They dont even know that their cars are listed different online versus at the dealership. They quoted me a base price of 26k even though online the car is listed for 24k. Then they insult you when you try and negotiate. Do not buy from them.

Great group of folks at this dealer. Quick and easy transaction. Car was clean and gas tank was full, which was nice because I had a 3 and a half hour drive home.

Test drive vehicle and immediately Messaged dealer to place deposit on vehicle. Dealer confirmed they would process the deposit but was slow to process. I sent the text and received confirmation response at 8pm on Thursday. I received a message at 2pm next day that car was purchased by someone else. Not happy with the outcome.

Your worst nightmare dealer! No budging on price, lowball,45 percent lower than blue book offer in my trade in. Nit picked my car saying small rubber tiny piece under right front number that i never even knew was there and still can’t see it because it is irrelevant, means my car is damaged therefore the low offer on my trade in. Said there car had service records which justified the outrageous price and that I would be hard pressed to find one like it! Then to top it off Before leaving I asked what is your best offer, either the salesgirl is new, can’t do math or just greedy came back with 6K over listed price. What a joke! Good luck! I found an awesome deal elsewhere and am very happy!

I inquired about this car online and within minutes had a call from Kenny. He
was upfront with me about the car having interest from another buyer and
asked me what kind of price I was looking for. Once he knew, he fought hard
to get me what I wanted, not pushing me into a deal I didn't want and not
being honest with the numbers. If it weren't 4.5 hours away, I would have
purchased the car that night. I only took one star off because financing was
a bit of a hassle since I had my own financing and the logistics of them
accepting my bank info was kind of a nightmare and I had to drive there and
back empty handed, but the next day had the car (Kenny even offered to
drive it to me). Overall, though, my experience was pleasant and I highly
recommend. I worked with several dealerships around Northern California
and Kenny was by far the easiest, most respectful sales person to deal with.
It's difficult shopping for a performance car as a woman, but Kenny made it
easy and straight forward.

They were very friendly but we couldn't make a deal. They wouldn't adjust the price to meet my financial needs... 2 days later the price is lower than they said they could go.

I am in the process of trying to find out information on this particular c-max by e-mail. They appear to want my phone number which I am not giving out to them until I know more about this particular auto. They have not contacted me via e-mail since I made my request. At this point it is difficult to rate them!

Slow to respond. Keeps raising prices on used vehicles. On the particular vehicle I was looking at they raised the price $4,000

We purchased the car. Ralph was very good and they delivered the car to my office, which was great. Their sales manager was indifferent and kind of a jerk when I told him that they only sent 1 key with the car and he told me, "that's just the way it is when you buy a used car". The rest of the organization was a pleasure to deal with.

Great service.
Called KENNY on Monday and arranged to meet and test drive car on Saturday. On Thursday afternoon, I called and told him I will be unavailable to come and he said, 'it's okay we sold the Edge you were looking at Wednesday night'. I feel there was very bad communications on the salesman KENNYs' part. So I'm thinking, If KENNY sold the car the nights prior to my call?, why didn't he call ...to save me a trip before that weekends drive to the Dealership? MANY future sales to you KENNY and be more RESPONSIBLE to OTHERS.

got a standard e mail reply from the dealer
but when I went back to them and asked questions , like price, miles , color, more details on the car as the picture on the site was a stock picture , they never responded and all of a sudden the care was no longer on the website.
It was not a great experience very poor communication
