I test drove the 2015 Pilot Touring and I liked the truck, the issue came when I started checking to see if everything worked on the inside. The sunroof didn't open, the second row light didn't come on and the DVD player didn't work either. These issues may seem minor to others, however, it's important to me, I left the dealership and took too long on thinking about the vehicle and it ended up getting Sold to someone else.

The salesman and the company would not get the "water spots" cleaned on the outside of the car. They wanted to give us $300 off to get it done ourselves. Both the salesman and manager harrassed us and would not stop calling us once we told them several times that we purchased elsewhere. Told them we had company and eating supper and they still continued to call. The place we purchased had the car cleaned and we thought in great shape. Our salesperson said she saw another spot that wasn't cleaned to her liking and had her guys reclean it. That's the difference with service with them and Richard's Honda. The other place was by far, the easiest we ever dealt with while purchasing a car. I will never deal with Richard's Honda again.

Every Person I interacted with at this dealership went out of their way to accommodate me. My salesperson, Michael Winfrey was extremely professional as well as warm and kind to me. They gave me a great deal on this beautiful Madza 6. Not only did they work within the amount of money I had to spend, they drove over 100 miles to deliver it to me in Kinder because I had no transportation and no one to drive me to pick it up. I was treated as a person not a sale.

I went specifically to see that vehicle. Test drove it. Decided to purchase it. I paid cash for the vehicle. The test driving took 30 minutes. I was there two and a half hours waiting to write a check. The finance person who completed the sale was extremely condescending to me when I asked about the three-day return policy. I will not return to this place.
Richards Honda immediately responded to our inquiry. Our sales representative, Austin Payne, contacted us before the appointment to get the details of what we were shopping for. He also had extensive knowledge about the details of this vehicle. Austin listened to our needs and answered all of our questions. We negotiated a deal on the spot! The Richards Honda team provided a pleasant and quick sales experience. We will purchase from this dealership again in the future.

The car was wrecked. Huge dents in passenger door, scratches and dents in drivers door. Front and back scratched up. Total waste of time going to there dealership. Spoke with saleswoman several times and she forgot to mention this♂️♂️. Bought a car the same day elsewhere. Don’t waste your time like

Drove well over an hour for an appointment to see this vehicle. Appointment was confirmed twice that morning that we would be there at no time during those confirmation conversations was any information shared on the vehicle. Got to dealership, 5 minutes prior to appointment time, and was told the salesman had just taken an appointment that came in early. Blaine, the salesman that did help us was wonderful, but unfortunately had to share the news that the vehicle we came to see had been sold they day before. A courtesy call to let us know would have been appreciated since the dealership was over 75 miles away.

Very nice sales people, clean and nice showroom. Our salesman was knowledgeable, well spoken, friendly and did not rush us. He did not run off to other customers while he was working with us. My son bought a truck and we were treated with respect and had a great experience. I would recommend Richards Honda for anyone looking for a used or new vehicle.

But they were very informative and helped me to understand the process better as far as buying a car. The car that was listed was excellent and in great condition. It was ready for my test drive and the staff was so friendly and courteous.

Called got a 10 am appt. They emailed me the morning of the appointment and asked if I
would be there for the 9:30 am appt.. Got to the dealership and the person we had an
appointment with was busy so they passed us off to another salesman. I asked to see the
honda pilot I had inquired about and after some mumbling and conferences they said it was no
longer available. This turned into "It was sold last night." We looked at other cars, CRV's and
were led to believe that the one we liked could be purchased for !7000 plus. When it came
time to discuss price we got the same old tired runaround that I got when I bought my first car
50 years ago. We did not want to tell them what we would pay for the car, we wanted to know
what they would charge us for the car. We got a number after some time waiting and it was
more than the initial figure given. We are still looking. I am not here to rate people. This is
what happened.

They called to let me know that they sold that particular vehicle and if I was interested in anything else and I told him no thank you. They was very courteous and told me they would keep a lookout for me if they came across anything else. I have to say Richards Honda responded back quick a good quality for a dealership.
They kept in regular contact with me from setting up appointments to come and see the
vehicle all the way through the sale. The price on CarGuru was accurately matched and
adhered to. Additional warranties upped the price but I could have gone with the online
price if I wanted to(felt better going with the warranty offered) They were very clear in
communicating policies and warranties affiliated with the vehicle in question as well as
courteous and accommodating in general. They were relatively flexible with available
visiting times. They even showed other vehicles with similar features and less mileage
than the vehicle in question.
All in all, a pleasant experience.

Was promptly greeted by a very nice young man that answered every question
the best he could. The questions he couldn't answer himself he found out for us.
They are also willing to work around your schedule if necessary (stay late, meet
half way to deliver your new vehicle, etc). They also have a very broad choice of
both new and used vehicles. The only reason for not 5* is they are nowhere near
being competitive with their interest rates. After negotiating, they still wanted
17% (down from 20%) when my bank gave me 5.99%. This was even with me
having over 28% of the value in cash to put down on the vehicle. Yes I would
recommend them and I would do business with them again... So far anyway, we
are still waiting on paperwork from them as the purchase was made only a
couple days before this review.

Dealer was very responsive with emails and follow ups . My experience was
not good at all when I visited the dealership. I got a another (how was your
visit) email from the sales manager and put in my response that I was not to
happy with the visit and would tell him about it IF he was REALLY interested
but never heard back from him.

I sent a emailed to Richards Honda, stating that I was interested in a car that they have and was I able to do a trade in it a car that I just purchased. They sent me a email saying that it's beat to do a trade in with a car before I put anymore miles and it would be no problem doing this transaction. They made appointment for me to see the car and for them to look at mine. I came there on time, the person who I was suppose to be seeing went out for lunch. The person that ended up helping me out told me that was not able to do the deal. Waste of time and gas.

Unfortunately, the salesman/GM played "hard ball" with pricing until they found out I received a much better deal elsewhere and then I started receiving the "red carpet" treatment, but I went with the other dealership that treated well from the start.

phone about a car they said in a video
and in detail that the car was a
automatic transmission .then they put
up more pictures of the car and a new
statement about the car still saying it
was a automatic transmission ,so I look
at all the new pictures and see a six
speed transmission so I call never get a
call back have to call again to find out I
have been waisting my time for a week
because i can only drive a automatic
and the manage did not car one bit so
be carfull they do not no anything about

Dealer responded promptly to email. However, was given info. that vehicle was still available on a Friday evening, so my family and I were on our way to the dealership which was over 2 hrs. away so I called to notify them that we were coming. I was then told that the vehicle was sold. I understand that it's a possibility that this happens, but it was nonetheless frustrating for us to have already been over an hour along the way. We missed a sale by an hour. We'll shop closer to home now.
