Vehicle had parts taken off by previous owner and I was told I could fix the
issue by spending about $1,500.00 or more. They had no idea the issue
existed until I brought it to their attention. So now, if I wanted to get the car
the way it was built by Ford I would need to spend more than $1,500.00.

Salesman texted me two photos: one of a prescription bottle and the other of his face with a big bandaid across his cheek. He was texting the wrong person! I asked him for interior photos of the specific vehicle I was interested in because they were not yet available on your site. Four hours later I texted this guy and asked him if he forgot. Only then did he finally send a poorly made video. Never heard from him again. I will NOT be buying from Reed Dealership!

Called internet mgr Gino to verify mileage listed 4000+ was correct. He stated it was correct and the car would be ready to test drive. Arriving at dealership car was nor ready.. i had to wait 1/2 hour for it to be washed. They said it was inspected because of CPO, it was not.. There were leaves in the engine compartment and engine had sand all over it. 2 tires had not been changed. All i got was lies. I drove from Jacksonville fl to Orlando to discover mileage was 33000+and now price 3days later is raised from 24900 to 26,900. They lied to me and I spent a total of 6 hours driving 4 hours in dealership plus gas. Gino wasted a day of my life and my time and money. They just want to get you to the dealership. Beware of Reed Nissan! Shifty operators. Amed the salesman was personable.

Absolutely horrible. We called about a Vehicle. Lady said the vehicle was there and that she personally went to go check it out because I needed something specific about the van. It seemed to check out . When I got there I waited 30 mins for them to tell me the vehicle was sold a week ago. Not the first time this happened at a Nissan dealer. Will NEVER go to another Nissan dealer again

Good customer service
This dealer had to many fees that couldn't be explained, I was given one price from the internet after asking for buyers invoice, they added over $3000 up charges. I understand taxes and tag. But $799 doc fee, $798 dealer fee, $425 non tax fee, and of course tax and tag. They fee me away. So the price you see isn't the true price.

VIP appointment to see this car was a bust. The car wasn’t even available and it was a big waste of time. They couldn’t find the car. They also don’t honor the price posted online. The price is just to lure people in. Horrible dealership with poor customer service. Do not go there!

Could not sell car at reduced price. And
even though camry was advertised at
$11,995 dealer fees t.t.t. were over $2500
to put car out of reach. Tried to see if a
Corolla would work for me NOT !!!! Price of
vehicle looks great till they bend you over
with their fees.

We ended up buying the vehicle only because we liked it. Very pushy and finance manager just wanted us out once we declined the extended warranty. One of the worst experiences I have had buying a car.

I talked with 3 different sales people about a vehicle I was very interested in. I asked for pictures and all 3 said they would send them. I did not receive the first picture from any of them.

I had a great experience. They replied to my Car Gurus inquiry, and set me up with a salesman that evening. It was nice to go in knowing I had an “appointment”. The salesman “Luis” was very kind and patient with all of my questions and concerns.

I had a great experience working with Reed Nissan. Taylor Jackson, Internet Sales
Director, was very responsive and easy to deal with. I was assigned a Sales Consultant,
Meron Demrew. She was outstanding - so courtesy and responsive. I couldn't have
asked for a better experience.
Reed sells a lot of cars. I think that gives them more flexibility to work with you. I was
very happy with the price! I will definitely be a return customer.

I had an appointment and drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle we were assured was there and the vehicle was not there. This dealership and sales tactics are why I cannot stand the car buying experience.

Unless you're satisfied paying the sticker price, it's the typical car
buying experience, high blood pressure for an extended period! I
never made a deal, as the Internet price was a long way from the
actual bottom line on the vehicle I was interested in.

This was not truck in photo. Truck in photo was two tone and a
2004. Truck at dealer was 2003 and blue .Burnt hood ,
notheadliner and power wimdow with cardboard wedge in to
keep up. Blue truck vin number that was listed. Bait and swich?

They are not a good var lot I went there
to buy a SUV I saw on line and I called
they said it was there but when I got
there they brought out a car with a loud
noises and ripped seats and they said
that the other one was gone somebody
had just bought it bit when I was leaving
the lot I saw it on there other lot I done
recommend no one to go there

I tried to visit this dealer initially but found out their hours were not what I had been told. In trying to reach them, when they did not respond, I chose to cancel my visit. They did follow up in the days following but by then, I'd chosen another dealer. This was unfortunate as I feel the car they were offering was more in line with what I wanted.

I orginally called on this car when it was first listed. They
said it didnt meet there standards, going to auction. A
couple weeks later they are selling it with a lower price.
Called 3 times to see if the car was on lot, No one ever
called me back. Marie did email me to suggest that i call
prior to coming to see car. Since i live 2 1/2 hrs away.

Drove all the way from Cocoa and never saw the sales person i
spoke with on the phone, I saw another salesman who said the
vehicle i was to see was sold, an there was no vehicles in the price
range I was told they had.I feel like I wasted my time and gas just for
some salesman to get me into his yard to try and sell me something,
after I had told him my limit, never again

The dealer eventually responded and we ended up closing a deal, but after last 20+ car purchases over the years, this was by far the hardest and still not happy. On the way home, the used car power window stopped working (regulator $440), the front end started shaking ($530, front ball joints and bushings) and a piece of window trim flew off the car ($140). Now, they only gave us one key and a second key will cost $180. Should have went elsewhere.

Car I was looking for I called in 30 minutes before going to see it,
when I got there they said they sold it days ago. Sales person
tried running my credit before checking the value of my trade in
and before showing my any cars on the lot wanted to start and
have me sign blank financing papers. Who knows what they would
have done.

This was the worst car buying experience my husband and I have had in our 33 years of marriage!!! I purchased a slightly used car from Reed Nissan for a very good price on my first visit to the dealership. I was by myself, lived an hour 1/2 away and was not trading in the car I had traveled to the dealership in. Arrangements were made for me to return with my husband to pick up our "new " car at a later date. When my husband and I returned to the dealership at the scheduled day and time to pick up our new car the horror began. Unknown to us at the time of our arrival, the dealership had sold our newly purchased car to another poor unsuspecting customer earlier that day. Instead of admitting their mistake to both parties, the dealership put on this ridiculous rouse for both sets of purchasers. They insisted we had to look at another car before we could take our already purchased car home. The story we were being told by the sales people was they were doing this for us because this other car had fewer miles and was a more desirable color for us. When we repeatedly asked to have the car we already purchased brought out they ignored our request and had us wait around while behind the scenes they were continuing to play this ridiculous game. We came to the conclusion that we were being deceived and when we insisted again that we wanted to leave with our original purchase the General Manager came out and told us we could not purchase the car because "we had financial issues with our loan". That was the last straw for us since we have stellar credit. Unbelievable!!! The fact that this general manager would make such an inflammatory, false and unsubstantiated statement to us in a public setting is far beyond my understanding. The final result to this car purchase fiasco was that we drove home with the car we had originally purchased but.....No true apologies were made; only half baked excuses from the dealership and employees. I know as I reflect over the experience I am appalled at how many outlandish statements and untruths were told to us by this dealership and their employees. I don't know how the other customer involved in this mess feels but I'm having huge misgivings for completing the deal with such an unscrupulous business.
