Dealer responded quickly. After reading fine print I realized there was an extra charge of nearly $4000.00 I decided to look around. Part of that price was for title processing title processing in the state of Texas is 28 to $33 not almost $4,000 would have given him five stars but I think this extra charge is something else

HORRIBLE people. It's a bait and switch situation, they lie about the price on here. Added $8,000 to the price when I got there then got into a verbal disagreement so we got up and left. Found a car with 30,000 less miles on it, better condition for less than they wanted. Go elsewhere, they suck and are just scummy snake oil salesmen.

Don't use these guys thru. They have an added dealer package of $2,499 that you have to purchase to get the price they advertise here. They have it in the fine print under dealer comments on each vehicle. This is against this site's policies and is a classic bait and switch. I have filed a complaint but I see the dealer is still using the same tactic and has not updated their pricing on here. Tried to buy a $9,395 car from them and they refused to remove the dealer package. This package added 25% to the cost of the car. What a sham!

Took way to long to get them to return my texts emails etc. I inquired about this jeep almost 3 weeks ago. I was pre qualified through car gurus and I still have not been told if I qualify to purchase this jeep

The dealer customer service was not good. He could work on better communication. I worked more with his supervisor than him and got better service. When I spoke with them it was said one thing. I came back and it was another.

The agent that originally set up the appointment wasn't present when I showed up. The vehicle wasn't even for sale, sales person said they didn't have the title so they couldn't sell it. Left me waiting outside of the office in the sun for a while before they came out and told me this information.

I found the vehicle I was interested in on CarGuru on a Thursday and by Friday morning I was on my way to pick it up. It was a 6 hour drive for me but, MAX was the absolute best salesman he made the process easy. I was only there about an hour before I was ready to leave after signing all the paperwork. The vehicle was just as expected as well! He was able to send me videos and additional pictures that I asked for before making the long drive to pickup.

***WARNING*** careful with this business, went yesterday to buy a truck and see this truck, saw a Highlander and I also liked it, when we did the application they said banks were close, It was around 8pm so maybe, came back today at 9:30am they open at 9 and they changed the price of the Highlander from $16.500 to $24.000, they told me it was a mistake! I told them to not run my credit since the price was not what it was yesterday, less than 5 min after I told them not to, I got an alert about a hard inquired in my report! Didn’t bought the truck or the Highlander after that!

I called to ask about a car and they sent me an invoice with an extra $2500 on it. When I asked they explained it was an extended warranty. I told them I did not want a warranty and they kept trying to talk me into it. After a couple more tries, they refused to sell me the car (with only 25K miles) without it. This is the shadiest business I've ever dealt with. I'm shocked that they didn't try to sell me a timeshare on an active volcano. Stay far away from these pirates!

Made an appointment, they sold the truck the day before and even when they knew it was over a 3 hour trip, they did not have the common courtesy to let me know.

It’s not very positive since I scheduled and appointment for the truck and drove an hour and a half to go look at it and as soon as I got there I was told that it was”basically already sold” so I could not test drive the vehicle. And then tried to run numbers on trucks I was not even interested in. Wasting my time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The price advertised is not even close to what they will put in contract. The car I bought was listed for $15995 we talked I stated I was good with that price and contract had it for $21000 by the time I noticed it they stated I signed the contract and refused to even attempt to fix it. Now I’m stuck with the car I’ve always wanted and can’t stand looking at because I know I over payed for it.
