I inquired about a car I've been looking at for a long time, and I finally found the one with low mileage and nearby. The car
hadn't been through inspections yet, and it ended up failing inspections. I got a call back (voicemail) but never got a return call
afterward explaining the details. Customer Service could have been better, but I suppose if I'm not buying a $30,000+ car, they
probably don't care that much. I'll seek elsewhere.
Horrible. The finance manager treated me like he was the one loaning me the money for the car-all I have is student loans on my credit which are up to date and he said to me: "You don't pay people back, why would anyone finance you?" I had $7,500 down on a $10,000 car! He was too lazy to submit it to any other bank besides Toyota financial....no wonder people aren't beating the doors down to buy vehicles

incredibly responsive to all my questions and even let me know when the vehicle was sold within two days...I was not yet ready to pull
trigger on buying vehicle. Will definitely travel from Monterey to San Francisco Toyota when I'm in the market for a new Toyota

Prompt reply after my initiation of interest. All questions are answered accurately with no gimmick. I could not go to dealership to see the car in person within
reasonable time frame. They suggested to deliver the car and this transaction was completed with the delivery. Car is in great shape and the person
delivered the car was courteous. After test drove the car with satisfaction. I signed paperwork onsite to complete the deal. It was a satisfactory transaction

I communicated with them all week. I got switched between 2 salespeople. I had to be my own
advocate, my times have changed in car buying! Had made an appointment and no one
recommended or disclosed that I make a deposit. On my way to view and purchase, they
allowed another person to put a hold on it and sold it to them even tho we were arriving at the
same time. I reached out to the manager but nothing could be done. What a waste of my time.
My feedback was that they didn't give me all the information that I would have needed it to
secure the vehicle. Very disappointed. And I don't revel in making this review. Could have been
so much smoother.

The advertised a car they did not have but was coming in. Unfortunately the car was already reserved by another customer. I continue to get automated messages from their sales manager without available cars for sale
1st, communication with this dealership is a joke. I contacted them on a Lexus Is300 they took in. The car was posted maybe minutes into my 1st phone call. I was the 1st to inquire on this vehicle on Oct 16. Dealing with Arseniy in the beginning was great. Very understanding & informed. The car hadn’t gone through the initial inspections when I 1st made contact. Arseniy was accommodating by sending photos & helping me get a picture of this newly listed car that was not yet ready for sale. Hope Martinez contacted me asking if I was still interested in this car days after contacting Arseniy. Hope & I kept in contact on the status of vehicle knowing I was interested in the Lexus. Course of 6 weeks of insuring Hope I am still interested inquiring on the car. Upon my drive down to purchase the car. I received a text stating the car was sold. While I was making a 2 hr drive to them. Knowing I was on my way. All the manager kept saying “ we are in the business of selling cars!” Don’t bother

I looked up the car on this site about 1:00 am in the morning and sent them an email for they’re availability and by the time I woke up they had responded. I asked them to give me the total price with taxes and fees and send me more pictures of the car. I got the pictures and I liked the car, and got the appointment the next day to test drive. I went there drove it and I liked it and bought it. I drove back to Sacramento happily.

Very Helpful
The dealer was friendly but the transaction took much longer than expected. This was mainly because SF Toyota
kept trying to implement add-on packages and add'l service contracts. Plus they kept coming back with new
offers for my old car as a potential trade-in (which were still far below what I could sell it for online.) Then there
was a long wait for the manager so we could sign all the documents (with add'l pressure to buy service
packages). But I'm guessing this is about average for a dealership.

I called and called about this vehicle; expressed how much I wanted this car and they reach out once to tell me the car was at the dealership to get work done and told me that they would reach back out when the car was ready to be viewed. They finally called me back to tell me that the car had sold, not a great experience but probably for the best. I now drive a 2020 version of this car and I am very happy with my purchase.

Traveled 90 miles to buy this Golf. I asked the dealer to check for scratches and dings on the body before I drove over. He replied I had my guy check this car and it is solid, so come on over. My wife and I went their and the front bumper was scratched up and had touch up paint on it. There was also a dent the size of a pancake on the drivers side front fender. They offered me $1K discount because of the damage. Having some auto knowledge I know it would cost at least $2K to paint the bumper and fix the dent. I drove 180 miles for nothing.

The guys at SF Toyota have treated me really well. They are very straight forward and do not play any of the typical “sales games” you might expect in car sales. We agreed on a deal for the vehicle I inquired about and my trade-in. I pick up my new car this Friday. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking at one of their cars.

Great cars but save your credit score from being shotgunned through many lenders at once creating a negative inquiry scenario that affects your score in the end. EVEN if you walk in with a pre-approval. They have ill mannered business practices here and they will lie to your face with no problem whatsoever. They are a nice dealer with great selections but they act like a broke 10 car lot as they cannot even afford to comp a full tank of gas upon purchase of an 11 gallon tank car. Go elsewhere people. The experience was not worth it.

