Awesome experience. And really, who says that about a buying a car? No sales pressure. Great people. Best deal in Oregon for what I got.
Im very disappointed in this dealership. Spent 5 hours there and was told I was approved but the bank is requested 6 months of bank statements instead of just the three I brought with me. So spent 2 hrs in bumper to bumper traffic the next day getting there to be told the statements weren't right so I sent the email over from my bank and was told that they'd drive the car to me in washongton the following day for my trouble cause the banks were now closed. Waited for them all the next day to call. Left several texts all to be told slightly after 6pm I wasn't approved! Imagine how mad I was. Two days earlier I was approved they just wanted 3 more months of bank statments. How do i go from approved and they'd bring me the car to Not hearing from them at all except a text telling me I was now not approved. Don't waste your time at this dealership.

Insanely bad, laughable offer. I asked for a range my trade it might possibly be worth to decide if I wanted to drive it in to have them look at it. I did NOT ask for a literal offer for my trade in sight-unseen. The KBB trade in value for my vehicle starts at 9k. They told me it was worth $500 even in good condition. Will absolutely never go to this dealership. They were banking on me not knowing what my vehicle was worth and ready to take full advantage of me. Gross.

If I could give a 6th star I would! I had the BEST experience. I am a working mom, I needed
something reliable and this was my first time buying from a dealer ever. I had a very specific
budget I could work with and the dealer made everything work for me as I needed. They were
beyond kind, supportive and helpful in addition to being flawlessly professional. Also I bought the
car that was exactly as it was presented, no shady inventory lines like âits in the shop or oh it just
soldâ. I got exactly what was advertised. My sales man was H.J. and he was especially helpful as
I was pretty nervous but he made everything feel better, and was super helpful in answering all my
questions no matter how naive they were. I will be back when I need a new ride for sure!

I’ve responded to this dealership three times and the story is always the same. Someone responds that they are checking the lot to see if the vehicle is still there. They wait a day or two and then respond that the vehicle has sold. Then they try to interest you in some other vehicle. I’m done talking to them

All the Royal Moore staff were professional & pleasant. Ronaldo was quick to respond to my text. He kept us posted when the vehicle would be in & explained the Prius' components.
Ronaldo was accessible, patient, & knowledgeable, lovely to work with.

Good with keeping contact. Found a vehicle a little closer to home
I was sent multiple listings way outside of my budget and interests, which isn’t a huge deal, just not helpful. I was able to look a truck close to my budget, but it seemed like the manager wasn’t willing to work with us—no trade in, no flexibility in price. Not sure what to say. Seemed like they didn’t really wanna sell, and so the truck sits.

However working with the finance and warranty gentlemen in the back was a painful experience. 3.5 hours later we were on our way with our truck fully purchased. Seemed unorthodox for us to sign finance papers with them when our bank gave us a check for the vehicle’s purchase; they said just in case the check didn’t clear. Hmmm

The car is not blue it's lavender but I happen to like the color. They had it listed somewhere on 2 places maybe but one place had automatic listed but I scrolled down & it said manual on the specific details of package on it which is even crazier than the color listed wrong. I told them the color was wrong on the internet the first time I talked to them on the phone but they didn't change it by the next day or two. They were nice but the salesman didn't seem overly worried about the mistakes and someone is incompetent & lazy that puts the information on the internet.

Brandon was my sales person. The 2003 Honda Element,was just the car I have been waiting to buy. Being an older vehicle, I understood it to be a cash sale. Thankful to Car Guru for steering me to it! I rate my experience as good. The car was a bit dirty on the inside. The carfax did say it was washed and detailed. Not true. The engine definitely needs degreasing, and the interior is terrible. I have bought necessary cleaning supplies to do the job. Overall the condition of the vehicle is acceptable. I drives great!

Ugh. Salesperson was very responsive on email, and I really wanted to give him my business. But after I drove out to heck-and-gone, he could not locate the car I wanted to look at! We caravaned from one lot to the other looking for it, and he let another car get between me and him. If you’ve hit simeone following you, make sure they can see you at all times, even if that means letting someone go ahead of you. By the time we got to the second lot, I had no idea where he’d gone—but he had lost my business by then.

