it is ready to take a look at it and hour or so later it was sold. Horrible experience.

Schomp made the remote purchase of the Mini go very smoothly. I even learned how to use Zoom! Travis and Scott were helpful, responsive and professional. No pressure sale!

So far I haven’t purchased a car, but the dealership has gone beyond to help with my future purchase. I have researched quite a few dealers and have not come across one that is this customer oriented. And the lowest rate I’ve seen was a 3 star. And they even happy here. My father worked for General Motors for over 30 years. This will be my first non-GM vehicle and I’m so excited about it.

Received emails from Jason and others in an effort to find us the used Mini Cooper S Convertible we are looking into as well as Mustang Convertibles. Very attentive and provided a video of the original vehicle of interest without us even asking for it......that vehicle sold quickly, so still looking. Very responsive and professional staff; especially for BMW Mini considerations.

Very attentive sales person, the vehicle I wanted had a couple of minor issues and they took care of those issues promptly. This is the third car we have purchased from Schomp and we plan to come back when we want vehicle number four!

Bought a very low mileage Camry from them sight unseen from another state. They were great with the paperwork and arrangements for delivery. I buy 12 cars a year and use Car Gurus for multi-state shopping. This dealer did a great job.

I will never go to a car dealership again and waste time test driving cars only to find out that they have no interest in giving me a fair price for my trade-in. I guess car dealerships don't even look at your car, they plug the key into a computer and just tell you what they will give you, "no eyes on the car" as they said they needed to do. They didn't even walk out and look at it.....done done done with car dealerships, from now on it's a car broker all the way!

Schomp dealer group was recommended to me by a trusted friend. Corbin contacted me within 5 min from the point I inquired about status of the vehicle through Cargurus webpage. He followed up with a phone call shortly for a positive engagement and told me he is going to the vehicle to take a video of the car in question. Shortly he sent me the video and personally described about the car's conditions and images of major sections of the car. Very professional, affirming the value of the vehicle and their business attitude. The car was meant for my daughter to drive, and since she found another car type is her true interest, so we didn't purchase this car from Corbin. However, next time around I would definitely first to visit them. Very comfortable engagement with the salesman, it shows good business culture, policy, and sale training.

I needed a quick response because I had looked at other cars and wanted to make a decision that weekend. I emailed Friday night and received a call back from the sales manager within a half hour after they had closed! He immediately set me up with a sales consultant that answered more of my questions that night. I met with them in the morning and purchased a car that day. Everyone at the dealer is friendly and helpful. I was also impressed that the price online is the price you pay plus tax. Their are no added on fees. I was able to buy a newer and nicer car than one I had been looking at locally because after all the fees the local dealer added on it was $8k over the sticker price! Also they don't get paid commission so they won't try to upsell. Awesome dealership with great people. Right away they asked what i wanted in a car and what I wanted to spend. They didn't waste my time showing me cars outside my parameters so the process was fast and fun. If you want a used mini don't go to a non Mini dealer. The sticker price might be cheaper but you'll end up paying more. Also, I was pre approved for a loan through my bank but they worked hard to find me a better rate. That really helped lower my overall cost. Shout out to my amazing sales consultant Nick Bartkus!

Scheduled an appointment for a test drive and I had left colorado springs to go to denver for the test drive (left work early)only to have them sell the car before i recieved notice that it had sold. All about that dollar,...not about the customer!

Schomp Mini has the best employees with whom I have had the privilege to car shop! Elysha was the salesperson who helped me during my experience with Schomp. Although I ended up buying elsewhere, Elysha stayed after closing, came in on his day off, AND helped me find the car I ended up purchasing from a different dealership. It felt like the goal of Schomp was NOT to sell me a car, but to find the perfect car for me. I will recommend Schomp mini to everyone in need of a new/used car.

The Sales person Noah, was great. The sales Manager got on the phone and for 5 minutes spewed out justifications for his low ball offer on my trade. I just needed the figure, not how much money goes into reconditioning, etc and everything that needed to be done to my car before they can put it on their lot. For example, he said it would need new tires and I had just put new tires on the car less than 6 months ago. Wasted time for both of us, including poor Salesman.

This is for Ralph Schomp Honda. They were great. According to Kelly Blue Book the Deal on the used I bought car was a little over $3,000 less than they indicated for this car. So I got a great deal! Salesman was very nice and helpful. I had already paid $500 to hold the car, so there was no shopping around once I got there, but the process still took about two and a half hours - seemed like a long time for just paperwork. All in all I am very happy with the dealership and the car.

The sales persons we dealt with were excellent. However, they could not produce a spare key or a tire key for the vehicle. This additional expense will be about $220 for us, not to mention the inconvenience.

I was really disappointed with my experience. They advertised used cars they didn't have available, the sales staff took forever to return calls. When I finally did schedule a test drive, the car I wanted to test drive wasn't available but they didn't say that until I'd arrived. A very frustrating experience.
