I did not end up buying from them. I had my search narrowed down to two vehicles in different states. Both similar in price, mileage, condition, year and both "good deals.... I only went with the other dealership by coincidence as the called first. However, I was in contact a couple times with Schaumburg and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They seem to be a large dealership with a surpringly nice showing of International sales staff. I would recommend them from my limited experience with them.

I had contacted this dealer on the recommendation of my friend who purchased a car from them. When I saw a car that I wanted to buy, (I had already test driven the model so I knew itwould be fine), this dealer assured me that the car was in stock, and on their lot. However, when I went there, and spent a good chunk of my only day off to take several buses and trains out to Schaumburg from Chicago, I was told that the car was “available”, meaning it WASN’T in stock but arriving at an unknown date. Typical car dealer BS.

I've bought a few cars from this dealership before and we had nothing but good things to say about them. However, this go around, they couldn't answer a simple question in email as to whether the price shown included the "Toyotathon" $4,000 discount for a 2020 cash transaction or not. They were only willing to schedule a test drive. They claimed any special offers need to be brought up with the financing department. I don't like that. That sounds like a bait and switch tactic to lure you in and then charge whatever they want.

I actually rate this one at zero worst experience of my life, people were very rude and seemed just very lazy to even walk me around to show me a car. I went with all intentions to buy a vehicle. I had to end up going Elsewhere To buy a similar vehicle I was looking at Schaumburg that day, Their loss very rude sales people.

Went in to look at a mercedes and felt very profiled by Jerry, he was awful to us. Said I had bad credit, even snarkly asked my bf if he'd be helping pay for the car as if I couldn't do it on my own. He also mentioned if verifying my income would be a problem in a tone that he assumed it would be?? To top it off he left mid consultation apparently we weren't worth his time. BUT Geo took over and was absolutely amazing, got me the perfect deal and I walked away with my new mercedes :) I'd go back to buy another car just so Geo could get even more commission!

They were doing the usual high pressure sales tactics. "What will it take to get you to buy, today?" No wonder people dislike car shopping. And didn't show the hidden fees, expected me to commit just to a monthly payment. Will not ever go back.

Dealt with David, these guys are so awesome! Zero pressure and gave me the deal I asked for on an 07 Honda CR-V. Was only at the dealership for about 2 hours. I drove 2.5 hours to see this vehicle and they had it all ready to go for me. Top notch service and will definitely return in the future and send friends and family to these guys!

We drove from out of state with intention of purchasing this vehicle based on our phone negotiations. Via phone we requested the all weather mats be included. The salesperson agreed to include the all weather mats minus the trunk one. The carpet mats were already in the vehicle. Upon our arrival and inspection of the vehicle, we realized the carpet mats were taken out and replaced with the all weather mats. The salesperson said it was one or the other, but not both. This is not what we were told on the phone, nor was it agreed upon by us, the buyers. We expected the carpet mats in addition to the all weather mats. The vehicle was clearly advertised including carpet mats. When we asked to ALSO include the all weather mats, it doesn't mean in place of the current mats in the car. This was clearly an underhanded and shady practice. Very disappointed. " One star.

We do apologize for the misunderstanding of the floor mats.  It was not meant to be underhanded.  Most people use the all weather mats year around and they may have traded them out with another vehicle to keep the agreed price on the vehicle you purchased.  Often, pre-owned vehicles do not have any floor mats at all or they are in such bad condition they are removed.  Again, this was not meant to be underhanded and appreciate your purchase.  We hope you are enjoying your new car and wish you many happy miles!

I cannot say enough good things about Schaumburg Toyota. If you are looking for an awesome car buying experience, look no further. Special shout out to Manoj Choradia, seriously, give this man a call if you're in the market for a Toyota or one of their used cars, you will not regret it. I've done a ton of research on buying used cars through forums and reddit and I was just waiting for these guys to pull out the tricks on me, and nothing. Everything was transparent and they stuck to the out the door price we agreed on. I was in&out the door in an hour and a half with a new car. The car was everything I expected and more. I sound like an advertisement for these guys but I’m not it was just a great experience

There was no haggle necessary on the pricing, they waived nearly all extra fees, and the we completed the entire process in about an hour. Pretty easy car buying experience on a good deal.

Experience was good. I would happily purchase from them again. Schaumburg is about 190 miles from home but we had purchased three cars over the years from dealers there. This was no exception. The car was ready and we took a test drive within minutes of our arrival. We agreed on the price and then unfortunately began a wait for more than an hour. We were told it would be an hour while some papers were filled out. It seemed ridiculous that it could take so long until we had to sign them. It seemed like about twenty forms mostly from the state of Illinois. This was the only downside but I suppose it couldn't be helped. Perhaps it was because we were from another state.

Ended up getting in touch with them about the 2015 prius listed here, Realized the price point wouldn't have been right and ended up going with a new 2017 Prius 3. The sales staff went so far above and beyond what they needed to do. Jonathan, David, and Zaya treated me so well they now have a customer for life. I can not stress enough how easy they not only made this sale, but they actively worked for my best interest. I wish not only more car dealerships were this way, but I wish more people were this way. If you want a Toyota, you HAVE to come here, they will only exceed your expectations.

I did not buy this car, because it sold before I got a chance to drive up to Schaumburg from STL. But I did talked to sales reps. 2 times asked for detail pictures of the car and they sent them in a couple of hours. So in Customer service they are great.

The vehicle was priced above car gurus market value, but I was able to negotiate them down to market value. However the vehicle was not ready to sell. I found several issues including a broken door switch and tire pressure monitors that needed to be replaced. I recommend checking any used vehicle over thoroughly because they missed some issues with mine. Once the issues were confirmed by the service dept they did the right thing and replaced them at their expense. Overall I had a positive experience, but I wish I don't have to make 3 visits to the dealer before I took delivery.

The dealer ran my credit for an outrageous amount without my permission and it took several emails and phone calls for me to get any details about the loan.

They said they would have the car ready for me to see it. When I got there, the car was sold. I drove 5 hours for nothing. The customer service is no different then other car dealer.

Terrible experience. I drove 2 hours to look at a car I was told was in hood shape and it wasn't. Had dings and scratches everywhere, no bumper touch ups, original tires, battery corrosion, and other things. The salesman was hard to understand and wouldn't even negotiate. Never again!

I had contacted this dealer awhile back about a Pontiac Torrent GXP I was interested in only to find it was supposedly 'sold'. After being bummed out for awhile, I started to look for other torrent GXPs, and truth behold, the car was still listed. So I emailed them... Twice more. Asking if they were sure it was sold and if it was why hadn't they taken the listing down, yet I never got A response again after the first email. Finally about 3 weeks after I sent the first email they took it down. I'm very pissed and believe that the customer service is treated like a joke here after what I've experienced.

Jerry was great. I requested items to be done to the used truck before I got to the dealer. All requests were granted with no problem. If you want a new or used car or truck see Jerry. Yes I bought the truck.

Very bad experience, after test drive, he quoted price much higher than listed, intimidating you if you try to negotiate a bit. If you walk away without sign a deal, they even complain about time spent with you, etc...