Received one email with no follow up on questions
We were offered the opportunity to do the paperwork before and then they
would bring the paperwork to us, test drive and sign the paperwork if it is the
car we want. Christian has been awesome, great communication! We will be

I was a little afraid to buy my first car at first. Throughout the process, it was difficult to follow the financials, but
the salesmen were very helpful in explaining every piece of the proceedings. By the end, I was the proud
owner of my well maintained 2017 Ford Fusion Hybrid. These guys were awesome!
I have been searching for a car for my Girlfriend and we have been finding extremely hard to find good deals

I bought remotely from WA, and was able to secure financing over the phone at a great rate (Columbia credit union) drive the 150mi, sign papers and take delivery the same day. Dealer has not returned requests about a vehicle I am interested in. They are not open to any negotiations and do not value repeat business.
As a customer who has worked with Royale Moore for over 12 years and purchased not less than 7 (4 new and 3 used) vehicles from their
various dealerships in the Hillsboro area, they do not value customer loyalty. They care only about the deal, in that moment. If you are
looking for a dealership that offers more than just an internet price, they aren't for you. The car I went in to look at purchasing was poorly
detailed and as a primarily electric vehicle, was at a zero state of charge. I could not verify that the vehicle could even hold a charge, let alone
a full one.

honor the lower price, but would not dicker any further. Now I see it is down to 7588. I told them I

Responded quickly to my inquiries and made himself available for the time I was able to get to the dealership.
Short story: They broke our verbal agreement of sale and sold my car to
someone else. The sales guy also had to say a dumb childish jab about my
low initial offer making him sick to his stomach. No explanations no apology.
They didn’t have a care in the world about me as a customer.
Long story:
I offered a lowish $16,500 for a car listed at $17,800 not expecting to get
that price but working my way somewhere in the middle. The sales guy
Austin deadpanned a jab about how my offer made him sick to his stomach.
I get passed off to Jason who I assume does the deal making, but Austin
didn’t introduce me and Jason didn’t explain why they handed us off. We
went back and forth on the price respectfully. I didn’t feel good about how
far they came down so I told him that we couldn't accept his final offer. We
thanked him and we walked out. Nothing bad with Jason in that instance, we
just couldn't agree on a price and thats fine.
I call back in the evening, speak with Jason and make a last offer I could feel
good about of $17,250. He had to talk with the manager so he said he’d call
back. Austin calls back at 6:12pm and tells me they will accept my offer and
that I can sign the papers in the morning. I agreed. In my mind we agreed
that the car was mine to buy.
7:02pm (50 minutes later) I get a call from Austin and all he says to me is that
their Mazda affiliate just sold the car... the car they agreed to sell me 50
minutes ago! The car was on Austin and Jason’s lot and not on Mazda's lot
so they had to have some control over that situation. Austin didn’t apologize
or even explain what happened and how they sold the car I agreed to buy.
He couldn’t care less that they just broke our agreement.
Next morning I leave a message on Jason’s voice mail asking him to call me
back and for an explanation. I told him that I was going to write reviews on
the car buying platforms I used to research their car, and that I wanted to
give him the opportunity to explain what happened before I wrote those
reviews. That was two days ago and I have not received a call. They couldn’t
care less that they just broke our agreement and didn’t explain the situation
or apologize about their mistake. No one even said it was their mistake.

I drove 97 miles round trip...my bad for not calling first because when i got there i found out that a manager took the car home, i dont know if it was for a day, over night or the entire weekend, i work full time monday thru friday, so the weekend is easier for me to get out and about, but i was first mad at myself for not confirming that the car was still availabe, then i was mad at the dealership for allowing a manager to take an advertised car home, on a weekend, out of state (apparently he lives in Washington so couldn't bring it to the car lot). One of the main reasons i was interested in the car was because of the low miles....probably not as low as advertised- it traveled out of state to the managers home. So disappointing!!! Lost a sale Royal Moore- bought an awesome Explorer that was advertised and actually there on the lot for me to see, drive, and buy some where else!!!!

