Seemed like a scam, trying to pressure me to hurry and get there, saying that a lot of people
are looking at the car and that it would be gone. Then, raising the price a couple of thousand
dollars a couple of days later, then sending me another text saying that the car was still there
at the beginning listed price.
I just felt it was a scam.

Responded to my online inquiry within minutes. Wasn’t able to get the car but that was due to my availability at the time. They were very helpful
I offered this dealership, $25,500 down for down
payment on a 36k vehicle. I would've had to be
financed right over 10k and they couldn't do it?!?
Absurd. I was told to just hold off on buying
anything else and let them do what they needed to
do for 3 days, then they kept on running me in
endless circles all just to tell me they couldn't do it!
Sounds like untrue advertising because I was told
on The app that I used (CarGurus) that I was
already approved for the vehicle with a down
payment of $23,700. The dealership told me that
wasn't correct.. hmmm. Then I offer $25,500 and
still wasnt good enough. Proof of income and all.
This place is a joke!

The dealer contacted me promptly and discussed the vehicle's
options, trade-in allowance and vehicle pricing. The dealer kept in
contact and provided real time answers to my questions and
concerns. The dealer was not able to meet me at a price that
worked for me ($300 difference) and I was able to buy an LS 460
elsewhere the following day. I do appreciate Prestige Auto
Mall recommending that I go to another dealership to purchase my
LS 460. I'm now a happy customer with the vehicle that I wanted,
an LS 460.

Very professional and positive response
Drove a few hours to pick up a truck that I was told is in excellent and perfect condition serval times. Show up and it is far from perfect condition. Scratches on front and back bumpers. Must mostly the entire tailgate needed repainted. The clear coat was peeling off in several spots and looked horrible. Would give zero Stars if I could. Wasted an entire day on this bc the salesman either doesn't know anything about vehicles or is a liar.

Hugh did an amazing job and worked with me. The entire staff came out to meet my dog and love on him. All my questions were answered. Didn’t get as much as I would have liked for my trade in but overall, stilllgot the vehicle I wanted and am very happy.

When buying online dealers should point out
the flaws (like others do) and damage a car
has instead of taking deceptive pictures. Car
had many many flaws and damage that was
not mentioned.
Someone from the Dealership responded early the next morning to my Car Gurus inquiry. He was friendly and helpful. Offered me less than I hoped for my trade, and it was quite a distance from me, so the deal didn’t happen. I was offered more somewhere else. But still good experience speaking with him.

I had to email and call many times to get them to respond and each time I ended up with a different person. I was not at all happy with them.
My contact was very helpful, friendly and patiently answered all my questions. He also sent me a video of the
vehicle so I could better decide on my purchase. I found another vehicle much closer to me that was similarly
priced so I did not purchase from Prestige, which was over 500 miles away.

Arthur was good. always got what needed to be done in a timely manner. car arrived with a handful of minor issues that were not disclosed. Things like missing battery panel screws, a 3" tear in the dash leather and the a-pillar fabric coming unglued. still I am glad for the service and just some better communication on the vehicles cosmetic condition would have gone a long way

Overall very positive experience.
I test drove the vehicle. The sales rep was not very helpful, seemed like he was bothered to assist me, even though I had an appt. Car was not as advertised. It had been in a wreck but that was not disclosed online. I never would have driven an hour and fifteen minutes to see a wrecked car.
They delivered me the car not as described like the one they videocalled me. I contacted dealer agent named Nathan P. when the car still on cargo, he said he had sent my issue to his manager. Then, the manager named Boone refused the responsibility by saying he did not hear anything from the other agent and the agent just left his office so he had nothing to do with it. He also claimed it was an old car so things happened so I could have a good deal. After a few, they erased the webpage that contained the video they sent me which I was lucky to save all of them.
Seriously, I cannot believe that I have to deal with this excuse game from an establishment. I did not see the defects at all from the photos and the video they sent. Anotherword, this place has deceived me into buying this car without showing considerate of compensation for defects not as described.
Ben and Prestige were absolutely amazing. We didn't end up buying from them because my wife wanted something else. Both of us are actually upset that we didn't because they were so amazing. I spent many hours with my wife agonizing over what to do. We loved Ben and really felt like you could trust him and Prestige. They will be the first place I look in the future.

I purchased the vehicle and had it delivered to me. IT ARRIVED AT 10PM. could not see to make a proper inspection. The
video of the truck was flawless and looked excellent. In the morning when I could inspect it was showing spots of dings and
had some damage on rear bumper which did not show on the video. They assured me it was in perfect condition. It was
not. The video was deleted and they could not show it to me again. I complained but fell on deaf ears. I will never buy a
vehicle this way again. Very sorry I ever purchased it.

