I went to this dealership with the full intention of buying a car. The salesman was very nice, but unfortunately, I wasn’t given all the necessary information about the vehicle. There was no discussion about financing options, like how many months I was looking for, and I felt like important details were left out. I test drove the car and really liked it—it drove great, and I was ready to move forward. Luckily, I decided to take it to my mechanic first. That’s when the real issues came up: a coolant leak, an exhaust leak, water in the trunk, and worst of all, the car had a junkyard engine. I was never told about this, and there’s no documentation showing how many miles are actually on it. The advertised 92k miles is very misleading. I left disappointed and empty-handed. If the car drops to the $4,000 range, I might reconsider, but as it stands, this experience was a letdown and felt like a waste of time. Thank God for my mechanic

Went to the dealership to look at this Camaro. Went to my bank and got the loan after they gave me the information on the vehicle and got my loan from my bank. I contacted them told them that I got the loan and that I would be there the following weekend. They sold the car to someone else even though they knew that I was getting a loan for this car in particular. They are the absolute worst car dealership in the state of New Jersey. They knew that this was the car that I wanted and no other would do. I kept an open line of communication with Eddie their financial person and moe my salesman. They led me astray and told me to come up with the money she's a dealership and the car would be mine yet they sold it to someone else a week before they told me that. They tried to double up on their deal in case mine didn't come through even though I had called them and told them I got the loan and I was coming up to the dealership to buy my car. They are dishonest and I'll never shop there again

We understand your disappointment in not being able to get the car you wanted, but a dealership cannot hold a car for almost a month while you attempt to obtain financing.  Numerous attempts were made on our part to get financing for you and you did not have the down payment for us or the financing company you were working with on your own.  You wanted us to lower our price to match your bank's offer to you - this is something we will not do.  A qualified buyer arrived and was able to purchase the vehicle.  There was no dishonesty on our part.

BUYER BEWARE!!! The car had a few dents in the front fender which Shannon said he will fix that day. I purchased the car and left it to be repaired. A couple days later Shannon called me saying it was done. I went to pick up the car and it was not touched. At that point Shannon said he was going to purchase a new fender and would call me. Now he just avoids my calls. Shannon even shook my hand while promising me to take care of the problem.

We purchased the car, called day before, was reserved for us, we showed up to appointment, test drove, worked with Shannon and Debbie on purchase. Others came in to see this car and they were told we were purchasing no trying to sell out from under us while doing paperwork etc. Great experience.

For the last couple years, used car inventory is in very short supply.  Although a vehicle may be on the website, it can be sold minutes after viewing it.  Our dealership is selling 3-4 cars a day and lower prices cars tend to go first.

Pros: The sale process was fast and easy. Kuran was extremely helpful in answering questions and explaining what was needed. Cons: I didn’t get to drive my car until 3 days after purchase. The air stopped working during the test drive and the car started smoking after sale was completed. Drove there to pick up my car after being told it would be done by noon of that day just to still not have a car. Overall: Customer service was good while I waited for my car to be serviced. They also allowed me to drive another car while waiting. It was more so about the service department not completely doing their job in the first place. I love my car and it was an excellent price.

the men there were very nice but after we test drove the car and he gave us pricing they add a $1300 fee to the advertised price and call it a wholesale fee. I wouldn't have wasted my time driving to see the car if I knew the car was $1300 more than the advertised price. The advertised price should be the price of the car

Very prompt reply to my initial inquiry, and to my question about engine size. Included their dealership ad on the car, with link to the history. The CarGuru ad said No Accidents, but the linked history indicated there was an accident that disabled the car and required towing. About 3 weeks ago, I asked for specifics as to the damage and repairs, and was told someone else from the dealership would contact me. Have heard nothing since.

This dealership will work with you! The cars are rated by Cragurus.com as to whether I'm getting a "great deal" or a bad deal. Royal Auto Group has lots of "great deal" cars selling below the same car offered by competitors. It's a quick and easy process buying a car and not the 5-6 hour experience I have endured in the past. Strongly recommend to all car buyers.

