Everyone on this staff is awesome I really recommend it to anyone.
We set two appointments went and never got any service the 3rd time e went without an appointment. Went into someone office where two people what it looked to be a sale person wearing black they all wear black and some other person looked to be a manager ask for service. The look on there faces was priceless and shocked. They sent someone 5 minutes later and he couldn't find the model X e saw on your add blue model X are 10 minutes of the sales guy Luis found it. But like all the rest on your ads the car was deal no power to look at the inside, the hood was open and the covers were removed like someone had be working on it. Again we asked for a call back from them and nothing. This is the worse dealer ever I'm willing to bet that most people who but from them get ripped off and I know this because the trek you right upfront that they've installed a state of the art security system on all there cars $2000.00 added to the price plus they try other as one Tesla don't need security sys

Platinum Auto Haus was honestly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car, I am 64 years old and basically have bought a new car every 2 to 3 years.
Neil Clayton was my sale person and it was a pure pleasure dealing with him. In fact my wife, who just hates going to car dealers because of all the BS and time you spend, really love the process also.
We were basically out of there in a hour and purchase my Porsche Taycan Turbo. Platinum deals with high end quality cars. They seem to price the cars to move them and not sit on them trying to milk the last dollar out of them.
Neil was knowledgeable, willing to find answers if he did not have them and totally did not use any of the pressure tactics other places use.
Recommend you stop in and tell them Matt sent you!!!

Fast and courteous
My feeling is that customer service is nonexistent and it permeates the
organization. Lack of followup, inability to return phone calls, emails,
unwillingness to transact business. My sense of things is they lack any real
interest in selling you a car. To me they seem disingenuous, self serving and
overtly lazy. I have no idea what they care about other than themselves and I
would recommend against doing business at this location based on my
experience with them,

I had been shopping for a Cayenne on CarGurus and found a '14 Diesel at Platinum

We would have loved to have sold you a car, but unfortunately we can not get everyone financing.
Sometimes responses are quick. Other times takes a few calls, emails and text messages. I almost purchased a vehicle from them but unfortunately not having the title in hand or a print out of it processing the deal fell through. They came up with a great resolution but was too late. I purchased the same car elsewhere.

Hi Carlos, you make it seem like we're selling cars without titles here. The titles in California are all electronic. The car you were interested in purchasing was a car we had just recently taken on trade. The car was paid off and legally ours. We were waiting on the state of California to send us the title. Your credit union asked for us to register the car so they can send us a check. This is something we do on a regular basis for credit unions that make this request. I live quite a distance away so I had them pull my credit to start the process over the phone. After that initial conversation I had to call them, no less than 10 times. Received no return calls, and now the car is sold which no one has taken the time to share with me. This situation cost me an inquiry and wasted days of my time. Will never shop this dealer again.
