Good experience and fast reply
This dealership advertised a price for their car online. The small print online talks about additional fees that will be added on to the purchase price in the amount of $8,800. As I am at least a five hour drive from them I asked for an " out the door cost " for the car. They refused my request on several occasions. With 2.2 rating for this dealership I am very hesitant to do business with them under these circumstances.

After their initial response explaining the car I was interested in was not available yet (it was broken and they were waiting for it to be fixed), they never followed up. Their manager even emailed
via a canned "How are we doing" email and he didn't even respond to my reply. I reached out one last time, emailing the manager and the salesperson and neither responded. A week or so later
I noticed the car I was interested in was shown as sold. Not a great experience. Even though they list other vehicles I am interested in, I have lost confidence in dealing with RP Exotics.

The BEAUTIFUL car attractived me and the warm , relaxing energy, made for a BEAUTIFUL surreal experience. You guys were great! First thing was a warm greeting. Then wow, a tour of gorgeous exotics! Test drive, paper work, scheduled delivery. Beautiful tint on vehicle! Enough already. Thanks for help making a dream reality. GOD Bless.
Dealer tripled the quoted delivery fee, attempted to charge extra fees that equaled 25% of the purchase price.

These prices are based on distance, timing, and market rates—factors we don’t control.

Got a U-Haul truck drove up there At my expense Under the impression that the vehicle was in a better Condition Than I was told and advertised .Test drove the vehicle , Parked the vehicle and Vehicle Was smoking . The engine was black And dirty looking And did not appear to be a engine of 26,000 miles So I declined to purchase
The generator light Stayed on And The fuel gauge Did not work

Answered my question. I didn't make a decision until it was sold
AVOID THIS DEALER! This dealer operates
off of lies and misinformation. They will
misquote you and implement basic bait and
switch tactics like you would expect from a
smaller used car dealer. I was given a
written quote to purchase the vehicle. The
next day I arranged for a wire to be sent for
the agreed upon price. They sent the buyers
order to me but raised the price by $1,000.
They would not honor their written
agreement from the prior day. Written offer
and buyers order can be provided. Pay a
little more elsewhere and get good service
with integrity. AVOID THIS DEALER!

He was very nolageable about the car very curtious.
One of the best dealer experiences I’ve ever had. Competitive pricing, diverse inventory, knowledgeable, and customer oriented. Open and refreshingly honest about the cars, nice showroom, and spent lots of time answering all questions..if they didn’t know they found out. I’ll gladly work with them again.

They got back with me right away sending me additional pictures and information. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for an exotic vehicle.
Got off to a so-so start with this dealer, but after several conversations they opened up more about the vehicle I was interested in. Since I am
in another state, they graciously agreed to perform a video preview and test drive of the vehicle and upload it for my review. The videos were
thorough and gave me an accurate sense of the vehicles features, strengths and shortcomings. I felt that the interaction with the dealer
during price negotiations was a little more adversarial than I have experienced elsewhere, but I may have been contributing to that in some
way. Ultimately, negotiations stifled and I located a better valued vehicle before we could reach agreement.

They did respond twice when I requested if the car was still available. They did respond back that it was still available but that is the only feedback I have received. I did request more information on the car but that was never sent. There was never any follow up regarding this car. I feel the person doesn’t want to sell it. I think they’re playing games. Most likely I’m giving up on buying this car because of their lack responding to my request. There are plenty of other Lamborghini Gallardo’s out there for sale. Most of them are lower priced.

Excellent easy to deal with very helpful
These guys are prompt and have so much info. Out of all the dealers I’ve dealt with on car gurus these guys definitely went above and beyond. They even sent me videos on the car. I wish other dealers cared half as much as these guys. I didn’t end up buying a car but if I ever needed one I would call them.

I was contacted the very next day, on a Sunday. Alex was nothing but up front and honest and welcomed as many calls or texts that I needed to him to better understand the vehicle. He was never pushy and always talked to me like a best friend explaining the car and never trying to sell me the car.
