Ethan responded to me right away and answered all of my questions. I never felt high pressure from him on the sale. I decided to purchase the vehicle after talking to him and he was fantastic about working with my daughter and myself on all the features of the vehicle. I would definitely buy another car from him in the future.

I'm glad they have patience waiting n working with me to get what I need
1995Chevy Camero Car listed on website as a
working and running car. Car definitely needed to
be sold I didn’t drive hundred miles and now
needs a new transmission definitely not what’s
advertised out of pocket unnecessary money due
to dealer just wanting to make sale and not being
honest about history of car car had an antifreeze
reservoir full of oil I don’t know how the car was
even advertised as running

Brad was very helpful with the test drive and explaining the options on the car. Unfortunately we found another car with more features. Would contact Brad again if we are in the market for a new car.

Overall, the folks at Lithia were very helpful. As a first-time car buyer, I
felt that the first salesmen I dealt with was slightly intense but still
provided me some good information and gave me a better idea of what
price range was reasonable for my expectations. Eventually, I closed the
deal on my 2012 RAV4 with Nick, who was great. He was helpful but
relaxed and made me feel comfortable. The manager's involvement was
also beneficial and the entire staff was professional.
