They r nothing else but liars , they even couldn’t detail the car , will be just keep adding extra and extra charges - if u will not pay attention and reject those things u will walk out with most likely more then 10k u supposed to pay. They r willing to give u hugs and kisses but remember u r paying triple for it . They lie in your eyes without any shame .

Excellent follow up system great story, and honest salesman. There's a feature I want that they don't have although the car is still in the running. Sales management is smart and the dealership is well run with hands on management. If you live in Chicago although they are number two you would be silly not to shop them. They ship everywhere and are really well run.

I have purchased and traded many cars over the year , even though I live in Texas and the dealership is in Illinois, this was one of the easiest transactions that I have ever made. Lee, and Ken (the general Manager) offered me a fair price for my car which they had never seen in person and also made a fair deal on the Porsche 911 Turbo S that I eventually purchased. Both cars were shipped to their respective destinations which was taken care of by Lee. The paperwork soon followed and I'm now driving my new Porsche. I'm completely satisfied with the entire process. I have purchased over 20 cars in the past and I never knew that it could be so easy, especially buying and trading out of state, until now. Dealerships in Texas couldn't or wouldn't even touch the deal that I made with Loeber. Thanks Lee, Jeff, Mario, and Loeber.

Fabulous people, great deal

Very rude personel,overpriced cars,they are telling different stories,you don't know who you deal with actually.One person call you,then another one,then you come,then change of story,then mngr comes,then they trying all kind of tricks. When i visited, there was no customers,empty store,no people.Wonder why..

I had a good experience with this dealriship. I emailed them to inquire about the car and got a response and was also contacted by the sales person. I asked if the car was available to test drive and was told it was. I went there after work and just like they promised it was there to test drive. I test drove it and decided to buy. It was an easy process. The only thing I might have an issue with was that I had to wait for a bit to get the financing started. It could be that I came in after work nevertheless I was able to get the process finsh the same day. My advice if buying a preowned car from here know what you want do your research prior, and excpect a fair service. I recommend this palce.

Dealer was quick to contact but did not address my original condition questions. Very good, and timely, follow-up but when the questions were asked again, the follow-up stopped. Initiated contact again, through dealer website, and salesman responded quickly and followed through with requested information but when asked about their advertised 'E-Price' never heard back.

The dealership apparently offers supreme, exceptional service. Their attention to detail epitomizes the best of everything BEFORE consummating any deal.
