Thought I had a deal after working with the salesman all day. On my way to purchase the car and tried to reach Haydar by text since that's
how we set up the deal and confirmed everything. Never got a reply, tried again and nothing. Called the dealership and asked to speak to
him, he got on the phone and told me I needed to talk to Ben, one of the managers who priced my trade. He was unavailable but called
while i was on the phone with Haydar and left a VM. Told me somebody else took the car for a test drive and was most likely going to buy it.
I called back right away after the VM but got his VM, he was calling me telling me that he was off at 6 pm and was leaving for the night, it
was 6:02 pm and they close at 7 pm, bunch of BS.
I made a deal for them to install new Michelin tires they agreed $1500. Supposedly ordered them and were on the way. I'm guessing they
got a better trade than my old GMC NOT THE WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!! I bought two cars there before, NEVER AGAIN LIARS!!!

This was my first out of state buying experience. I had contacted several dealers before about some of the vehicles they had for sale. Wasn't too impressed with how they handled themselves
Tanner responded within a timely matter. ( Just a couple hours. ) The tundra was a little bit out of my price range but we were able to find a Jeep Wrangler that worked out just fine! Tanner is a down to earth individual, and I believe Schomp BMW to be a great dealer. Very transparent and forward. I understand they're one price slogan. It was the very best price up front. There wasn't any need to try and haggle. Tanner was great at giving a walk around inside and out via video. This buying experience was above all I have ever had even on the actual sales floor. I would highly recommend buying from this Dealership.

Good experience, but another dealership offered us a better deal so we bought there. The only downside was that
some of their internet ads were not accurate (cars not available that were on a new ad, price shown did not include
dealer options and add-ons). The price shown on the ad was several thousand dollars more when we visited the
showroom.

I’ve been going here for years for service. Long waits for service but they are good and thorough… but a lot of turnover in service writers. Used cars are priced aggressively and new cars are a reasonable one price. SUV inventory is a challenge here, but that’s true in Colorado in general if you want a nice one.

Called and spoke with Bailey and Jacob dixon
They send me a video and I called and texted and offered full price.
Jacob ignored my messages and when I called , the manager said its BEING sold to a
customer now 3K less than the price listed and offered.
I contacted BMW corporate office and consumer protection as this fishy business need
to stop. If you are thinking of buying a car from here .. please think twice
I have all the communication and evidence and this is not a fake or angry review.

Called about a car at this dealership. Advertisements boasts “no dealer fees” and one of the first things the sales rep tells me is “we don’t charge any markup—just MSRP.” After going further down the process, along comes a “$5,000 dealer markup.” When asked why they would advertise and say no dealer fees, the rep explains “oh, it’s not a fee, it’s a markup.” As if that totally explains their shady bait and switch. There’s too many dealerships to waste time with ones that pull shady tactics. Steer clear of these guys.

EXTREMELY disappointed in the "1 person, 1 price, 1 hour" they advertise. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS - I WAS THERE 5.5 HOURS. I
was prequalified through CarGurus which was an extreme waste of time as they never even looked at it. My salesman was nice, do not get
me wrong. If I had known it was going to be your fairly typical dealer experience, I would have passed and should have walked away.
If you have a trade in, you will NOT be dealing with one person - the sales manager deals with that, not the sales person, which is
understandable. Everyone that worked their was extremely nice and hospitable - I was lured by the "1 hour promise" and just do not want
others to expect that.
I get that they were short handed, but if you cannot deliver on a promise, maybe you should not promise that? As it was, I saw many people
come in after me and I was the LAST customer to walk out - probably because I was with a new salesperson AND because I was only
buying a 20k vehicle instead of a new BMW

Very good experience! Dealer only added a very small charge for documents, stuck to their internet price (no surprise price increase), kept me informed, and sold a used car to me that despite being 4 years old and having 53,000 miles, looked NEW. Was honest in the exact description of the car and all it’s options, despite being a Jeep (this is a BMW dealership). Helped arrange excellent financing for me. Finally, arranged a transport company to safely ship the car to my house in four days after purchase.