Brandon responded back to me within minutes of my inquiry. He listened to me as I explained what my needs were in a vehicle and was able to tell me honestly about the Ford Ranger that I was interested in. When I asked to see it the next day he was eager to assist. He said he would bring it to the front of the lot for me to test drive. When I arrived he had followed through and had it warmed up and ready for a test drive. He was very respectful but not pushy which I like. I loved the truck and told Brandon what I wanted to pay. He presented my cash offer and very soon we had a deal. Brandon never left my side from start to finish. He devoted his full attention on getting me on my way. A great guy and in my opinion the kind of person cut out to deal with customers in a way to make them feel important. Brandon made my buying experience swift and fun. When I need another vehicle my first look will be Royal Moore!

I had made an appointment a day in advance to test drive a jeep. The car was being driven by a manager there and I was told that they would have it there clean and ready to test drive. The car was not clean, it still had 2 child car seats in it. There were 3000+ more miles on the vehicle than advertised. I would have been ok with a few hundred, but 3000 is a lot. I told the sales guy I would buy the car if he came down $1000. After a discussion about KBB numbers, I still didn't want to pay the full asking price. He got mad, threw his hands in the air and said, "We are done here", and stompped off. I was a bit shocked, but got up and left.
I would not advise anyone to deal with these people. I have not heard from the dealer at all since. Good luck with car shopping, I know I need it.

These guys like they are all that and a big of chips. I went in with 6 grand in cash ready to make a deal. The guy wouldn’t lower the price on the truck by $700. I highly doubt that they would have gone out of business to make this one deal happen. I have great credit, cash burning a hole in the pocket, and motivated to make a deal. Unfortunately this guy suggested I wait for the summer to get a deal like the one I was asking for. Lol. Good job guys. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Sales person was considerate, easy to interact with by email, and generous
with time when we came to look at car. Unfortunately car had been sold,
and his sales manager was very insensitive, ignoring terms we had
previously agreed upon, claiming a $2000 rebate was not available, trying to
hard sell expensive extended warranties and various add ons, and pushing
loans at an exorbitant rate. In just a few minutes he undid all of his
salesperson's good work, leading to us to go to another dealer for purchase.
I almost bought this vehicle, but they blew it. The sales guy transferred me to his manager, who demanded I pay $500 for some security, lost-car feature that they installed for their benefit that I would most likely never use. Then went in to sign the papers, and was told that the year-long warranty that was promised by the sales guy was actually not valid. I ended up going to a "no bull" dealer down in Wilsonville which was a lot better experience

dirty van. Then the inside looked like it
had never been detailed. Dirt smears in
the backs if the seats, dirty carpet, dirt
and crumbs on the seat and cup holders,
scratches different places inside. I
instantly thought if they dont care enough
to clean up an almost new vehicle, what
is their quality or honesty like. After
looking at the Carfax report it said the
vehicle was sold as a rental van for the
first few months if its life. Then Royal
Moore was said to detail it in May. Looks
like they never did that. Thank God they
didnt come down in price like we were
asking because we went over to
Gresham Nissan which was closer to our
home, and purchased a brand new 2015
XLE Sienna for only $33,375 which was a
steal! Only about $1400 more than this
load of junk. The sales man at RM told us
we probably just need to buy new if we
werent willing to come up to their price,
SO THANKFUL WE DIDNT!
My wife and I had a great car buying experience with Royal Moore
Toyota. James was an exceptional salesman and we were able to
drive away with a beautiful, low mileage, 2012 Kia Sorento without
any headaches or hassle. Signing the paperwork was a breeze with
Pam as she was very personable and professional. I would definitely
recommend this dealer to others interested in purchasing their next
vehicle.

The vehicle I originally came to look at
was terrible. Needed to be fixed and
more repairs made to sell it. Not ready.
The sales folks were really kind, helpful
to a degree except there finance dept.
Didn't seem motivated for my business.
I felt blown off after he didn't like my
terms. What ever happened to the
process of sales? These folks seem
lazy/order pickers. I do believe they use
the bait and switch method, beware
future buyers. Nice folks-not motivated.
