Did contact me but had a hard time getting retail price from them and asked on a few occasions to send me pictures of the car because non were posted on the site. I would be driving a few hundred Mike's to buy the car and most likely would buy it but they never sent pictures or got back with me after the initial conversation. I pay cash for all my cars but it seemed they did not want my money
Terrible experience with this dealership. Did the online cash deal and upon arrival at the dealership they wouldn't sell the vehicle at the advertised price unless we paid $2895 for an "accessories package" similar to a warranty and also financed through their dealership even though it was supposed to be a cash deal. Ran a hard credit check 4 times which will affect my credit rating. Avoid like the plague! Very dishonest dealership.

I actually looked at a different Mini Cooper that was advertised online
over a month ago and inquired but got no response. Second time I
inquired about a different vehicle I received a call from a nice sales
associate. She seemed very interested in selling me a car but by that
time we changed our mind about buying a car. It was because of the
sales associates that I give the dealer a high rating. More people like
that needed.

I asked for price and pics. 3 different people emailed me, 2 of which said they were the internet sales manager. The other 1 finally sent pics 2 day later. Their post said , "accepting offers". Could never get any direction regarding a minimum bid, or purchase price. Went to another dealer and had a wonderful purchase experience . Their loss for not providing requested info.

Went to look at a 2018 Kia Sportage and after driving we wanted to talk about buying it. But before signing we had a question about one of the tires because in multiple spots the tires tread was lifting. The manager came in and had a attitude from the start and looked at us and said “I’m giving you this vehicle for pretty much whole sale” and “we inspect our vehicle well”. When my husband showed him the issue he looked at my husband and said “if it was a safety issue I would have to fix it but this isn’t a safety issue”. After this we decided to take our business somewhere else. He was rude and disrespectful! We have very small children we have to worry about also. I didn’t want anything taken off the price just wanted a simple tire fixed. But he put his pride in front of his customer service so he lost a deal. Plus it was listed for 17,500 and when he did the papers he made it 17,900. So I will never step foot in there again or buy a vehicle from them!!

I went to dealer to look at cars with my daughter. We
ask the price for this car would not tell us. Took it for a
drive. No A/c. Tired to get us to buy a newer car.
Nobody would give us a price. Went inside to get a price
told me it was 13xxx then said he would sale it for 10000
and some hundreds. Then he writes on a piece of paper
15,999 mark line trough it and started telling me how
much a month. I did not ask that. Told him the car was
on car gurus. for 10900. He said that was a dealer site
for dealers. It was almost 2000 dollars over high price.
They called later asked if I talked to my bank. I said no.
Wasn't going to. I am not buying a car from someone
that lies and try to take avange of me and my daughter.
I have bought cars from them before. I won't go back
after the way things went.

The jeep we drove 75 miles to look at was already sold. They are attempting to find a similar one for me. Stephon, our salesman, was very nice and helpful. I don't feel like management was working with him for us. I already had one bad experience with this dealership, I hope history isn't repeating itself.

While they never replied to my request through cargurus.com some time later I was in town to pick up some stuff from Harbor Freight and I drove over and looked at this truck and found it on their back row. While it had a lot of issues after three days and them addressing the major drivability issue we came to an agreed price. I found Mark the general manager to be understanding and Chris in the shop closed the deal in the test drive after he addressed my main concern. It was its tow rating of 11,200 pounds that made the old high mileage truck of interest. It is in the body shop for new windshield, side swipe and rust issues but just to pull an old tractor to antique tractor shows I am hopeful of the deal. I understand the sales staff is there to sell high end vehicles not low margin scrap iron. :)

