I requested information, s sales rep responded. The manager emailed to ask if I had been contacted. I replied that the sales rep stated the vehicle was in service department and I would be contacted when service check was complete and I would receive shipping cost. No response nor answer regarding shipping has been received.

My experience here was everything I needed and more. My second time buying a car, and I didn’t exactly know what I was doing. Frankie was the salesperson who assisted me and helped with the whole process of buying a car. I was very enthusiastic about the car and would have bought it if it had had the eight speed auto as your listing stated. They were very apologetic and said they didn't know how that error happened. Be more careful
In the meantime I've ordered a 2021 M240 ix for lease but it won't arrive until November. I wish your listing had been accurate.

Rick Herman is a very high-pressured salesman. He wouldn't let me explain the situation with my credit and things I knew that would be
helpful to getting financing and the car I wanted. He was always asking me to get financial approval first, insurance coverage and then do
everything else without even seeing the car in person, let alone driving it. One day he admitted to calling me 21 times. The car was not
how he described it when I went to see the vehicle and test drive it. Once I stated I didn't want it, he didn't even extend any kind of
professionalism by saying goodbye or I still would like to earn your business or thank you for coming. Nothing. He just went back to an
open office area and got on the phone. He didn't even wave goodbye. So unprofessional, and my worst experience buying a vehicle. I've
purchased and traded in over 10 plus cars in my lifetime. I like new vehicles. This was my third used car purchase at a dealership and it
was not pleasant.

Bought the VW Beetle . Good price and sales and business staff were excellent. Unfortunately, car had a low
air problem on one tire. They put some air in it and two days later, same problem. Salesman said go to
Discount tire to get it fixed. Not an acceptable response as the car was sold with the problem and basically
ignored by the prep/service staff. Found a screw in the tire and fixed it myself. The service department did offer
to fix it next week, but their original indifference caused the obvious problem with a simple fix.

The showroom is beautifully laid out, as the architects, designers, engineers and construction crew didn't miss a beat. Best place for free craft coffee. The cars are a bit on the pricey side (it's a BMW dealership, after all) and many of the newer models look like they were drawn by my 1-month-old grandson. But hey, did I mention the free craft coffee?
It's dealership employees individual that are not knowledgeable and put no effort into making the sale or making the customer happy. They also are very dishonest! Be warned that if you make a complaint they will pass you back and forth to other employees that happened to be there at the moment and all will claim to be either a manager for owner of the company!

STAY AWAY! What they did is commonly referred to as a bait and switch. I
came in on saturday and looked at and attempted to purchase a car. At the
time I was told I had an approval at 15.9% interest, however they wanted
to give me far less for my trade than its book value so we could not make a
deal. I was called by the salesman who left a message asking if I had
changed my mind. I texted him back the following day and advised that I
was not budging on my offer. Wednesday He texted again again, and
again I advised I was sticking to my terms. Thursday he texted saying the
general manager had agreed to my terms and if I could come in and buy
the car, I then reiterated my terms and asked for confirmation on the cars
price, the price for my trade and the interest rate. He stated all were good
to go. So after work Thursday I made the long drive from work in Colorado
springs to the dealership in Denver to meet him at 6pm the agreed upon
time. At 5:53 I received a call from the salesman, I was driving and couldn't
answer and was less than 5 minutes away. When I arrived I was told that
the interest rate had jumped to 21%. Obviously upset I asked for an
explanation and was told that the bank had just magically raised it since
saturday (he also suggested my credit score had magically dropped 90+
points in the same time) After getting more run around he showed me the
banks approval letters, one from saturday and one supposedly from 15
minutes before I arrived. I observed on the 2 letters that it stated the
approvals were good 5/22, and that they were both submitted by the same
guy on saturday. However they had changed one key element, on the
original 15.9 approval it showed I was putting down 6500 cash plus a
payment of 500, cash was never part of the deal and not discussed. The
second approval at 21 was shown with the actual trade value we agreed
to. So originally they lied to the bank that I was putting down cash, then
later stated I was trading in. They denied this saying it was a mistake and
that the bank values cash more than trade hence the higher interest rate. I
have proof of all of this including text messages and pics of the bank
paperwork.

I went in to look at a Car I saw online. The price was $4,000 over the online
price. They call this an "internet special price", they are trying to see if they
can sucker someone into paying more. Their prices are way above fair price
places like Carmax and try to justified it by being "certified pre-owned". If
that isn't bad enough the sales guy I was working with sits me down at his
desk and then answers his cell phone and talks to another customer for at
least 5 minutes while I am fiddling my thumbs. He did not say excuse me or
I need to take this. He was very rude. If they did not have a monopaly on
BMW in the city they would go out of business. Everyone I speak with has a
poor experiance.