Started off well, then a series of things lead to great disappointment! I put money down for a vehicle and the didn’t it go through ! They drove it from Ohio to Ny 6 hours drive! They didn’t do there homework and needed a trailer for the exchange.They have not been working on it and I haven’t heard anything back from them! They still have my deposit and a contract with Westlake financial!

Took the car for test drive Monday. Was finding out about their financing and outside financing Tuesday. Made an appointment with my mechanic on Wednesday for Friday, which was the next day they could take the car to be looked at. Thursday morning Ben emailed and said they sold the car Wednesday after he left. This dealership was a good hour away from me. Never again.

Was pre approved for a car and the salesman called and said there was a issue with carfax and the way it was reported. I waited days didn't hear anything then someone else called me and said they was going to look into it. In the mean time they jacked the price up 1000 dollars. went and test drove the car and told them I would put money down to hold it because I really liked the car and this was a about a week or week in a half and they said they would call me the next day. I have yet to hear anything. I just looked at the site and the car was taken down.

I had an appt with Prestige to buy a Lincoln Navigator and I have a 2 hour drive. I arrived for my appt right on time and they told me they sold it right before I got there. They even approved my loan and knew I was coming to purchase and sold it anyway and didn't try to call me. Very bad business. Drove 2 hours to see car. Once they found that I had my own financing and couldn't make more money off the sell they claimed the keys were misplaced. Said they would call me once they found them.and that was a month ago and the car is still for sale. Horrible management.

Truck was loaded with rust had a plow on it at once. Which was never told to me. To much cosmetic problems. Dealer said they were going to find another and keep me posted been almost a week and have not heard a thing. I would recommend going here try to cover up problem areas so look things over and take your time.

1st initial contact was good but when I asked about if there were any issues mechanically, anything with outside having dents or big scratches etc and inside anything that doesnt work or needs repaired he responded by not answering anything I asked In the email I then emailed him 2 times again after and failed to answer or respond to that question. Something tells me something is wrong and he doesnt want to tell me. That to me is a a huge red flag.

I JUST LEFT THERE WITH THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I called them yesterday afternoon to ask if a particular vehicle I was interested in was in stock, Jamal, the salesman said yes. He took my info and texted me about the vehicle and then I told him I was coming in from 3 hours away to look at the vehicle the next afternoon. I called Jamal at 9am and told him I was switching a shift and would come to look at the vehicle if it still was in stock he said enthusastically that it was. I have 3 emails and texts confirming my for the car. I ive all the way out there. I walk in and he tells me that the car vehicle is gone but he has something similar which he parked out front. It was not similar. I was totally inconvenienced and all the manager John said was that, "he's new but let me make this right." I wanted to believe that they would but the deception to try to get my money was unbelievably disgusting. One employee even said, "careful man, they're vultures here." Avoid this place. DISHONEST!

The vehicle is dark blue, not black as stated in the listing. Also, there were a number of torn areas in the passenger seat area which they supposedly fixed.
The salesperson was honest and not pushy. He understood the color was a deal breaker for me and thus we had a good chat knowing the deal wasn’t going to happen.

The sales person answered all of our questions.
We worked with Jon. I called him on a Saturday, and we came to a price agreement over phone, seeing as I was a 3+ hour drive away. My wife and I took off work early on Monday and headed north to pick up our car. The process was easy and we got a great deal. She's very happy with her new-to-us Pilot! My only complaint would be the detail crew. They definitely could have done a better job cleaning the vehicle. I'm gonna have to do some good deep cleaning on it when I find the time. Overall a great experience!

It started off slow. The vehicle was not ready to test drive due to being low on gas. After that the experience was good. Dealt with Ernest and he was polite and helpful.

Bought a 2011 Lexus IS 250 for my daughter on 7/22/17. Drove from
Rochester NY to buy the car. Worked with John Hang to get everything all
set. From the beginning and all through the process he responded quickly
and answered all my questions. I told him if the car was as he represented
I would buy the car when I got there. The car was ready for us to test drive
and John was very helpful. Both my daughter and I drove the car and it
appeared as John represented.
There was no pressure, if I wanted the car it was mine, if I wanted to look
at something else that was fine. If it was not what I wanted they were
happy I came in and looked. Everyone one was very accommodating and
professional.
We bought the car! The paperwork process was quick, easy and explained
very well. I forgot to ask for a second faub until after I left and was told they
only had gotten the one. Would have been nice if they offered to get me
one at their cost or a discounted, but fair enough. I didn't ask. Took a little
while to get the Ohio Title to registered the car in NY, but that is all done
now.
Saved a couple of thousand dollars buying it here rather than in Rochester.
I must have been thanked at least 6 times by different people for my
business. John and the whole team were great. Would go back again!