Ben Green helped get me the truck I wanted at the price I could afford
Drove 20 hours round-trip with 8.5 month pregnant wife to buy $52K GMC
truck (1GT42XCY0HF143089). Dealer was aware that I was traveling a long
way and was asked more than once to disclose any issue that the truck may
have. Admittedly, it seemed like a great deal but I was ensured that the truck
had been thoroughly inspected and serviced. Turns out the truck had a ton
of salt corrosion that any reasonable buyer of a $52K truck would want to be
made aware of. This wasn't normal surface rust for a northern truck; it was
significant corrosion on structural parts of the frame. Looks like a 10+ year
old truck from northern MI or NY. Truck is still for sale and price has actually
been increased. Truck's condition wasn't their fault but failure to disclose it
when asked was. Used car manager failed to answer my call or return
voicemail; sales rep apologized and disclaimed knowledge. Disappointed my
time and money was needlessly wasted.
The Dealership contacted me promptly. I got the vehicle for under 2000 less than was priced on cargurus. If i could give 10 stars on this sale i would. Ben was a great salesman and helped give directions back onto the highway.

Drove all the way to Paducah from Jackson, TN. I spoke to the woman who called me at 4:30 yesterday evening and she said today would be great to see it. All i needed to do was come in and ask for Steve. She didn’t even check the system when I asked her to if that’s the case because they sent it off to auction yesterday morning!!!!!! When we arrived the salesman said it was gone. He went in to check with the manager to see what could be done. I even went in and showed them where I had called yesterday. They just looked at me and said “well that’s what happens in the car business, it can be crazy and. confusing. “ Then he offered to give me some gas money. I laughed and walked out. They didn’t apologize. Didn’t say well we have X that you could look at and we will make you a deal on that. They just said that’s what happens.

I asked for more info on a vehicle and was responded to almost immediately, I also texted the dealership and recieved the same promp response. I talked with Kortney thru text and set up a test drive and Dave Johnson was my salesman. Thank You Royal Oaks staff for your help. The salesman would not discuss any change to the list price. He even made up a story about his manager yelling at him about the inquiry. They did not respond to my inquiry through CarGurus or a direct email. I had to call them about the car before I got any response.

Car started out at $2622. Price went down to $2000. Needs transmission work ad says. Contacted them and the price was now $5000. They now say this car went to auction. Told me it takes three days to remove from computer sites. Eight days later car is still on computer sites. Wait a minute, I was told this car went to auction. Either someone is feeding me a line, or they have no clue what is going on at this business. Is this anyway to run a car dealership? Do car dealers take a class how to lie, deceive, potential customers? Makes me wonder.

They didn't have the vehicle that I drove all the way down there to look at. Very angered that it was not taken out of the listings. And that I didn't get a response from them to let me know it was sold. I have been contacted now after going down there to find out that it was sold. They did offer to look for another deal like the one I missed out on but, I've already bought one.

I have bought i vehicle a few years ago a grand cherokee. 3 yeats old . Before i left the lot i noticed smuggs on the paint . The sale person and shop manager told me it would wash off. They even washed it for me . Wet you couldnt see the smudges becasue they were in the clear coat. After i got home two days later i called and the sale manager told me there was nothing he could do the vehicle was mine. Thats not the best part when we were negotiating the price . I had a length of term and monthly payment I wanted to be at. They kept trying to add months to the term to get the payment i wanted . After it was said and done the paper work i signed showed the terms and everything looked good. 2 years later i tradednit in on a new vehicle , the sale manager at the other car lot asked what o owed on the jeep.i told him the interest rate i had pmus the amount fi anced and the terms . Guess what i was wrong about all of them. The finance manager at royal oaks lied . I have never forgotten it . If i would have known this listing was for them i wouldnt have tried to contact them. The best part is they didnt even email me back .

I came to buy the car for the price
they had listed it for and ended
up needing to be in the shop. I
didn't wanna spend $16000 total
and the listed price was still
$13000 to put more money into it.
They shouldn't put cars out to sell
that needs work done to it.
Brakes, rotors, sensors, and what
else more that I didn't know of
until I put it in the shop my self.
Kind of disappointed.
