I can’t read him a five because I didn’t buy the car and I don’t know how good they are on dealing, but they contacted me and did everything the right way so they seem like a good dealer.

If I could give this a zero star I would. Terrible customer service; racist as well. Called me the n word hard r. Wouldn’t send even my worst enemy here. Only catered and kissed ass to white people.

Quick followup. A bit of breakdown in communication between the person scheduling appointments and the sales team. There was already a deposit on the vehicle I was interested in, so did not follow up with a test drive.

I asked two different people to send me a picture of the current Safety Inspection sticker and never heard back from anyone and never received a picture. Not cool at all!!

Excellent customer service. They went the extra mile to help me find what I wanted within my budget and found me a great vehicle at a great price.Very professional and personable staff. Well I WAS very serious about buying the range rover sport they had but they clearly don’t want business at all. Ive had tried contacting several times about buying (I live out of state but was more than willing to figure out a way to get the car to me after everything was signed and over with) However I was tossed around and once told the car was already sold and no longer on the lot, and they asked me if I was interested in seeing what else they had on the lot that was similar I said no I was pretty focused on that vehicle, all the sudden it was switch around and said they had the vehicle and wanted to set up a tike for me to come look at it. I then reminded them that I was in fact not in state and roughly 400 miles away to which they responded “oh, well that changes things a little bit. let me have one of our sales guys reach out to you and we’ll go from there” and didn't hear a peep the rest of the day. If you don’t want my money then please just start with that from the get go.

Car advertised was not available even though a “rep” from the dealer texted me to say it was available. When I talked to another rep they informed me “oh yea that’s just a AI chat bot - the car isn’t available”.

Negative stars. Car not on site. Could order car but salesman said price listed was $6000 below selling price. Salesman Logan VERY condescending on phone. Why do they even send out info if all wrong?

Priority Toyota of Springfield will never get my business. At first they refused to honor the CarGurus listed and advertised price even though I responded through the CarGurus website. I took a screenshot of the advertisement and sent it to the sales person. He checked with his sales manager and said that they would honor the CarGurus price but when I showed up they had a $3000 PDI worked into the final worksheet. This is total bait and switch. I drove 80 miles to go get this vehicle and when I got there they tried to negotiate the PDI additional cost and I eventually walked out and left without the truck. The sales person called me the next day to try to re- negotiate a deal and I told them I wanted the price that was advertised plus the typical dealer fee, tax, title and tags. While I was renegotiating they sold it to somebody else. In the age of online sales you would think that this old-school method of swindling people would be gone.

The guys there were very helpful. They weren't aggressive as some dealers can be. They worked hard to give me the best deal for my trade- in. Jae, Carlos and Mustafa were very polite and made me feel very comfortable. Those guys were the best. Thanks for the exellent service and positive experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Do NOT trust anyone you speak to here. My family and I had a horrible experience with this dealership! I called and put a deposit down on a vehicle that I wanted to test drive since I couldn’t get to the dealership until the weekend. I had an appointment to test drive the vehicle late in the afternoon which I had confirmed twice. I received a text the morning of my appointment, but as I was busy getting my family ready to leave the house, I forgot to answer. On the drive down, my phone died. When we arrived at the dealership we were informed that they had sold the vehicle because I didn’t text him back. Apparently the deposit that I paid to hold the vehicle there was simply ignored. We drove 2 1/2 hours with 2 small children to test drive this vehicle and ended up leaving with nothing because of their underhanded sales practices.

Do not send people to this dealership. They tried a 'bait and switch'. Yes, they called me immediately after I emailed an inquiry about the car. I asked if it was still there, and the receptionist said it was, and set up and appointment in 1 hour with a salesman. I was about 10 minutes late, so I called him and apologized, and asked if the car was there. He said 'yes.' When I got there, 10 minutes later, (on a weekday), he made me wait about 10 minutes, and then said "You won't believe this, but we just sold the car." I said: "You're right -- I don't believe you. Let me see the car anyway. He said it was no longer on the lot." LIARS.

We did not buy but Desiree Dawson DeMott the Internet Sales Manager was 5 star and most likely would have gotten our business but we walked into the 1st dealership closest to us and found the vehicle we wanted.

After much research on choosing a specific automobile that I wanted-I was fortunate enough to find it at Priority Toyota in Springfield, Virginia. As I am from North Central Pennsylvania, A four hour trip was required to pick up the car. As a long distance customer I purchased the car sight unseen-a risky venture to say the least on a high ticket item. I called the dealership and was referred to a young man by the name of James Hibbert! My lucky day! He simply could not have done a better job of patiently answering my many questions through phone calls and e-mails. He was kind enough to send me extra pictures of the interior as per my request.We negotiated a wonderful deal. When we arrived at the dealership James was immediately available.The auto was everything James had said it was.The car, even though a year old was absolutely spotless. His kind assistance was so much appreciated.Thank you again James and a big thanks to Priority Toyota for a wonderful experience. Customer service truly is a priority!

I got to the dealership after an hour drive to go see my dream car. I ended up waiting for a good 20 minutes, only to speak to a random sales associate who was leaving for the day. He got his manager to come speak to me and the manager was more incoherent than the associate. I was very dissatisfied with the level of experience and costumer service that was provided.

Kept getting canned responses. After three attempts I learned that truck was not for sale yet. It has a frame recall and not even avaible to see. Not honest.

Great service, very friendly & patient staff. The car was in a very good condition.. I had a little problem with the ignition after 4 weeks' purchase and I drove the car back to the dealer. Their engineer gave a good service to check up etc. Springfield Toyota is definitely a trustworthy dealer. If I need a car again, I will definitely buy it from them.

We had a wonderful experience here! We went there to look at a vehicle they had that we saw here on car gurus but realized we really didn't like the color or interior our sales associate Mr. Johnson was awesome! He found the color we wanted and made the transfer! We are now enjoying our new sequoia and will be back to see them first the next time decide to make a purchase!

I bought a used 2007 jeep grand Cherokee with 53,000 miles for $13000 silver. Awesome truck, great deal. car fax report provided 30 oil change service records. My mechanic offered me $16000 for it. Tags, title was easy, even though I live in MD. Nobody likes the DMV, MVA.

I did not get a response to my emailed inquiry on a 2011 Toyota Tacoma but since they were close by I stopped in. The salesman I dealt with named Al was friendly and helpful and I was able to close the sale after some negotiation. There was a little pressure to make the deal but not inordinate. As with all negotiations, do your homework (have printouts or info on similarly equipped models marked "Great" or "Good" deals by CarGurus, and NADA estimates for your used car if you're trading-in) and be prepared to walk out if they won't accept your fair offer.
