They quoted me a price around $ 5000 more than listed on Car Gurus didn't get back to me when I bought it to their attention and then got back to me saying the vehicle wasn't available. I was totally disappointed with this dealership

Had a great salesman, everyone was nice at the dealership. I had some issues when i got the car home and reached out to the manager and haven’t heard back since i sent him videos of what was going on.

The dealer contacted me promptly after my inquiry. I emailed that I would be in shortly to view the vehicle and they had the vehicle pulled up and ready for us to see and drive. Loved the car and bought it. They tried to sneak $1000 worth of add ones to the price, like every dealer will, but I told them I wanted the price that was in carguru and they took them off. Pretty quick process.

We had a wonderful experience with this dealer, and ended up purchasing this car. It is exactly what i wanted, and the price was more than fair. We would definitely purchase another car from them!

I would not recommend shopping at Russell & Smith. The vehiclewas less than desirable. It had damage that was undisclosed. Also, after donatingwas found, the finance department ran three more credit checks against me. Two days later I found and purchased a similar vehicle for $3,000.00 less.

This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Once we spotted a car that we were interested in, we sent an email. Our salesman, Gilton, wrote back minutes later. We were able to negotiate the price and they had the vehicle ready for us to look over and test drive when we came in. There were a couple of small things that needed to be addressed that should have been caught during the inspection. However, they immediately took it to the shop and had it taken care of right away. Since the price was already agreed upon, there were no upsells of any kind. They asked one time if we wanted an extended warranty. Of course we declined since that is what an emergency fund is for. The general manager, Steve Rodriguez, was amazing and has worked there over 20 years. Customer service and customer satisfaction are stressed from the moment you step foot onto the property until you leave with your new vehicle. We will definitely recommend anyone visit them for their next purchase. They have three dealerships: Mazda, Ford, and Honda. Go visit them today.

Overall experience was great. Salesman and after- sales guy were extremely helpful. Problems were discovered afterwards. One of the remotes had a dead battery and the windshield fluid reservoir was filed with water instead of windshield super fluid. So they saved about 8 bucks on a 29k transaction and let me with a slightly bad taste in my mouth.

They contacted me immediately, but as the week has passed I've tried setting up an appointment to go see the vehicle of interest several times and I've gotten no response other than email, which I have given them my number more than a couple of times, but no one has yet to call me back.

We had an independent mechanic check the car. The rust had been covered up and the tailpipe cut off. I don't know if it was done before Russell & Smith bought it or not, but it was obvious to our mechanic that it was being hidden and that the rust was a major problem on this car.

I made an appointment at 2PM for 5PM that same day for a used Mazda 3, but when I got there the car wasn't ready. I waited 15 minutes before they told me that the car was stuck behind other cars, then then the battery died so they had to recharge it but it turned out that the battery was completely shot and they couldn't charge it because the garage was closed. In total I waited over an hour before I got to see the car and I did not even get to test drive it. I realize things like this happen, but they should have been prepared for my appointment and gotten all of this taken care of before I arrived.