I had originally set up an appointment with Gee but unfortunately I was running late and when I got there he was assisting another family. Sales man I dealt with was Michael who did not take me serious at all as a buyer , no help whatsoever just terrible service and did not make me want to do business with them at all. I didn’t purchase the car, but it certainly wasn’t because of there service and knowledge.
And they were totally transparent about the car.
Bad experience.
I made an appointment with salesman to see / buy the car, Got all paperwork and cash ready.
Made an appointment and started a two hour drive from home to dealership. Was told the car was being detailed.
I asked salesman to double check with manager that the car would be ready.
Glad I did : the car had been sold days before!!!
They just wanted to bring me into showroom to try to sell me another car ignoring completely that getting there was a whole day trip for my wife and I. Very crooked operation

the staff were excellent - polite, helpful and accommodating. however
after we agreed on a deal, they kept me waiting two hours to sign the
papers, and then a day later contacted me to tell me that they did not
have the title to the $106,988 Porsche that they sold me (silly me for not
insisting to see it when i was there, but i thought a large and apparently
high-functioning Toyota dealership would have the title for a car they had
on sale). so a new 2-hour round of phone calls and paperwork ensued to
guarantee that the sale will be cancelled if no title is forthcoming in 30
days. it was disappointing and irritating, to have to do that.

Aziz K is an excellent personable person, kind.
Steven, the manager, is very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Car Guru price is the price, no negotiating. IMO, it was about $1k high.
5 year warranty is good. Ken Go is a tough no nonsense business negotiator(?!)

Really appreciated working with the staff at the dealer.
We ultimately bought the car from SF Toyota. It took a LONG time to
complete the sale - between paperwork, warranty discussions, getting the
car washed and charged -- and getting our old car washed (which they threw
in as a bonus) -- the whole ordeal took 7 hours. That was just SO LONG.
That's my only complaint. Everything else was great.

My experience was great, with the exception of having to wait 90 minutes before I was able to sign the paperwork. Ryan Dong was AWESOME in explaining process and car features and on the test drive in SAN FRANCISCO! Christian was very helpful, too. I would recommend buying a car from this dealership.
Was trying to get a deal working on a Thursday. Communication stopped.
Then the person I was working with was off over the weekend, and didn't
offer to have anyone else work with me. The vehicle ended up getting sold
over the weekend. Frustrating experience when you are from out of town.
Had an appt with one of the staff members at
10am today. Drove 3 hours to my 10am appt
scheduled by him and his assistant...both staff
members had the day off when i arrived. Saw the
vehicle, loved it. Salesman and his manager did
not really help in working with me. Didnt budge
on negotiating price and offered me a 7%
interest rate even with 25% down. Not too happy
with any of my experience.

We are a one price/value priced dealership, which means we advertise our best pre-negotiated price on all of our vehicles and do not further negotiate from there.

I've visited the dealer to check out the vehicle . As I arrived I was told I have to go to the used car lot across
the street which is run out of the trailer. Call looked OK
in pictures but in real it's a totally different story. Wasn't
cleaned and barely started up. Needless to say I
skipped that deal especially since the sales guy just
was raving about how good his reviews are, but not
even cared about fixing the car problems

Great experience with the sales rep. We drove 3 cars and he went out of his
way to get them out of the crowded lot and in one case we drove to a

Never heard of a fixed price Toyota dealer. Just
picked up a TRD pro from a different dealer
because the first thing SF toyota said when I
inquired was, we r a fixed priced dealer, also took
over 24 hrs to respond, thus went elsewhere.

Great experience. They had a pre established price for my car
that was already a below market price on Cargurus. He
wouldn't negotiate on the price, but they did lower the price due
to a recent recall on the minivan due to a sliding door issue,
which means they could certify the car as preowned. Since
they did this I decided to buy the van for my wife. They also let
me know Toyota will pay for any fix from the recall.
The finance part was easy and the lady who went over warranty
options was really nice. They dropped the extended warranty
price 30% because I was a Costco member. I took the car
home to my wife that night and they arranged to drop my old
car off in San Jose for me. That was super helpful.
Overall it was a good experience. The only downside was I
went to the wrong SF showroom first because they didn't give
me the address over the phone. I lost about 15 minutes, but
not a big deal.

Very quick to respond, but had the wrong pictures of the car
they were trying to sell. The dealership had a picture of a Jeep
Cherokee posted and I wrote in to tell them that they have the
wrong pictures posted. They call next day to help me with my
inquiries, but didn't read what my comments were. They get a
five stars for quick response, but they still have the wrong car
posted.

Good dealership
Our experience was great! The purchase was for our daughter. Kyle was our
sales rep. He took time to answer our questions sincerely. He took extra care
and time with my daughter to get her totally orgnaized with her paperwork
and all the tech features in the car. If I purchase another toyota it will be from
Kyle at SF Toyota.

I am trying to buy a certain, so called, rare Tacoma. The dealership does not
have much movement price-wise, and perhaps that is the market right now,
and if so, that is okay.
That being said, the dealership has been responsive, but not in the timely
manner promised. For instance. I was supposed to get a phone call this
morning, and did not get it until after 3;00pm, which is okay, but if you
promise in the morning, then stay with it. Next, the salesperson I am working
with does not know his products very well at all, and has to guess at things
or look them up and call me back later, very disappointing. Management
seems to be helpful, but if a salesperson is not knowledgable about certain
products, they should help you connect with someone who is, in my opinion.

Stubborn and not willing to negotiate. When I asked them to beat the prices of other dealerships they did not even acknowledge my request. They responded with an egotist and arrogant email boasting about how good their services are. We decided they are not worth our time, if they are not will to negotiate, etc..
