Good response. Was not what I was looking for.

I live 45 minutes away and was going in to test drive the vehicle. When I get there they told me it was sold yesterday. I was very angry why couldn't they have called me and told they sold it instead of making me waste gas. And all I got was a sorry. This dealership is a joke and would not send no one to them. They are shady

They were very helpful in showing the vehicle and working up a full price. However, the truck sold the night before we went back to buy it.

Everything was good , we show up before 9pm and Randall help us with all the process, we got a good deal .

Really wanted to get truck unfortunately it didnt seem like they wanted to sell truck. I asked for pictures and didnt get them. Then it said on email truck was no longer available.

Absolutely terrific experience! Luis Montemayor made the experience extremely pleasant and easy. Although I could not make a purchase on the vehicles, I am extremely pleased and I felt that Luis tried his absolute best to make the purchase possible. After an absolutely horrific experience at another dealership, Planet Ford and Luis Montemayor made me feel right at home. I will DEFINITELY be coming back.

After finding out what dearlership had the truck we drove there to find out it was no longer there. Salesperson also stated that it can take months for cargurus to update there system which I've shown to be wrong. When returning home the price on website dropped another thousand dollars which then i reconfirmed with the salesperson over the phone that the still did not have the vehicle

No pressure sales tactics; initially was not going to purchase then received a text with an extremely attractive deal. Returned Saturday night and made the transaction! One of the best vehicle purchases I made. Definitely recommend Planet Ford 59.

Randell Reed Planet Ford advertised this truck, never intended to sell to the public. Told it was going to Auction, funny it was listed for sale......Just a scam to get your contact details so sales team can constantly follow up with you on other higher priced vehicles, Better to learn now on how this dealer operates.

Not recommended. They charge for services you don't want or need. It is take it or leave it.

The salesman didn't seem to try very hard to sell or make a deal almost like they wanted to sell me a new car instead of the used car . But that's ok cause there's other dealers .

the dealership says in add quick loan but I had to call every day for 3days still could not tell me if I got a loan always told been so busy only reason did it on line I lived over 90 miles away didn't want to stand around at dealer ship don that before not fun will not deal with them I future

Jarrod Goldberg was our salesman. He was straight forward with us. The sell went very well. We went in with our own financing and they beat our rate. Great experience with this dealer.

Ray Reed contacted me shortly after my internet request was made. When I met with him I found Mr Reed to be an active listener who understood my criteria for a car. He gave me several options from which to choose.

Dealer was the worst I have ever dealt with. We figured out the TTL for this car ahead of time and offered them the advertised price plus the TTL and they REFUSED to sell us the car. They kept adding fees "addendums" like $500 for etching the VIN on the doors!!! We drove all the way there for the sales guy (Ben) and the very rude sales manager (Shon) to tell us they "Were NOT going to sell that car" at the advertised price. We found the exact same car in Texas City for $1,000 less in the end. We will continue to tell friends about our bad experience at Randall Reed Planet Ford

I think they contacted me about a week and a half after I left my information. I made a car purchase 4 days after I first out my info out there to another dealership that contacted me next day.

Sales staff unknowlegeable about their own cars. Very slow to respond.

Ok its not that's they do not get back with you. Its there mentality of how they speak and listen to their customers is horrible!

Very unprofessional, salesman leaves u waiting while he is on test drive with another customer trying to sell them the same vehicle u are looking at. They are liers n sneaks advertise a price of but when u try to finance they tell u it was a cash price n add another 3000 to the price . I left n whent to another dealership got a way better truck lower with lower interest with no lies

Dealer called got my info and they were supposed to call me with the total drive out price. Never heard from them! I called four times and the sales rep told me the finance guy was going to call me, he never did! I was paying cash for the car anyway so I don't know why the need for number crunching by finance guy! Simple math, price of car, dealer fees plus tax! Would not recommend these guys, terrible experience !
