Great dealership to do business with,very knowledgeable in the business , from great cars and trucks to financing. They contacted me , I told them I wanted the truck they got right on it. After a horrible experience with a different dealership, Premiere Motorsports was a breath of fresh air. No pressure, answered any and all questions we had, and the customer service was an A+ in my book. Walked in with zero expectations and walked out with my dream vehicle for a great price, they made everything so easy. Ryan and Mike put me at ease, topped of my gas so I could drive the vehicle home, and even cleaned off a scuff I had noticed on the vehicle without hesitation. Highly recommend!

and contacted premiere they arranged for my vehicle to be fixed and I had no out of pocket expense, I highly

Very nice people. Answered my questions. I'm searching for a vehicle. My problem is I don't know what I want totally. In the past I always had a reason for getting my next vehicle. Meaning I needed a 4x4. I needed more room. None of those needs or others are guiding me. Then I worked at a dealership. So I got to like my next vehicle from seeing it every day. So got to work it out.

After no luck of finding a vehicle on our own we turned to CarGurus. Best thing we did. We kept our eyes open and watched for new listings and price drops. Patience paid off. We found what we were looking for Premiere Motorsports. The online description was accurate to every detail. The vehicle was very clean and ready to go, no setbacks. The employees were awesome, very straight forward and to the point, which we appreciated for not playing games or wasting anyone's time. Ryan Emailed me back within a couple hours, even though it was after midnight, so I called the next day and spoke with a nice lady who directed me to a credit app to fill out for them. The car I inquired about was a bit to much so she directed me to Chris, her boss, who walked me thru a few other vehicles they had on the lot. I appreciate their time spent with me and we are continuing to look over some options. They seem very accommodating and helpful, also not so pushy which I have experienced from other dealers in the past. Look forward to signing papers here very soon:)

I contacted them interested in coming to see a 2008 Toyota Rav. Leo's dad was very nice allowed me to
test drive and Leo was very straight forward about the pricing and fees. They were never pushy with the
sale nor did they try to up sale me to something different as so many other dealers, which was really
refreshing.
There was something that needed fixing in a wheel of the car, which i pointed out i wasn't too comfortable
with, but after placing a deposit they were able to fix it before I officially came to pick it up the following
week. Leo was very helpful facilitated financing and I genuinely felt good with all the information he
provided. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car to buy.

Had one of the best buying experiences at Premiere Motorsports. From start to finish they were extremely helpful. I was able to get all the financing and numbers worked out before I even came in!!! Once I was able to come out and test drive the car everything was extremely smooth. Premiere is the real deal. I am came in to look at an Audi but ended up buying a Mercedes they just got in that wasn't even listed yet. Worked with both Chris and Mike. These guys are top notch. I didn't experience the typical back and forth nonsense and as far as dealerships go, their processes is relaxed,quick, and professional. Thank you guys.

Everyone was awesome that we dealt with, Jocelyn the sales lady was very professional and Dennis in financial department was awesome as well
purchased a used vehicle from this dealership sold me a car with low engine
oil pressure, bad tires which I stated that the TPMS warning light was on...
rear differential bushing shattered. contact the dealership several times to
speak to the GM and he was never available. I was told to leave a message
for him and that he would return the call! never did...make sure you read the
low star reviews they might end up save your money!

No response from dealer after buying car with issues. When car was
brought home, it had a noticeable coolant leak and level was very low.
Took it to a local BMW dealership to check it out. Not only did the coolant
expansion tank have a leak, but there was a large oil pan leak, a valve
cover leak and the brake sensing line had been cut & tucked away
(hidden). Both front and back brake pads were at 3 mm. This cost us an
additional $4,300 in repairs! At time of sale, owner stated that preventative
maintenance had been done (head gasket and other gaskets replaced).
There is no way they did that work and did not know about some of these
other issues. Have tried to talk to salesman (also co-owner) and/or Sales
Manager but no one will call back. Dealership was supposed to transfer
my personalized plates from my old car but instead ordered new plates.
This has turned into hassle trying to fix with DMV (still not fixed). We also
spent and extra $196 for a spare key and have not rec’d it yet (2 weeks
later). Dealership stated they would replace missing tow eye cover when
we bought the car as condition of sale and still have not rec’d it yet either.
Dealership phone operator claims salesman (also co-owner) has been out
of office since he sold us the car due to personal issues but no one else
will step up to address/resolve our issues. I delayed writing this review to
give them a chance but they are failing miserable in helping us (since
they’ve done nothing). Very, very frustrating!!

I do recall him doing repairs to that particular vehicle however I can not argue/make claims as to what extent. I will say that typically a franchise like BMW profit heavily off of service and their hourly labor rates. Often times, simple repairs are exaggerated and prices inflated for markup. Very disorganized, bad communication or no communication at all, failed to disclose problems with car until arrival, no one available at time of opening, opened 2 hours late. They have posted business hours but they do not go by them. Very little financing options available. To my understanding they only work with 3 different banks. Extremely unprofessional.

Good fast response in e-mails/phone & honest even the car that was just sold in a few minutes before I came there. He is doing his job selling cars and even he told me over the phone explaining that there are 2 or 3 people ahead of me looking at one car that I wanted on that day. It was my fault for being too slow anyway. I would go there again in some day.
