Everyone was super nice and helpful and gave us plenty of space to look over and test drive the car without

Excellent experience! Great service!!
Upon arrival there was a lack of engagement. Once my husband asked if there was someone who could assist both gentlemen that were there acknowledged our presence. We test drove the car; it drove ok. Once back at the dealership we were told someone would get back to us on the trade-in. We never heard back from anyone.

They were awesome! I bought the car and it was a great experience!
Just recently purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey that was in impeccable shape. Carl gave me the keys and told me to take a look at it and if you want to give it a test drive just bring it up to the office and I will get you fixed up. It was a pleasure able experience from beginning to the end when I drove the Odyssey off the lot as the new owner. I thought it was going to be a hassle but the price on the vehicles is as low as they can go so you know what you’re looking at before you head into the office. I would definitely recommend this dealership. And if your smart you will take advantage of their extended warranty they offer on all vehicles.

The dealer was quick to respond. The dealer offered to schedule a test Drive. I’m satisfied with their response,I’m not ready to make a purchase at this time.
Was not able to see the car for a test drive, however dealer offered the virtual test drive experience. He showed the inside, exterior, drive the car to to demonstrate it's capabilities, and ended with a mechanic inspection who was able to answer all questions. Great people, easy service, would buy another vehicle from them
They are very prompt about responding, however they are not salesmen so they sort of let you observe and decide as you please. But they were very helpful, and told us as much as they knew and didn’t pressure us to make a decision or called us 100 times like normal dealerships would. Was a little busy when I went to go buy the car, so I did have to wait a little bit but still overall great service and genuine people.
Garbage first question is your credit better than 598. No then we can't help. Never asked if I had money to put down or anything. Total garbage

I sent them an email asking if they had more information or pictures. I received an email saying Dakota wasnt there yet and they would let me know when it was available. I waited several days and heard nothing. I sent another email inquiring and no response back as of now.

They would not let me have the car checked out by the Cadillac dealership, they wanted me to trust their mechanic. Who would do that?? Everyone knows to get a used car checked out by a trusted third-party mechanic, not the Dealer's, before purchase. They also said only a short test Drive was allowed for liability issues?? They are a used car dealer they have insurance for test drives that's their business. Obviously they had something to hide since they wouldn't let me get it checked out or drive it very long.

I am typically sceptical of all salesman reguardless of what they are selling me, however I had a very positive experience at Redrive Automotive Group. My salesman Blake was straightforward honest and patient throughout the entire process and because of that and Redrives very positive online reputation I decided to buy my 2012 Honda Pilot.

Really good dealer! They don't pressure you to buy a car, they are very friendly. We bought a honda accord, which needed the starter replaced. We called in on labor day and he said just come over. When we got there they had everything ready just waiting for us. I highly recommend this dealer. Will go back!!

**Update of previous post**
Though it took some time, but the car got fixed and driving fine now. And the best part is Blake didn't charge me any money for the repair work. I appreciate his responsible
attitude.
So I bought this Honda Civic 03 on last Thursday (8th june) from Honda Connect.
Right on the 4th day of riding the car, I found heavy smoke coming out of the engine the car (valve seals leaking) and I had to send back the car to the seller place today. I
completely understand it's a used car but this was something you wouldn't expect happening too early.
The Good thing is Blake seems very proactive. He is really going above and beyond with the issue. I just hope that the servicing work goes well and I end up having my
issues fixed. Looking forward to Honda Connect's promising after-sale warranty service.

Dealer responded to my email, but did not provide the carfax info
that I had requested, so I had to call them.
Honestly he seemed pretty indifferent regarding my interest and
said they don't provide the carfax info over email.
He said that I could just come out and look at the car if I was
interested. When I asked him to look at the carfax report since
he did have it, he then admitted it had been wrecked.
I told him I had filtered my search for wrecked vehicles to NOT
be shown and he said it just happens sometimes.
So I honestly didn't feel that comfortable with him after I got off
the phone and decided to just pass on making a trip across town
to chase a car he was trying to sell.

I went in on a Saturday, Blake helped me and made everything
so straight forward/easy. He was never pushy and I didn't feel
like he was trying to just make a sale. He listened to what I
wanted and then showed me various options. It really felt like a
family member trying to help get me the best deal and car for
me! He went out of his way to help me set up all the features of
my car after and made sure I didn't have any questions about
the car before we left the lot. I would highly recommend him to
help anyone looking for a new car that doesn't want to deal with
those typical pushy sales people! Blake is great!!

The dealer was very courteous and let me examine the vehicle without any pressure. In the final analysis, the vehicle didn't quite meet my expectations. The dealer understood and didn't try to hard-sell me. I am satisfied with Honda Connect's business ethics.