Good Morning All,
What I will comment on is that yes I was contacted by the dealer a couple later and the reason for the contact was just to let me know that the vehicle has already had a deposit on it by another customer however, when this occurred the vehicle listing was still showing up on Cargurus.com. I was told that the vehicle's ad will be removed and the only thing that the customer was waiting for was for the vehicle to get out of the service shop. Now the reason for the low rating is that I actually see the vehicle still listed on Cargurus.com with current photos. Now I'm a little confused by this and rather disappointed that if the vehicle is sold then why will this dealership continue to advertise this vehicle. Are they running some type of bait you in routine or what. Well this is my honest experience with this dealership. Everyone please shop with caution.

Went in to see another vehicle, it was in shop. Sales person (Alex) was very helpful and transparent. We put down $500 refundable deposit
so we could be first to get a chance to see and purchase vehicle. We ended up finding another vehicle that was newer model and fewer miles
at a different dealership. We contacted Alex and told him, he said thank you for the opportunity and he was happy to see we found a vehicle
we liked. He processed the refund of our deposit and said be sure to contact him if we needed to look at a car again in the future. This
dealership displayed exactly what customer service is. Although we bought somewhere else this time, we will definitely come back here the
next time. Highly recommend

Great customer service and attention to detail. None of the old school sales tactics and games which most of us have come to expect when purchasing a vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Chris L. . I was in the market for a Lincoln Navigator and when my local search came back with limited options I opened my search nationwide and happened upon Schomp BMW which had this vehicle that I eventually purchased. Took several times if contacting this dealer before they responded. If a vehicle is sold they simply don't respond (or take the listings down) Once they respond about a vehicle, it was several auto generated emails, saying they wanted to earn my business, before I actually got a response from a human. They didn't bother to even read and answer my questions. They would just send the link to the online posting if I asked a question. I asked if there was a shuttle to the dealership or if I needed to Uber, since I had to fly into the Denver airport, the response I got was turn by turn driving instructions. I asked again and was told they already answered the question, was re-sent turn by turn instructions again. When I asked them to answer my actual questions, the salesman got rude and yelled at me. Now I'm receiving emails thanking me for my business?!?! I would not touch this slimy company with a 19.5ft pole.

Although my sales men was very helpful and nice we had to go home to get some paper work and go back the next day and then I texted him to let him know I’m on my way and I don’t live close he text me 30 min later saying somebody looking at the car then 30min go by he text me saying the sold knowing we where coming back know we don’t live close knowing we where on our way and pre approved!
The car I wanted had just had a deposit put down on it hours before I contacted them but they were very helpful. I talked with Daniel and it
was a very good experience even though I wasn't able to get the car I wanted.

Responded quickly and addressed our questions honestly.
The advisor did two personal videos of the car outside where he pointed out a couple flaws in the paint. We requested closeups of those areas and determined that they were scuffs that could be buffed out.
He cared about the distance we were driving to view this car and wanted to give us the best information prior to making the trip.

Car has been listed for a week, I have a (refundable) deposit on it, and it’s still not even available for photos or report on what condition the car is in. C’mon guys.
So far dealing with very nice and sincere individuals but seems they’re all struggling to deliver the level of sales support and responsiveness I’m used to when purchasing a car. Has left me wondering if the reps aren’t paid enough commission, or if it’s a different organizational challenge such as general apathy.

We purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. What really stood out is that the salesmen aren't paid on commission, so there was really low pressure during the experience. Their financing options also were over 2% APR cheaper than we had found! Did seem like the "paperwork" side of things took longer than it should have

The dealership did contact me and answered part of my question. They didn't get back to me the next day and tell me my trade in value. I went on line and found the Vehicle listed as sold. Since no one contacted me, I went and purchased the other vehicle listed above.
They did contact me the third day and wanted to continued with talking about the listed vehicle. I said their vehicle was listed as sold.
The Corvette was listed for $71,000+, now I see it for $100,000, are you kidding me??
I had a good experience, when I was there. I got there forty minutes early and they sent another sales person to wait onot me. They did not had the car I was looking for, but they asked questions so they could get an ideal what I wants. Very good services, I am happy with it. Thank you for great services.

