After asking some simple questions and even having money in hand ready for purchase They kept telling me that someone will contact me to answer my question. Never received any text, calls or emails. So I decided not to keep bothering them

The dealer wasn't willing to fix minor damage to an inside door panel. It wouldn't have been expensive to do so. There are shops that specialize in these types of repairs. I was ready to purchase the SUV, and told the salesmen to get an estimate for the repair and take it off the asking price for the vehicle. I sent an email a day later to get an update, and was told the SUV had sold. I didn't like how the dealer handled this. They could have let me know another party was interested in the vehicle before they sold it. Obviously they had no intention of fixing the panel and should have said so.

Great follow up and customer service. I just didn't realize the the vehicle had been in 2 accidents and they were still trying to get retail for it. They aren't that popular at least with me.
