These guys and gals are working under
extremely difficult circumstances (massive
remodeling) but that did not phase them a bit.
We were treated with complete
professionalism and integrity. Don't believe
what you hear about car sales people, there
are really good ones out there.
This was the car that I saw at RED NOLAND . It looked OK, but it had not been inspected and when it was inspected, I thought that they were asking too much for the car because the car did have held damage and they didn’t want to give me a fair deal for my trading. It was too low, the salesman was very nice and polite and was telling me how I could get a better trade-in if I wanted to for my car and then come back and see what they had later because the car has now sold. Thank you.

Unfortunately the car was sold as I was negotiating for it. I'd welcome a warning that another customer had
expressed an interest in the vehicle. BTW between my calls for information and request for paperwork to
review, the dealership raised the vehicles price by $1300.00. That set off alarms for me.

Truly a great car buying experience. While I did not end up purchasing this 2014 XTS, Bruce and Leif came through with a beautiful 2013 CTS. Very pleased and they literally went the extra mile to deliver my Cadillac. I would recommend this dealership.

Excellent customer service even when seeking used car from another state. Found and brought in the car with all the specifications I wanted without trying to add options that extended beyond my budget. They claimed the car as "theirs" so that I will continue to receive excellent customer service (including a loaner Cadillac while any service is being done on my car) for the life of my "new" 2015 ATS Coupe that I've now had for over a month and I love.

Best car experience we have had. Simon the sales lady was honest respectful and very pleasant. I have never had a saleswoman be a person and not a sales person. Although we did not purchase due to our budget, she was a genuine down to earth person. We will be seeing her again very soon to buy and will only buy from her.

Great experience. Bought the car used from the Red Noland used car group. Marci, Lenita and Dan were easy to work with. Car was exactly as described, they coordinated having it on a lift to inspect when I got there (came from 2 hours away), and the sale process took about 45 minutes - painless and convenient.