Unlike many dealers I've encountered in other states, Ralph Schomp actively engages their
customer through quick replies to emails and through phone calls. The vehicle was thoroughly
inspected and issues addressed before the sale. This means they put new pads/rotors and
brand new tires on it, instead of just turning it around for sale like most dealers.
My salesperson Omar was top-notch, and the finance manager and team worked past 9pm to
try and close the deal as quickly as possible.
Truly an excellent experience. I would buy from Schomp again.

Yes, that has changed as the state has moved to the dark Marxist side, but Schomp is holding the line !! Straight talk, no nonsense. Interested in my, not pushy, answered my questions (we don't do front plates in SC, so FIX THE FRONT BUMPER HOLES) on "run flats," etc. BUT, haven't "bugged" with a sales pitch. For which I am grateful. Waiting for price to come down more. Schomp is #1 to me!

Customer servicr was certainly great to start with but what made it even better was the fact that they showed me my options and asked what I'd prefer rather than adding additional charges to what I wanted. For the record, they don't charge dealer and handling fee. You just cant go wrong.

I was disappointed since they had just put new tires and brakes on car the mechanic surely would have seen check engine light on before allowing someone to look at much less test drive

I was initially contacted in a timely manner by salesperson Jeff who was very helpful.
This was in reference to a 2011 BMW 320 8I X drive, a very nice
car with 100,000 miles and priced at $11,794. I was originally going
to go out the following Tuesday to look at the car and possibly buy
it. At first I got cold feet and told Jeff that I had jumped the gun and
we would hold off. Over the weekend I was able to get financing
approved and decided that I did want to buy the car. It is a 200 mile
round-trip so Monday morning I made a phone call to the
dealership and spoke with sales person C because Jeff was off
that day. I was told to email my approved contract and that the car
was still in stock. This was around 8:15 AM. By 9:30 I hadn't heard
anything so I sent an email asking if my information had been
received. I did not receive any information back and I made two
phone calls to a cell phone voicemail and I called the dealership
once asking for the sales person who was not available. At
approximately 530 in the afternoon I received a call and was told
that the car was gone and my paperwork was never received. I
don't think this was at all professional. I was very irritated
because I wanted that car and was going to drive up and buy it assuming the loan
paperwork went through.
I wonder who did get the car. The final result ends up as a loss for
the dealership because of not being able to buy that car we did
more shopping around in the ended up buying a new Subaru
outback for approximately $35,000.

They like to use the "One Price" deal a lot. I had to haggle for a bottle of
touch up paint to be included with the purchase of a $33,000 car! After the
car was sold getting ahold of the salesman was a chore. There were several
days where I left 2 - 3 voicemails with no response and the sales staff that
did pick up the phone were very hesitant to direct my call to the sales
manager. Don't expect ANY above and beyond customer service that you
would normally find at a dealership. The "One Price" policy is ok if you find
the right deal, but changes the buying experience for the worse. It felt like I
bought a car at Walmart in the self-checkout line.

Initial salesman that contacted me was too busy to
reply to my questions about the car, but the young
salesman who was assigned to me when I showed up
later that day for a test drive was very helpful and
responsive to questions. I had previously qualified for 5
other financing loan offers, but the dealership found a

would be glad to buy another car from this dealer. The

They contacted me right away, however, I drove from one say of town to the other to see a vehicle I was very interested in. They told me to come back because the vehicle was all the way to the end of the lot and they were busy. The person told me he will call me and send me pictures the same day and he didn't, not even after I told him I wanted to see it that same day because I drove from far away.
I don't feel they treated me fairly, It seemed as if they were not interested in helping me at all.

