Good looking vehicle a bit far away From me . Dealer responded right away. Tried to get them to reduce the price to motivate me to make the trip to buy it . But they would not. Still a great experience

Mike was easy to communicate with by text or phone. He was honest with me about the makes and models that were best in the categories I was looking for. Mike took time to get to know me and wasn't pushy about selling a car, but willing to work with me which made me want to give him my business. He was transparent about pricing and offered a variety of warranties in different price ranges. The Honda Accord I test drove was in great condition and he didn't treat me like a stupid, young girl when I said I noticed a noise - he came with me to find the source of an extra light bulb rolling around in the glove compartment. Overall I highly recommend Reliable Auto Consultants and Mike! Unfortunately, I found a newer version of the Accord at a different dealership who turned out to be disrespectful, dishonest and a pain to work with. I was kicking myself for not giving my business to Mike!

Got the car 4 days later it was leaking transmission fluid from the transfer case contacted reliable consults they told us go get it fixed I told the guy it was only a few days we had the car it’s your responsibility to repair it then he tried to beat us out of more money for a over priced warranty. There is nothing reliable about this place.

This is a lie, i never had a conversation with anyone about a transmission leak since i have been here or told anyone anything like this. I have been transparent with what I KNOW about a vehicle. We don't have a shop on the premises, but if knew someone was unhappy i would have tried to resolve the issue somehow, not even sure who this is fyi.