First the sales guy was nice enough....he knew we were coming to see the car several hours before we got there. We took it for a ride and immediately smelled cigarettes and could see the truck had not been cleaned since it came from the auction...very disappointing...overall appearance did not push me into buying at all. truck was filthy.

I called on a car I wanted on a Saturday and was told I couldn't see the vehicle until Monday. So I went to another dealership n bought a different car. I needed a car immediately due to a new job starting.. I emailed the sales person to show I had no interest. FOUR days later he called and I explained wat happened n that I wasn't in the market. The man called me back a few hrs later to see if I was interested..,,.i had to explain to the man he just coupled earlier, and reminded him, but he claimed not to know who I was. Damn shame, to think weekends are the good days to take off

Great service - professional, knowledgeable and courtesy. Oh, and the Mustang I bought is pretty cool, too.
Sales person was curtious and professional however after finding multiple defects with the automobile I was interested in the dealership did not want to deal on the price. Also their offer on my trade in was insulting. I would not recommend this dealership for an honest car purchase.

Up to and including my paperwork the experience online was good, after arriving to test drive the truck and see it in person there were numerous issues that were not disclosed in the online ad. We drove 3 hours to buy this truck. The truck was missing a light cover, a tailgate piece, the back bumper was broken and there was no spare tire. The *NSYNC system is broken and the tail gate wouldn't open when taking it out for a test drive. They provided a spare tire and took the truck back to work on the tailgate opening issues. The other issues were not disclosed or repaired and were not noticed until I got the truck home. On the way home I also found out my brake lights were not working including a left blinker light-these are safety issues! --Which should have been noticed at the dealership and repaired before sale- at one point when we said we didn't want the truck because of no spare tire and the tail gate wouldn't open the representative said "you mean you would drive all this way and not take this truck". I should have said no then but they gave me a spare and ensured the tail gate was opening so I went through with the purchase only to find the other issues on my way home or the days after. I came prepared with my own financing and check so they had little work to prepare for my sale. I would not recommend this dealship unless you go check EVERY DETAIL out yourself- or you could be me with a truck that I am spending tons of money to get repaired just so I can get it legal in my state. This has ruined my online shopping experience and I will only be going to local dealers from now on.

Communication and response time was splendid but its shameful the dealership decided not to sell to me because i was buying from Nigeria. I told Miguel i was doing a transfer from my account in my name & i was going to provide him ID's for verification if he needs me to, but he told me upper management instructed him not to deal with me. There after he stopped replying my mails. I can assure you, you lost one very good customer.

disappointed in the fact that they would not even consider any adjustment
on the price. Especially after finding a few things wrong that we for sure
hadn't planned on. But in the end - we still liked it well enough that we still
went with it. So overall not a bad experience.

Showed up to test drive the truck. Set up an appointment and everything.
It was just about the only car in the whole lot that still had snow on it.
Took it on a test drive and the 4wd selector did not work, when I asked
the sales rep about it he just sat in the back seat and did not say a word
almost as if I never said anything at all. Its been a little bit under a week
and have not heard back about what is happening with the truck. Had my
roommate call the dealership and talk to the same sales rep to ask about
the same truck and when asked about the 4wd the rep said that
everything worked perfectly on the truck. Very disappointing experience.

This business contacted me inmediately after I inquired about a car that was in their inventory. This type of vehicle is rare and we were thrilled to find it! Prestige was amazing to deal with!!! Due to my investments it took nearly a week to get my check but the staff at Prestige was patient - they trusted that I was buying the car. My husband is a mechanic and he was impressed with the service at Prestige.... this is a great staff to work with!!!!

Made appt to test drive vehicle, salesman did not have the vehicle ready to go when I arrived. Vehicle interior was incredibly dirty - there was even a french fry on the floor behind the driver's seat. Incredibly high mileage on vehicle and dealer would only make a $200 concession on price during negotiations. I decided to buy elsewhere, but noted that the vehicle's price was dropped an additional $600 on the website the very next morning. Crappy way to treat a cash buyer. Not sure if they just aren't motivated to make a sale or if they just didn't want my money.

