Bought a 2015 4runner. The sales guy was decent, but told me it had remote start and it doesnt work. Financing charged a large interest rate yet didnt pull a credit, his words. Again, salesman, Dan, was decent but the entire process was very offputting. Travis in financing was less than impressive. Will be refinancing with my bank and getting away from these guys all together.

I had an awesome experience with the purchase of my 2017 Tacoma , Derrick was my salesman and responded within a hour of my original email . Everyone was great , all my questions were answered and I left that evening with the vehicle I wanted and was given a fair trade value for my trade in . Derrick , Phillip and the after market parts guy ( I didn’t catch his name ) were very professional and helpful with all my questions and concerns. I have bought vehicles before at another dealership in Bismarck, the service at Puklich is far superior .

They called, and by the time the photos of the Honda were out, they had sold the Honda Element. But they have stayed in contact to let me

Very professional, did me a great deal and was the most courteous sales person that I I have ever done business with! That's saying a lot, because I am 70 yrs old..Thank you to Pat Thomson..
The dealers price was $2,421.00 higher than the listing on Car Gurus and Puklich Chevrolet honored the lower price without question so I purchased the vehicle. I feel they have a high level of integrity in that regard. The only issue I have is the review mirror that was missing and bad tire sensor was promised to be replaced and 16 days after purchasing the vehicle they still can not give me an answer as to when I will receive the two items. I requested the tracking number from shipping and was told there wasn't one and that the items should arrive any day now. The tire sensor is a minor annoyance but the rearview mirror houses the microphone for the blue tooth, back up screen and NSEW direction display doesn't work without it not to mention the fact I don't have use of the mirror. Hopefully they get my issue resolved soon so I can be safer in my travels. Other than that everyone there was pleasant and a joy to do business with. They did try to help me a little, but wouldn’t let me test drive with a boat, since that is the main purpose for my vehicle. They also tried to push a vehicle on me that was far out of my price range. Overall courteous though.

Trying t work with this dealership is a complete waste of time. I asked SEVERAL times for them to email me photos of the interior of the vehicle (as only 2 exterior photos were posted online) and it took them over a week to get back to me.

I wanted to know more about a specific truck, I did an online inquiry through CarGurus. I received an email response almost immediately. Not an automated email. Which was followed by a phone call from the dealership. I miss the call and returned the later. A customer service representative answered and transfer me to a sales consultant by Name Ward Sayler. Oh my God, thanks to the lady who transferred my call to Ward. He was helpful, passionate, respectful and knows his job. Now I think he a Brother to me. I ask for a discount which was really huge, which most sale guys will think I was crazy. But Ward took my offer to his Boss and called me back later. To see if I could come up with my offer a bit. I did, he let me talk to his boss, we all agree on a price. Ward and a business manager helped with the loan process and got me a great rate as well as low monthly payments. Upon my arrival at dealership at about 9am, I asked for Ward and someone told he came in early just to be sure he was there before me. Ward and other members of the dealership team made me so comfortable. I have bought a couple of car/ truck before my experience with this dealership was simply amazing and the best. I spent less than 30 minuets at the decame home with a great deal. I will always recommend this dealership to everyone. Ward, thanks and may God bless everyone of you. I hope to see you again.
