Call this dealer told him I was driving three hours away to come look at this car. There was some other ones up there. I wanted to see in Lexington so the guy said the car was there. Everything was good. I told him I was on my way. I get there. The car is not there. They had to send it out to put a power steering pump on it even though he knew I was driving 3 1/2 hours away so don’t know if I’d trust this lot either
I had an absolutely unbelievable transaction with this dealer. After arriving at an agreeable price, I paid for the car in full and drove it back to Louisville without incident. 2 days later I encountered what appeared to be significant electrical issues and had to have it towed to the Lexus dealership in Louisville.
They to were concerned about the prospects for resolving the issues.
I informed Mohammed , the manager, who advised me to keep him informed. If necessary, he stated " we will work out a solution ". Fortunately, the dealer was able to and find, the problem 2 days later. All seems to be well now, so I advised Mohammed of the resolution. He volunteered to reimburse me the repair expenses. USED CAR DEALER OF THE YEAR!!!

Dealer opened late, one told me the car was still available and another one 30 minutes later said it was sold, unprofessional.
I went to go and look at a couple cars and they were all dirty and trashy. Then I saw one I like but the guy told me I couldn’t drive it because he just got it in and had to be service checked. So I asked the guy if he could give me a call because I was super interested and he told me he wouldn’t be able to call me when it’s checked in for some reason. So he gave me his business card and told me to call him Wednesday. I give him the call and without hesitation he told me he already sold it then hung up the phone on me faster than he answered.

Bought the truck over the phone. Staff was friendly price was right and the prices was easy. This company seems to sell higher quality vehicles than the average used dealer. Hints the name " Prestige"

I bought a 09 F150 from this dealer on 2/19/21, drove 200 miles from Nashville to Lexington. It had a cracked windshield in which they gave me $200 to fix, now I’ve purchased used cars in the past and I’m aware that they will have some minor issues but with this vehicle I feel like they were aware of a couple major issues with this truck but sold it to me anyway! I called the owner to discuss this matter with him and was told that he was unaware and basically there’s nothing he could do to help me! So I’m not gonna tell you not to buy a car here but I would recommend having the vehicle throughly checked before you sign any as is papers because once you do they got ya! NO CAP
This car wouldn't even start. The dealer never walked outside the building and was barely helpful at all. I looked at three cars here. One wouldn't start, one had a flat tire and one I couldn't even sit in the vehicle (because the seat motor was broken and the seat was as fast up as it would go) I would avoid this plane and go elsewhere.

The car was neglected By previous owner, I suspect. This dealer was upfront about issues it had and what he had fixed and planned to fix before delivery. I gave them a star for that.
It is a typical buy here pay here Establishment which sells trades new car dealers won’t.

I actually bought a 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT from them. So far it seems
that I got a good deal on it. The SUV was clean and was waiting to be
bought. It's used so it does some some things that needed to be taken
care of. For the price, so far I am happy with my purchase.
Some tips for car buyers,
check the oil. Hopefully it hasn't been recently changed. Then you can see
if there are issues with the internal mechanics of the engine. Expect some
contamination from it being used motor oil. Check the oil in a good running
car and you'll see what normal wear is.
look for any liquids in the engine compartment. If you see any, is it in one
place ? Then stick your finger in it. It might be that there is a leak or more
significant problem.
When I got there, I had to get a salesman's attention. Preoccupied with
their p.c.'s.

Got back with me quickly. Over email everything seemed good. However, when we went to look at the car things got a bit...odd. It looked more like a mom and pop car store than a real dealership. We got there in the last hour or so before closing and the seller just didn’t seem interested in really selling the car to us. We went on a test drive, came back, and just gave the keys back. He didn’t ask us if we wanted to have it. He was friendly, quiet, and smiled a lot- but more of those smiles when someone is talking really fast and you are only catching a few words they’re saying even though we talked normally. Just overall a meh feeling. The car was clean and seemed fine though but there’s so much more to that with car selling.
Contacted them to see if a truck was still available. I told them I would be down the next day to look at it. First thought when I pulled in was it's a hole in the wall car lot. Was on the lot for 15 minutes and not one person came out of the shack of an office to talk to me. Needless to say I just left.

Buyer beware. Bought a BMW from them
and took it back a week later for them to
check out a service engine light. When I
got it back from their mechanic the
odometer mileage was 5,000 miles lower
than when I bought it and the
manipulation dot showed up on my
instrument cluster. I took it to an
authorized dealer to find out what
happened and found out that Prestige
Auto mechanics had switched out my
cluster with one from another car (had
another VIN # registered to it). when I
called Prestige Auto to find out what
happened they completely denied
everything and the 2 people I talked to
gave me 2 different stories. One said the
cluster was changed before I bought it
and the other said that I was the one that
changed it out. To sum it up it, it started
as a good experience as most car sales
usually do and ended up being a shady
experience. I also had to spend over
$400 in the first month to have a new
fuel pump valve put on to fix an
"extended crank" issue that they
couldn't find the day they swapped out
my cluster.

I drove100 miles to see the Car. I was a little early. The car wasn't in any condition to show. Had one tire flat the dash board had parts loose and the inside was dirty .

Prestige Auto Gallery was definitely one of the easiest places to buy a car. We were able to go out and test drive the vehicle as long as we wanted. They did not hover over us while we checked out the entire car and when we mentioned the oil needed to be changed, they took the car and immediately changed the oil. They were also extremely easy to get the paperwork through even though there was some time issues with my Credit Union. Prestige is in KY and my Credit Union is in Ohio and it presented absolutely no issues. Thank you for making this an easy purchase!

Bought a vehicle from them and the day after I got it home the check engine light came on. It's a $1000 fix. They gave me $500 to fix it with my mechanic. I believe they knew about this issue before selling it. They have a code reader and are able to reset codes. I recommend taking the vehicle on a LONG test drive. The change oil light also came on a few days later and they knew I had a 1.5hr drive home and sent me off with NO GAS in the tank. The gas and oil aren't big issues but it would have been nice to change the oil and put gas in it for me when they knew all day that I was coming to get the vehicle that night.

This dealer had exactly the truck I wanted so I contacted them via cargurus. Was quickly contacted by Chris who was very friendly. I had a vehicle to trade and Chris requested some pictures for a quote (as they are a good distance from where I live) and provided me with an email address and instructions to put ATTN Chris in the subject.
I took pictures, zipped them and emailed. Two days later I received an email from someone else saying "I can't open these files". I found that somewhat annoying as it was a standard .zip file that anyone, and especially a car dealer, should be able to open (or download WinZip for free to do so). So, I re-sent the pictures attached to emails (which took several emails to do). I then got a quick response of "were you interested in one of our cars or just to sell this vehicle to us". I responded with the information of the vehicle I was interested in, and that I was looking to trade in. I never heard from them again. Several days later i again contacted this dealer through cargurus explaining what was happening and requesting a follow up (no reply or call received). Their vehicle remained listed for several more days before it expired.
Clearly there was a huge disconnect in the process. Chris was great, but I have no idea why I was dealing with anyone else. The other person had no idea what was going on, made no earnest effort to find out and impressed upon me that they really didn't want to put in much effort or bother with helping me give them my money. It is truly bad this happened, for both of us. I wasn't able to buy their vehicle, and they didn't make a sale.
