Vehicle was sold when I drove there an 1 hour away.
Unable to come to a deal with trade value. Then was told to give the manager the weekend to think about it. Texted on Monday with no response and then texted again on Tuesday just to be told the car was sold the day before. Horrible service

The salesman was fine the finance person was
very rude, the manager was also rude and had
an attitude. I withdrew my offer and left. Went
somewhere else.
I purchased a new Bronco Sport from out of state and Rodman Ford made it a very easy
experience. They were expecting me and recalled our earlier phone conversation. Rod the
salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. It was a fair negotiation and
they helped with the out of state registration by meeting me at my DMV.
Special thanks to the sales manager Dillon. I recommend them as a good dealership to
visit if you are looking for a new car.

sent me an email once, when I tried to schedule a test drive I got no response.
So I contacted this car but it was still being loaned even though they told me it would
be back the next day. It still was not there when I went in the afternoon. It came back
late afternoon that day I had an appointment. I went and looked at another car on
the lot that was a little more money and less miles. Took it for a test drive and fell in
love with the car. Kinda glad the silver was not there. I went for the black one
instead. I am very happy with this vehicle. Dealers anywhere now do not negotiate
as they used to on prices. That is the sale and the final sale. This was the only down
fall about my experience.

Being interested in a red 2019 Ford F-250, I emailed
and asked for undercarriage pictures but, to only
receive a picture of the back of a drivers license.
It was not a good experience for someone willing to
travel from out of state to buy a truck.

Fast response, low pressure sales. Very pleasant to work with.
made appointment for Friday at 4pm. Was not sure where I was suppose to meet the salesman so sent
him an email letting him know I was there. Did not hear anything from him so I walked up the stairs to the
showroom. Where I sat for 10 minutes no one showed so then I called the front desk (I was sitting about
30 feet from the receptionist who answered the phone and never acknowledged my existence) she put me
through to the salesman who did not answer and I left a message. He never showed and I sat there for
another 35 minutes with the receptionist never asking me who I was waiting for. Also at least 5 different
salesmen walked around the area and none of them asked if they could help me. Well at 5:15 pm I got up
and went home. Could not catch up with salesman on Saturday, so made arrangement to meet on Wed.
He called on Tuesday night to let me know the dealership did not want to sell the car because it had too
many issues and was wholesaling it the auction.

I spent several months looking for a Lincoln MKC for my wife. As I was looking here in Ct dealers were raising there prices. I found exactly what we were looking for at Rodman Ford in Foxboro. First made contact with Jordan and was told car still available, put me with Bruce when I arrived and the whole process went smoothly, car was already conditioned when we first tested it. Was worth the drive.
They listed a truck that was exactly what I was looking for.
Unfortunately they listed the truck before they looked at it and called me back days later to say the truck is going to the auction. They wasted a lot of my time and did not communicate back to me until they wanted to sell me something else. Not a good experience.

MATT and NARDI were very professional, during the transaction! i felt no pressure dealing with them at all. i later found out that NARDI,
the GENERAL MANAGER, was let go, and that believe me, broke my heart. all my life, i have felt uncomfortable dealing with salesmen,
at dealerships, as most are real pushy, and that is what makes me very uncomfortable. NOT SO with MATT and NARDI! in my mind, i
thought that RODMAN FORD, should be very honored to have MATT and NARDI as associates, working together, to make car and truck
sales, at RODMAN FORD a pleasure for their customers! who ever replaces NARDI, as GENERAL MANAGER AT RODMAN, treats
customers with the kindness and respect that NARDI treated me. he certainly took away the sour taste, that i have had dealing with
GENERAL MANAGERS, through out my many years of purchasing vehicles at dealerships.

They Would not allow me to negotiate the price down even one penny, and I’m noticing it now on the website listed as approximately $900 more. I guess now having it at $37,800 they have about $900 to play with now ito negotiate with the next guy

They put fleet prices on CarGurus. Don’t
wastes your time with them when you see a
good deal!
The price listed was for fleet customer.
When asked about vehicle I was given a
higher number than what was listed
because it was a fleet price.

The experience was not what I wanted the printed and advertised price was not even close to what they ended up quoting me. Price went up
close to 4K.
COVID may have played a part but Jordan Rodman was horrible salesman.
I was purchasing from California and had to call several times to find out that 80% of the staff had been laid off.
They had 24K of my money and demanded additional 3K to process final purchase before even viewing and test driving the vehicle.
Horrible customer service. Had to constantly contact them to get status updates. They made no effort to create a good customer relationship. Jordan was very rude and had no customer service skills.
Had to put tremendous amount of pressure to get my money back.
Watch for bait and switch tactics.

Could have been 5 star experience. But I feel the picture advertising a 7year 100,000 mile warranty is a bit misleading. I didnt find out that the warranty is that from the original purchase date when the vehicle was new till I had purchased the truck for cash and was signing the paperwork. I was told during the test drive that it would be honored from my purchase and the current miles (just over 95,000) on the truck. I still bought the truck but I feel this was a bit of a bait and switch since I was offered a different extended warranty at a cost of an additional $2000. I still bought the truck but I am not happy with that misleading enticement.

What started out as a bad experience because of poor office communication with us traveling 2 1/2 hours to Rodman, twice, to view a 2018 Expedition only to find it sold, ultimately turned out quite positive. Salesman Matt Deleo along with his associate Tammy Ludwig turned what could have been a negative experience into a pleasant and most memorable car buying experience. In the end, we ended up with another 2018 Expedition more to our liking and they both went out of their way to deliver the vehicle to us 140 miles away!