We communicated back and forth all day with the salesman and then
showed up ready to buy the car we wanted. While we were standing
next to the car we were informed it had just been sold online. They were
very apologetic, but we were pretty disappointed. Wasn't "their fault", but
it is one of the problems with car shopping these days that a car can be
sold out from under you with online buyers. This dealer definitely was
offering this vehicle at the best price in the entire metro (every other
place is $2000+ more).

They responded quickly when I first inquired about an Acura they had listed on 3 different sites but the vehicle wasn't ready to look at. I thought that was weird because why would you list a vehicle that wasn't ready to sell? They couldn't seem to give me any idea when it would be ready to buy. They said it had a suspension issue and was in the shop but after a week of waiting I finally gave up and chose another dealer. Don't advertise a vehicle unless it's ready to buy.

This dealership was very responsive; I chose a first appointment
with a Lexus dealer, however, because I was seeking a certified
vehicle with a history that included warranty. The dealer had
certified BMW vehicles, and did send me information on both
vehicles and availability, but I purchased through the Lexus
dealer for the added warranty coverage.

My wife and I had an excellent experience at the Schomp
BMW dealership in Littleton, CO. I initially found the car in
question, the 2013 Fiat Abarth on CarGurus, which is a
testament to the social media aspect of the group. My initial
email inquiry was quickly answered by Jude Ortega, and he
assured me he would do all he could to meet our needs and
our schedule. Saturday was a little sketchy weather-wise, and
we were doubting we would even venture out. Jude had
called the evening before, and I told him about our hesitation.
He was very accommodating, and asked for us to call ahead
and he would meet with us.
We decided that morning to go, and were able to find the
dealership with GPS. It was an adventure for us, as it is quite
a ways away from our home. We were greeted warmly by
some staff at the front desk. Jude was quickly called and told
of our arrival, and no less than 3 people stopped and asked if
we needed anything to drink.
Jude introduced himself to us, and quickly went to pull the car
around for a test drive. We had a great little romp in the
Abarth, and that was enough to clinch the deal for us!
Ushered into a comfortable office, we started the paperwork
and the financing process.
The whole process was over in no time, and we waited while
the car was final detailed for our trip home.
Overall, Jude was great, very confident and capable and
professional, the car was exactly what we wanted at a very
fair market price, and it was extremely clean and prepared.
Looking over the paperwork, it appeared that many items
were looked at and even new tires were installed. The gas
tank was full, the interior was immaculate, and everything was
about as perfect as it gets.
If we were to do it again, there is no hesitation to do business
again with the Schomp Group. Jude Ortega was excellent,
and we were made to feel welcomed and at home during our
visit.
Thank you again for a great experience and a wonderful little
car!

Not happy at all. Was told to come and test drive by people at schomp mini and then the car wasn't even there. I was told it was on a test drive when told the sales person at schomp bmw that the car had never moved all day. Then the car had body damage which the schomp bmw said they were never aware of the damage and then they priced me out of the car by raising it two thousand because of the additional cost of the damage. I gave my vin # to MO who twice said he would get back with me with a trade in estimate and Im still waiting for that. I am still in the market to purchase an Audi but now my money will be spent at another dealership!

Unbelievable how awesome these guys are. I absolutely hate

Overall it was a good experience; I didn't feel pressured into
anything I didn't want. The rep was patient with my many
questions and when I was running into a small snag in timing, I
was offered a good alternative solution. Once we decided to
finalize the deal they did their best to get me out of the door
quickly. But they seemed a little overbooked, since both times I
went in the rep I spoke to was juggling me and another client
looking at other vehicles. I didn't feel like it affected my result
personally, and when he was with me I felt that he was attentive,
but seems like they might need more reps to handle the client
load if that is common. That's the only reason I gave four stars,
since otherwise the service was excellent.

Justin to bring the car around for a test drive (I had an appointment)
some one walked in to see and drive the car I was waiting to test
drive, and subsequently bought it, as I waited, without the
opportunity for my scheduled test drive. The management was polite
but what they felt was fair, I did not.
