Everyone is great, except the last financial guy who persuaded people to buy third party warranties in an intensive tone. . He raised a million of reasons and I refused a million times and make me very tired ultimately (while the car is still in factory warranty).

Ive bought 3 cars off these guys and they insist on a 50% profit. I made them an off of over half of that and they sent me on my way. This city of Knoxville has the worst, greediest dealerships in the mid Atlantic region. Compare the prices in Knoxville to Atlanta, Lexington, Louisville, and SC. They want 5000-7000 profit wo any consideration of how much they put the customers upside in their vehicles. Hopefully the lenders will finally snap back and cut them all off.

Initially replied quickly but I asked what was interior color. Responded jeep in detail shop and would send photos soon. Never got any further correspondence. Ad in one place says automatic transmission and in another place indicates 6 speed manual. I bought a jeep somewhere else.

Either they are sloppy or use bait and switch techniques. They advertised 6,500 miles on a vehicle posting. I inquired via CG contact form. I received three separate emails about the car before finding out it had over 70,000 miles.

The Internet Sales Manager, Jim Aycock, is absolutely wonderful. He held an '03 Camry for us as we came from Chattanooga, never pressured us in any way, promptly looked into some issues that developed, and ended up spending a very large part of the day with us. Before we got out of town on the way back to Chattanooga, another problem surfaced. Jim told us to come right back, they checked it out, and it turned out to be something that had been done incorrectly when the car was being prepped for resale. Unfortunately, it was a big issue, but Jim did not miss a beat. He got us a free loaner ('11 Honda Accord - nice!), told us to go home and relax - they were going to take care of the problem from scratch and call us when it was ready, and we could come back and pick it up whenever it was convenient for us. Everybody at Rusty Wallace Honda treated us extremely well. I did not think such a car dealer actually existed!

Really nice place, great service coming in and looking for a vehicle. Buying one however was quite stressful. There was the usual "someone just walked in to buy that car" and other types of lines. I finally got down to a reasonable price and the the financing took days! What they told me would be straight forward and fast certainly wasn't and I hard a difficult time getting in touch with anyone during the wait. Lastly, there were fees I was charged by the dealership that I wasn't informed of on the day I said yes, bring my total expect price up by $1000, and I was rushed through the signing. I think someone else who knows more about car buying contracts and such would be fine with this dealer, but I am left feeling a little jerked around. However- I love the car I bought. Running great, was reasonably priced, and everything I could have asked for. I believe they have good quality vehicles and ultimately that's what I needed and in 5years I won't care so much about the cost. I will say that I won't use or recommend this dealer, but I also won't say you shouldn't go. 3 stars is a C, they passed, but in the future I'll hope for an A.

I was ready to purchase a vehicle from Rusty Wallace but the salesman never responded as promised... When I called him back he said, " I didn't think you were serious ".... I found another Lincoln Aviator in Chicago and purchased it from them.... Smooth deal! I would never purchase a vehicle from Rusty Wallace!!

Dealer responded very quickly, however he was not very forthcoming about what was wrong with the vehicle. He told me that there were two minor issues with the vehicle, nothing mechanical. Upon driving the car, my husband discovered that the brakes were bad. I don't care for salesmen that don't tell the whole truth.
