Quickly and even made sure I got home safely
Dealer did necessary protocols - copy of driver's license, test drive etc.
Vehicle did not come with owner's manual. Although dealer explained the last owner must have removed it, it was not willing to procure a
replacement without a charge.
Car came with only one remote key, with no remote start.

I had an appointment and I was driving from Pennsylvania. I texted them when I was on my way, but they sold the pick up just like 10 minutes before i arrived and they just said that: "first come first". Super bad service.

This place is terrible. The dealer only cares about getting money from people. He buys all his cars at auctions and then sells them for thousands more than they're actually worth. A majority of his cars have issues that require $$$ to fix. Sometimes he sells cars that cannot pass an inspection due to the check engine light being on. They have you sign an "as-is" form so that they will not be held responsible when something goes wrong with the car. If you buy a car here make sure you take it to a mechanic before purchasing it.
Prompt service, congenial, knowledgeable staff. The offer a free car fax. Car was ready to be seen right away. When we decided to purchase, the whole transaction took less than a half hour. My only complaint is not even a thirty day guarantee comes with the car. You must purchase one. This is the fourth used car I’ve purchased from a dealer and they always come with at least at 30-60 day guarantee. But overall, I’d recommend them to someone.

Contacted dealer multiple times through car gurus to ask about it never heard anything back. Then i called them a few days later to see about the car and the sold it the previous day. Then tried to sell me something else after i said i was only interested in the car i contacted them multiple times about.

Cars were dirty, check engine lights on. Staff were not knowledgeable about vehicles. It was like buying a car at a junkyard. I was expected to test drive a vehicle with no gas in it. After I called from NY identified coming from 3 hrs away and which vehicle I was interested in. I feel it should have been show ready and driveable.
Felt uncomfortable to purchase so left. Will not return. Yes I understand price point is as is with some fixer upper needs. However no being able to safely test drive a car is unacceptable.

The owner was horrible kept taking other phone calls while I was trying to discuss this vehicle which turned out to be junk both bumpers were duck taped It needed an exhaust there was a water leak in the cab both the ABS and brake light or on besides the fact that the vehicle was completely filthy inside and out

I had to ask this dealership for further pictures of a particular view of the inside of a vehicle “3 TIMES” & still I HAVE NOT received any further pictures but was listed. They are attempting to hide stains knowing that I am not local to go see the vehicle personally. Poor Customer Service!! I will not be buying a car from this dealership. I’m still in the market until I know I can trust the dealership I buy from.

Absolutely horrific, we drove an hour in change to look at a car with “no accidents”, to find a hole in the passenger side door big enough to put a baseball into. The dealership it’s self was dirty and full of salvage cars.

Car was sold the day before I could make it out to them I test drove another
car and they were super helpful and NO PRESSURE!!! GREAT
Good price vehicles here are not without the catch , but the dealer is open and honest about . So if you willing to spend a little bit of money and time or you know a mechanic or just good in buying things on line , I believe you can get a great deal here and Erfan or Efran ( sorry) is very helpful. Definitely worth checking it out

This did not go well. I was told the car had an engine and CVT transplant.
Both with lower mileage than the car itself. I was very interested.I called
and asked if the car was "ready to go". HE said yes. I rented a car with the
option to drop it off in the area. 400 miles and a motel over night. The car
was a nightmare. Red ABS light was on. Won't pass inspection in VA. The
car shut down in about 5 miles. Check.Engine light came on. The CVT
transmission was not close to its normal operation. NOT close to "ready to
go"!!! Wasted my time and money.

Ron is a very professional guy, I visited his dealer about 2 months ago, did
not buy a car that time, but still have him in my favorites, because of his
honest way and the fact that he did not rushed me to buy, he let me try as
many cars as I wanted without any issue. I will sooner or later buy from him!

I did not get this car but I got a car from here they
are nice and very helpful let me test drive and
never pressure me in anything I saw about 4 car
and fell in love with one. The car has no lights on
and runs well low mileage I could have not gotten
a better deal

I contacted dealership (Ron) I thought as he said that was his name. He call me back and set up for appointment for day after snowstorm. I called him back asked for Ron. It did not sound like same person and he had no idea who I was, I hung up. Dealership does not have truthful employees.

I told the dealer that I would be traveling from another state to purchase a vehicle that I wanted and he volunteered to hold the car for me. I decided to check the dealer's website before I made the trip and discovered that the car was no longer available because he sold it
the next day. There's a big difference between GREED and BUSINESS.

Ron is first class all the way. While I was out of state he took the time to respond to all of my texts and calls as well as provide video of the vehicle. My wife then visited him with my father and he took two hours with them to not only make sure she was comfortable, but then explain my fathers personal vehicle to him- which wasn't even purchased with Ron. A true professional and class act who put no pressure on us at any time, and most importantly was a man of his word. If I could give 6 stars I would. Needless to say we purchased the vehicle. If Ron has the car you're looking for, you know he will provide the pedigree, give a solid price and won't try to pull the bait and switch or load you up with hidden fees. Our best car buying experience ever- because he is a man of his word.