Unhappy I went to Rodman to buy. I had checkbook, old registration, plates, insurance.cert.( drove an hour)
After waiting 1/2 hour for my appointment I was told the" rules ":
1/2 tank of gas
No floor mats
No cosmetic repairs
$880 more than the on line price WUWT
I notice that the price is lowered to below that now
Warranty only good if serviced there

I got there and the interior of the used car was DIRTY!! They were selling
the car AS IS!! they never mentioned this to me the that over the phone,
then I asked if they would repair what was needed in order to make the car
ready for inspection they replied no, that they were selling it as is, and
wouldn't even budge on price. The car had a sticker on it that said " this car
has been placed through our inception" which was false!. This Makes you
wonder if they even inspect the car before they place it on sale.

After prodding they did answer my questions. It took three attempts to get an answer to three questions, which were eventually answered.
This is a typical tactic used by auto salespeople who are trying to avoid answering uncomfortable questions.
Great experience. We’ve been looking at Cadillac Escalades for a while and saw that Rodman had one. Made an appointment and was greeted by Dave Cross. Turned out the one in the picture was not the one for sale, and initially the color combination was not to my liking.
We did a short test drive and on a uneven stretch of road, the car wandered a bit. Was fine on a smooth road. Dave said alignment would be included. We talked numbers for a while with Dave and Charlie the sales manager to see if we could make this work.
My wife and I left leaving with the promise to get back to them in a few hours with our decision if we could make the car and payments fit our window.
A few hours later after a few phone calls, I gave Dave my credit card number for a deposit.
Most people, me included, dread car buying, but due to the low pressure of Dave and Charlie, this was fun.
Rodman addressed the wandering problem by installing 2 brand new 22 inch tires!!

Was a complete waste of time. I had signed up to be notified about price
drops and was called within 15 seconds (LITERALLY 15 SECONDS). The
gentleman I spoke with (Dillon) asked if I wanted to come look at this
vehicle. I told him I was only interested if I could get a good deal as I was
kinda cheap (yes those were my words) and he said no problem I should
come down and see HIM as it's the end of the month. When my husband
and I got there we were told that Dillon only sets online appointments and
I would be dealing with Chris. As an fyi I got 2 calls within 10 minutes
from Dillon to see if I was coming down when I was on my way. That was
a little annoying but fine. Chris walked us out to the Avalanche where we
looked at it for 30 seconds and asked if I was going to trade anything. I
was thinking of getting rid of my 1990 Corvette convertible (I had brought
the car AND title with me) where he looked at me incredulously and
asked if my trade was a must do condition to purchase as I would only
get hundreds or a thousand as trade (it's in VERY good condition with low
miles). I said no it's not, so he then went thru the robotic steps of
marching us back inside, making a copy of my license, then going for a
very quiet test drive (he offered no useful equipment info unless I asked
about something specific). We got back to the dealership, went to his
desk, and he asked what we thought. We loved the truck and were
interested in purchasing it. Before talking about anything else he wanted
to know about credit history, down payments, etc. I finally stopped him
and said that all depends on selling price (I was looking to be close to
30k). This is when he informed me (with not just a little disdain) that
Rodman Ford is a one price selling experience. What he didn't realize is
that I sold cars for years and understand how things work. While they
may have a fairly inflexible sticker price, there is always flexibility with a
trade- especially when a dealership will get the financing and extended
warranty purchase which I had told Dillon over the phone I would do if I
got a really good deal. Anyway I explained to him that there was an
almost identical vehicle at a dealership next door to where I work in my
hometown that was similar money to his but with a brand new plow on it
and only 14000 miles (his truck is just shy of 50000 miles). He said he
would go see what he could do with his manager and was gone almost
15 minutes. When he came back he was holding his phone up and asked
me if the picture he had on his phone was the truck with the plow. I said
yes and that's when he went into a 5 minute spiel about it not even being
close to the same truck and I was crazy to come up with 30k as an offer. I
told him maybe I was but after looking around felt they were high on their
price. I also re-stated that the truck local to where we live (Lowell which
was a 90 minute drive from in rush hour traffic) was the same as
Rodman's. At this point I asked him what his manager said and it turns
out he didn't even talk to him yet. He excused himself to go see what he
could do, came back and said the manager was going to graciously take
off $300. After a couple of scornful minutes from Chris over what we
wanted to spend and our supposed mistake over the Avalanche in Lowell
with the plow, we left. It was a COMPLETE waste of our time, but ONLY
because it was never stated that the price was the price. I wouldn't have
wasted our time OR THEIR'S if it was even hinted at that there was
almost no room to discount, yet I was VERY clear with Dillon about my
cheapness (my exact words to him) when we spoke over the phone. By
the way I took pictures of the Avalanche with the plow and have not
gotten around to sending them to Chris- it IS a Black Diamond Edition
just like their's except an LT and not an LTZ. They would almost have to
pay me to make me interested in purchasing this truck from them now.
Did I mention that they have been trying to sell this thing for over 3
months? Good luck!

Tried to bait me in with a car that they didn't even have. I was assured over and over it was there, and had an appointment in the morning to come look at it. I drove an hour down to Foxboro to be there first thing in the AM when they opened. 15 minutes before my appointment, they call and tell me the car was sold previously, but they have other cars they can show me...
2 days later, the car listing was back up on their website. I contacted them, asking why, and if it was a bait car, and they ignored my email.

This dealership was hard to deal with. After driving almost 50 miles to see a car and forgot paper qualifying me for a gift card for doing a test drive. They refused to honor the offer. Salesman was very nice but sales manager was really pushy. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal. Crooks

dread the experience, Diane made it painless. She was extremely
thorough and even called the day after purchase to see how we