After we left the dealership the check engine light came on and it was for a timing chain which is over $2500 to fix, among many other problems, including stereo that did not work, tire service light, half inflated tire, no working usb/cigarette ports, a leak in the seals for windows/doors with condensation filling the entire inside of car, etc. They finally allowed me to return the vehicle after i agree to lose my $500 down payment. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

The prices of the vehicle are pretty good BUT the when they hit you with the HIDDEN FEES Doc fees taxes n tags and all of that then prepare for an extra $3000-3500 on top of whatever price your looking at ... they say it's not adjustable but it is because I got a new vehicle for almost less then half of that

The price was very competitive when I compared it to the same car at other dealerships. There was no one who came close to Royal Auto’s price for the trim package I wanted. The purchasing process was straight forward, not complicated, and a very pleasant experience. I went on a Saturday, test drove a car, slept on it, and then came back the next business day leaving with my new car! I highly recommend.

Car was misrepresented in the picture. The car had dings all over it. Looks like it had been in multiple accidents. I made an appointment to see the car. When I got there, it was in the back of the lot under a tree, looks like it hadn't moved forever. The showroom was messy.

I purchased the car shown. The vehicle was exactly as depicted. Royal Auto Group was friendly and very helpful. They have two locations and that caused a little confusion. I was directed to the wrong location where they had two Kia Sedonas, but not the one I was interested in. I was given directions to the correct lot which was about a half hour away by car. Within a few short moments of my arrival, I was test driving this wonderful auto. I agreed to purchase the car and brought my checkbook the next day. The price was about $1000 above than the advertised price which almost broke the deal. I was told that this additional cost included for new tires, rotors, and brakes. They said this is their standard package on their cars. I am delighted with this car. The new items claimed to be done were obviously installed. They were fair and honest. This was the best buying experience I ever had and I will purchase my next vehicle from this excellent auto dealer.

I corresponded with royal auto group numerous times and set up to see the vehicle. I drove 4 hours(2 hours both ways) and had my husband take off work early so we could drive it home only to find out when we got there that the vehicle was sold the previous night. Since I sent a reminder message the day of my appointment the dealership could have at least contacted me to let me know that it was sold. It is also still listed on your website. Very poor business

The customer emailed an employee who was off yesterday so no one could access the email.  Common sense would suggest that the customer should have called before they made such a trip anyway to confirm it wasn't being sold at the same time.  The customer also did not provide a phone number for communication anyway.

Max and Mustafa were great! I called to tell them I was coming to look at a car ,they had the car ready when I got there. l took a test drive the price was exactly what they told me it was on the phone no BS. I was in and out in about one hour driving my new car. The best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle and Ive probably bought over 20 in my life.

I must say it sure does feel like a family in there. My first contact was with Max, he was very helpful ! Though i thought he was going to be my sales person, and when I was introduced to Shannon i thought to myself this is going to be like every other dealer where you get bounced around from person to person, because they have information to hide. I was surprised to see the team work put into my purchase. They were not competing to make every dollar but working together to get me the best deal ! Thank you Royal Auto Team ! Initial correspondence was random and directed to several different people. One salesman tried to get me interested in different cars eventhough I'm only looking for one kind of car. I finally reached another who was polite and explained the situation better, but its curious why a listing would be posted for over 100 days and not have a price/pictures and apparently still be in 'Intake'. The intial contact was very confusing. If it gets better, I willl update.

I was treated like a second-class citizen. I was charged $1,500 for not financing with the company. I was charged $1,500 dealer prep. And that was after they found out I have an internet price of $1,500. I had the check and the money in my pocket to pay for the vehicle. They lost out on the sale

Very professional did their best to make my deal with my trade in. No games just numbers, and doing what they could to get me in new van at number I asked for, which they were able to do. Chris salesmen and Frank manager we’re both very helpful and listened to what I wanted, now if they could get my wife happy with deal, I know there is no one out there working harder at making things happen. I would recommend these guys over any of the car dealers I have been to, and that is a lot of dealers, have had many vehicles over the years business and pleasure. Thank you for just being easy to work with, from having vehicle in listing exactly as it appeared, test drive ready by myself, and accommodating my little time to stay at dealership, you do not know how rare that is!

Salesman was nice and no high pressure sales pitch, but he did not know much about the car. From the dealership perspective, they low-balled the asking price to get me in and then alerted me to $1,200 in dealership recon fees and was vague about other fees. That's poor business model.