The car has all of the options (RPO) desired!!!
I would prefer to have the charcoal seat inserts instead of the red in this build!!! Other than that issue, the car has basically a clean CarFax with only minor driver door body damage reported. This of course would have to verified before purchase.

I dealt with a salesman by the name of Sasha. He was very helpful and answered every question I had to the best of his knowledge. There were a couple of modifications that the previous owner had made, that " in my opinion " devalued the car. So we adjusted the price that made it fair for both him as the seller and me as the buyer. Very friendly, Very efficient team. I drove three hours each way to buy my car and most likely will be coming back.

Very good contact about the vehicle
They contacted me the day I requested information. The sales rep was
honest when talking about defects on the car. This was important as I lived
1.5 hours away. The dealership was busy with other customers so amount
of time we were in there was efficient. They were able to find me the lowest
interest rate I have ever had. No pressure sales, they sell a lot of cars and
don't to use that tactic.

My husband was trying to purchase a 1986 Nissan 300ZX, cash
deal. Calls & texts not returned, MULTIPLE times. Told free
shipping to Kansas City as part of the deal, 6 month, 6,000 mile
warranty. Finally told paperwork would be sent overnight, not
actually received until 4 days later, after multiple calls & texts,
none returned yet again. Once paperwork received, NO
VERBAL AGREEMENT HONORED highlighted with a place to
sign, sheet stating as is, no warranty with a place to sign &
NOTHING about delivery. Read the rest of their reviews VERY
carefully before purchasing, we decided against this purchase,
seemed very shady indeed!

Sales department was understaffed... too many customers and not enough personnel. I was left waiting for over 30 minutes for a scheduled test drive. Also, I was told by the sales associate that I had secured financing. So I drove 2.5 hours to get there, spent 3 hours at the dealership only to have them tell me that the bank declined my loan application.
The salesmen that spoke to me were very nice and professional and the facilities were nice... decent selection of cars.

I sent an email inquiry to Prestige Auto
Mall about a vehicle I saw online. Initially,
no one responded. After a few days
passed, I called the dealership on the
phone. The salesperson who answered
never apologized for the lack of customer
service. He did proceed to talk to me in a
smug and arrogant manner. He was a jerk
to put it mildly. I attempted to set up a
time to see the car and I asked about
pricing. I told him that I already had pre-
approved financing. He gave me a song
and dance about the car being marked
as low as possible, etc. He was just
condescending all the way around.
Finally, I just said thanks and we ended
the call.
A day or so later, a different salesperson
called and left a message for me. I was
still shopping for a car so I decided to
give it one last try. I called him back twice
within a two hour span. The first guy to
answer the phone said that the person I
asked for was with a customer. I
understood that and wanted to leave a
message for the guy to call me back
again. The guy on the phone tried to take
me away from him - he laughed when I
wanted to leave a message for the other
salesman. That wasn't right! I don't deal
with shady people. So I said no, I will call
him back later. The guy hung up on me
for the most part. I waited and called
back one last time. The guy who
answered this call, was playing around
and being strange about getting the
person I wanted on the line. He tried to
get the sale from the other guy, too.
When he failed, he said that the person I
wanted was gone for the day. I then knew
that I was dealing with completely crazy
people and I was done. I said thank you
and hung up.
Prestige Auto Mall has some SERIOUS
sales and customer service problems! I
have never ran into a dealership that was
happy to turn away a nearly guaranteed
car sale! WOW!! Maybe they sell more
than enough cars and it doesn't matter to
them.
I ended up buying a beautiful car from
Infiniti of Easton in Columbus, OH. I
spent much more money than I planned
by getting a more expensive car because
they made the whole process so
enjoyable. They are about BUSINESS!!!
Customers are treated like gold! Their
service after the sale is amazing, too. If
Prestige Auto Mall hadn't of treated me
so poorly, I would have never had the
wonderful experience that I am having
now so thanks!! It worked in my favor to
be blown off.
Don't just take my word for it... The
owners and managers of this dealership
should set up some secret shoppers. Boy
that will be an eye opener!! The behavior I
experienced has to be hurting the bottom
line for their business.

Very Poor..
They have a good product; however below average customer
interaction. Getting some basic information on the vehicle proved
to be a big challenge..
Buying a vehicle is a big thing in itself & trusting the dealership to
do the right thing is pivotal in the transaction.. I found a lot to be
desired in this category..
The sales agents do not get back to you with the information
leaving an impression they are in no hurry to sell the vehicle
