The guy who contacted me (Brendan) ghosted me. After I replied to him and asked
him something he said he would look into it and that he would let me know. After
almost 10 days i still haven’t gotten a reply back with an answer.
I was along for the ride. The process of driving off was near seamless and the staff was wildly efficient. The gentlemen who facilitated the sale were accommodating, kind and considerate.
It’s not their fault I am not a Mitsubishi guy. Regardless, I encourage anyone of the like to pay them a visit.

My experience was great at run Kirby Mitsubishi the sales people and the managers were great
I wanted a Honda Fit, with an automatic transmission, for my 17 year old son. I used to have a 2010, so he is VERY comfortable and familiar with one. Several places it says on their website, the 2013 Fit is an AUTOMATIC but when the salesman called, he apologized and said it's MANUAL.
Two days later,, it still says AUTOMATIC.
Buyer BEWARE !
I should have gone to law school.
The salesman suggested another car, which I respectfully declined and then by EMAIL he tried to make me feel like an idiot for not considering it

This dealer was very responsive to my inquiry about a used Highlander, and was even willing to let me take the SUV to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. We were unfortunately not able to buy a car at the time, but we were very pleased with the customer service via phone and their overall responsiveness.

This dealership is shady. They told me they sold me a 4x4 truck. It is a 2x4. They said it had
packages that it didn't have. They overcharged me. They also messed up the title and didn't pay
the right amount of taxes, I can't get the title and they won't answer the phone. DO NOT BUY
HERE!

This dealership has a hidden fee. They try to sell if you accept their offer where you must pay additional fees and finance. I wasted my time going there. My recommendation is do not go to dealership if don't want pay additional $3-4K.

I asked for on-the-road price of this car: asking price+ taxes+tags+processing fee+ anything else but dealer would not respond with answers to my questions, dealer wants me to come to the dealership. I don't feel like driving 49 miles not knowing how much would car cost me so I stopped my inquiry with this dealer and will look for one who would give me straight answers before I get to the dealership,

They had everything ready for me when a came to my appt. Liam was my dealer and he was was very knowledgeable and down to earth. It really was fast and pleasurable experience. Thank you!!
Pretty low key sales experience. Showed me the car, let me drive it and gave me the numbers to take home as I
continued to research. Not overly aggressive in their process either. I worked with Brendan for this experience
and he was, again, lowkey and not a SUPER excitable type of sales person--gave me what I needed and
allowed me time to do my due diligence without an email or phone call every other day. That was appreciated.

The whole experience was negative. Their online price is not what was listed on the vehicle when I got there. When talking to the finance manager, he smelled horrible of cigarettes, and was completely unprofessional. He became belligerent and ignorant when asked questions. He kept interrupting me and not allowing me to speak. He had a table of approximate monthly payments without even running my credit that did not reflect what I told them I could afford. When I did the math with the expected APR, the total they would have ended up making by the end of the term equaled the dealer price of approximately $19,500. Overall I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

One sales person was rude, the internet manager told me he could not make me a deal, but wanted to come look at the truck, but the first sales person told me someone else was looking at the truck. But the truck is still there.

Never was contacted by him. We went to look at a car and someone else was interested he was to call us and let us know if they got it, being that we traveled 2+ hours to go car shopping. He NEVER let us know and we stayed in the area till closing, trying to call him

"Bucky" was an excellent salesman to deal with when buying
our used car. The pricing was straightforward and did not
"magically" increase when we made the trip out to the
dealership. We received fair value for our trade in and the only
reason it was not a 5 star rating was based on the unusually
long wait to sign papers with the financing department (1.5
hours). I definitely recommend shopping with Renn Kirby.

These guys refused to sell me the car I was interested in. I was prequalified and found my own shipping arrangements but STILL they would't call back. They were unfamiliar with "how to sell a car out of state" they said. Clearly these guys only want the suckers unfortunate enough to physically walk on their lot. I cannot speak to their service in person experience but the phone and remote assistance was horrendous. My advice to these guys is to stop advertising on the Internet if they're not prepared to sell to somebody who is farther than 50 miles away.

My fiancé and I bought a 2003 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer from Troy at Renn Kirby. All of the salesmen were sweet, helpful, and attentive. We haven't had one bad experience with the vehicle, either and we bought it at a fair price!