Form yeh initial contact from the dealer, Mohammed was great!!! He was very informative and helpful. Going to the dealership everyone was just as firstly and helpful. I have never walked into a dealership and leave with a car in less then 2 hours. They were fast, efficient, prices are reasonable, and they have off a very caring vibe. The price listed was not honored at the dealership. They wanted to add 900 for work they had done on it. Then they added excessive additional charges making the final price 2000 above what was listed on Cargurus. It was a very unpleasant experience all around. I would not recommend this dealership

The salesman was nice, but the car was dirty, the car had body damage that wasn’t in the pictures the biggest NO GO the air conditioner didn’t work on the hottest day of the year. The owner stated that they weren’t putting anything more into the car ☹️

Bill, Shannon and John were great to work with. We purchased the car we wanted within 24 hours of locating it on Cargurus and the process was simple and friendly. Bill Levin uses a soft sell approach and didn’t pressure or up sell us with dealer options we didn’t want. The dealer lied with a bait and switch the day I went down to look at vehicle. I took a screen shot of the vehicle and price which was $6,172 when i got there the price grew to current price of $6,872 and they said I was mistaken the price was always $6,872. Little did they know I captured a screen shot before I went down and sent them a nice text message with the actual price of $6,172. They also wanted to add a dealer prep fee of $1,450 which they didn't tell me over the phone. This place makes, shady car dealers seem reputable, sales man was cool.

This is very simple. ......the price was 10,441. I was informed there is a dealers prep fee. (I informed as we started talking I was not buying a car today, just looking) I asked what the dealers prep fee was? I was told when I was ready to buy they woudl tell me. How can I be ready if I do not know the price of the car. .............................................salesman was a nice guy but instructions came from management. I would stay away..............................

The price for the vehicle bumped to 2k more, Some prep Charges apparently. It's a pure click and bait. No negotiation room at all. We ended up buying a better vehicle, cheaper price, Lesser mileage, from Mazda dealers themselves. Yasir was the guy who was dealing with us.

Royal auto group is a very well organized car dealetship with amazing prices and deals.. after 3 months of looking for my first car I found royal auto and found a 2013 Hyundai sonata 2.0t in their inventory that I know own and now very happy with. The people at royal auto are very nice and kind people. Theyre very straightforward and honest with all their clients. They also go out of there way to help out every customer that walks in there dealership. The moral of this review is that I would highly recommended royal auto group to anyone because of its great service I have experienced with them. And I would like to give a special shout out to Dave Hiatt and Bill Levin!

Overall a great experience. Showed a lot of interest in the Ford Fusion and the dealers over there wasted no time in getting me all set up with a nice deal! Def worth it for my first auto purchase

The car is not shown as advertised. The color of the car was brown NOT GUN METAL GREY. manager came off as a sleazy salesman. Glad I walked away from negotiating. He tried to rip me me off by attempting to add an additional 1500 job for something that was not needed at 54k miles. His logic was that the car needed it and I should be responsible for paying that. He can try that nonsense with a first time auto buyer.

Salesman called to discuss, he didn't know anything about the vehicle. I told him where I saw the vehicle advertised, and asked for his best price. He had his manager call me... The manager's English was horrible and I again asked him to send me a quote on his best price. He sent me a quote with a price of $51,936 (over a grand more than on your website) and then even though I was out of state started to add all kids of additional local and state charges. They really were horrible to deal with.

Typical friendly dealership. Ask about dealership fees 1st! We drove across the state after being assured of no additional dealership fees only to discover at least $1,500 in additional dealership fees.

Very pleasant car buying experience. My salesman, Dan Brusha, was very professional. I emailed him on a Monday, received and immediate response, and had my 2010 in my driveway on Saturday. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Dealer is only out for his own interest. He sold the car that I wanted to purchase about a hour before I arrived. he knew I was coming with the money in hand.. And he still sold it..

Dealer was not honest in dealings. When asked if vehicle had been serviced (changed brake pads, oil, ext.) he assured me that every vehicle he took in gets serviced right away. After purchasing vehicle I brought it to my mechanic to have it checked and he showed me that no service what so ever had been done to the vehicle. I would not recommend anyone to deal with this dealer.
