We had to have car serviced for control arm and we got it back it still needed something fixed. Everyone was nice but just to able to drive off the lot with no worries

Terrible service!!! I inquired about a certain vehicle on a Saturday for a vehicle listed for $7900. Ended up coming on a Monday to talk to a salesman and told me I got approved with $2500 but then later changed to $3500. I was told to come in the next day to do paperwork. With my hopes all up, I come in and they tell me im NOT approved anymore. And that to buy the truck, I'll need $4500 or $5100!!!! Then when I told them I didn't have that much, tried to sell me something I didn't even want! And that supposedly that first price was a cash price and no one even bothered to tell me!!!!! And when I asked the manager he was like, well i don't why the other guy told you that.... showed zero concern and didn't even care that they got my hopes up. Taking my money somewhere else. A bunch of snakes and crooks!!!!!

After talking to salesman, he told me there was a major oil leak. Being from out of state, I appreciated the honesty, but why put it up for sale on car guru and then tell the customer that they will auction it and not sell it?

Hi Jessica, thank you for bringing this to our attention.  I'm sorry you didn't get the pictures yet, I will have my Salesperson take them right away.  We have a process of getting them through service and detail before taking pictures, and it looks like you inquired while it was being serviced.  We try to show the vehicle in a "ready for delivery" state rather than just taking pictures right away.  Hopefully this will rectify the one star review.  My Customer Care team sends out those emails in hopes that people would like to come in rather than emailing back and forth.  they are ca

They did respond within 24 hours but when I had further questions regarding an ongoing issue with the particular type of car I was looking at all he asked was if I wanted to test drive. So I asked again and never got an answer. I wasn't going to drive over an hour to look at or test drive a car without knowing whether they are aware of the issue or even fixed it.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention Jayne.  This is Jason Swindlehurst, Sales Manager for Rick Weaver Buick GMC.  I just wanted to let you know, I have called Toyota and they validated that the particular service bulletin you are referring to does not apply to this vehicle.  Going forward for reference, if there is ever any "service bulletin" released by the Manufacturer, they are completely free of charge to the customer.  It's basically an issue they found, but the consistency of the issue is not enough to warrant a full blown recall!  I'll call to make you aware of my find

We had Rob as our salesman as well as, Jason to complete the financial part. They were both really personable and we enjoyed our overall experience. Personally, I am really impressed because Rob realty did not come off as a "car salesman". He seemed to care about what we were saying and willing to work with us. We presented to the dealership late since we were so far out of town, and Rob and Jason were willing to stay late. Jason helped us push through paperwork quickly and truly understood what we wanted which was not to hear the unnecessary add-on packages, or upsells of the vehicle. I honestly do not do reviews often unless there is reason to. I just want people to hear a real costumers experience. Thank you Rob and Jason- we love the truck, the price was unmatchable, we left very satisfied. Thanks for working with us!
