Pleasant to deal with.

I inquired about my trade-in value before making an offer on the truck since I live a few hours away. They had me take pics and write up the info on my vehicle and then disappeared. I had to reach out multiple times…each time they told me they would get a manager to get me a number and never responded. Once I mentioned driving the distance to check out the truck they IMMEDIATELY called. Still speaking of the Truck as if it were on the lot the salesmen explained that he couldn’t give me much for my trade in… I said no worries… I’m still interested in the truck. All of a sudden the truck was gone. Sold a month ago. Nothing but a ploy to get you in the door.

Dealership and staff were very accommodating. A positive experience. Did purchase a car from them , never going anywhere else !!!!

If I could give this dealership 6 stars, I would. Absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had! Prompt responses to my inquiries, w/emails, texts & phonecalls. When trying to arrange for a test drive/review/purchase from a long distance out, communication is key. No one would want to drive 7 hours for a vehicle that didnt fit their needs, or worse yet, was sold before you got there! Assured everything was in order, Basil delivered & then some! Several phonecalls were made between myself & salesman, Todd Devorchik, discussing options, vehicle condition, features, etc. He even sent a video, going over the vehicle.What brought me to this dealership, was the price, warranty package & extras. Having an engaging, enthusiastic & knowledgeable salesman in Todd only helped seal the deal before I even got there.Between test drive, vehicle review, going over features/functions, paperwork, etc Todd spent close to 5 hours w/me.Exceptional service, professionalism & attention! Class Act!

I received conflicting reports of availability. I was told it was in the process of being sold but then I received email listing it again but i finally drove through the dealership to not find it. Awaiting my last correspondence to see what they say this time.

y wife and I bought a 2105 Jaguar F-Type from Robert Basil last weekend. The salesman, Dan, was helpful and answered all questions my wife and I had. Mike, in finance, was friendly and met us in the middle on an extended warranty plan. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Hopefully, if I have any issues with the car, they treat us the same. Manager who called me after my inquiry on this vehicle to insure it was sill their. As well as helping me set up time to come in and a lot of knowledge to where I didn’t have to waste time coming and have what I needed; drove 4 hours just to see the deals I was getting here.

the price i found (provided by Robert Basil GMC - which was 7k lower from what they have on their site) smacks of bait and switch and I'm having difficulty as a consequence; but the truck is great
