The dealer was friendly, convivial, and fairly knowledgeable. That being said, they did try to use the old...Bate and Switch.. on the price of the car... if I had stuck with their financial institution to purchase the car. However, I paid the entire loan off (after dropping the nearly $4,500 dollars warranty) in less then a week after purchasing the car. Doing so saved me from paying around $10,000 dollars in interest over 84 months. And thus allowing me get the car for around the actual advertised selling price. Plus license and fees of course. All-in-all though, I'm quite pleased with the final purchase price. Lastly, though, it might sound strange of me to say...but... I thank God this experience happened to me rather than some poor unfortunate soul who wouldn't of had the financial means of getting out from under that harsh "Bate and Switch" dealership financed purchasing contract. Be careful out there folks.

I was in contact with Pinnacle regarding a Frontier lease. They made wild promises, then one salesperson 'disappeared', and someone else took over who did not have a clue and tried to sell me exactly what I hadn't wanted and hadn't been able to afford in the first place. Worst experience ever.

Worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with.. I gave them 26k down on a 2016 Jaguar f-type R n had the deal pulled right out under me because they wouldn’t send a notary to where I was working… sad I HAD to be at the address listed on the documents.. which is just a bunch of crap… that’s why there’s notary that go anywhere to sign paper work for house n large purchase. They cancel the contract so they can sell to another buyer for a higher price… shady, deceptive selling tactics n just straight up dishonest.. if that’s what your looking for from a dealership then go to pinnacle Nissan

Poor customer service. A lot of pressure and hidden sale agenda.. l was tired of the whole thing. The Porche I had appointment to come and see/buy was sold but I was not informed . Rather they said it has problems and is in the shop. Be careful.

I worked with Reggie and Alexander from start to finish on this purchase. He's super professional and no nonsense and efficient. I was in and out off Pinnacle Nissan in just over 4 hours and drive the Infiniti home that day! My interest rate fort the loan even dropped some before I signed the papers! No surprises and no disappointment. No hard sales pitch. Just a dignified car purchase in a reasonable amount of time since I was pre-qualified and filled out papers online before going to see Reginald Poindexter at Pinnacle. He even followed up regarding a small flaw on the car and that will be done this week. Crystal in finance was very concise going over the documents with me. I'm amazed and recommend the CarGurus car buying experience to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thanks for your help! Now I'm driving a beautiful car I'm proud of.

Poor, was told after the car was inspected I would be notified to come see and purchase the car, communications went dead 2 days later and then I was told the car was sold to someone else, I’m sure someone who knew someone wanted it so I was ignored and never contacted…but what do you expect from low life car salesman

Purchased this vehicle completely online. The dealer was friendly and made the whole process very easy. Made the purchase on Thursday night, the vehicle was delivered to my door Friday morning. I'm very happy with Pinnacle Nissan and definitely recommend them.

I would not recommend anyone to fly and buy as you will get reamed. Price was a little higher than agreed and on the way home we discovered the passenger seat only goes fore and aft. It will not go up or down or tilt. The left windshield wiper is split and won’t pass inspection. I was told on the phone everything worked and it went thru the shop. At least it was clean. Thanks Bud.

Made an appoint to look at the car but we live in Tucson set it for Sunday if someone was looking at the car they never should have told us it was available. Very disappointing. We would have drove up the night he sent me a video if the car saying it was available but they didn't tell me till the next day that some one else had a deal on it very sad

At first they seemed very helpful. I made an appt with them and changed it 3 times and they were very understanding. Then when we finally got there, they said that they just sold that car. But when we called to say we were coming, they never said they were in the middle of showing the car that we were interested in. I decided to give them a chance to make good on it. They said they could find something similar. The car I was interested in was only 2900 dollars. They proceeded to show me nothing under 7000 dollars. At this point it seemed like a tactic to just get me in there to buy a higher priced vehicle. It really made me wonder if that original car was ever even available. I left very unsatisfied with a bad taste in my mouth.

Went and looked at a Jeep on a Saturday, but my wife was unable to make it so I got the numbers and went home. I spoke with my wife and we agree to go the next day. I called my salesperson and scheduled a time to see it again and later spoke with a sale manager and gave them the sale time. My wife and I made the 45 mile drive back the next day and my salesperson nor the sales manager who promised to greet us were there and the Jeep was not parked out front. We get stuck with a different salesperson, who looked and acted high, and took 20 minutes of our time to tell us the Jeep had sold. It is fine that it sold, I did not put money down and they are a business. What is not ok is they did not notify me before I made the 45 mile drive, yes they knew it was a long drive for me, and then were no where to be found at the scheduled appointment time.

Rep from Pinnacle called and was very polite. Told him I was shopping around on line for a pickup. Have had no contact since the 13th and am still looking around. Since I pay cash for my vehicles, they normally back off unless I drive out to them.

Communicated with Internet sales person for a used vehicle and when I went into the dealer I was passed off to someone else who tried to tell me the used vehicle was new and I should pay new pricing and dealer prep fees. He continued to tell me I should be aware what the price of the vehicle was NEW and I should consider a much older vehicle. Finance manager was just as degrading. I could not get anyone to treat me respectfully or honor any discussions we had online. Unacceptable derogatory behavior by staff and management. News flash! Women purchase cars and are educated. 1 star because my emails were answered.

I bought this used car for my daughter and I don't think the dealership checked the car at all. There was issue with the A/C on the day we bought it and two days later the Check Engine light came on. Some warranty would have been nice.

While I was out shopping the salesman showed up at my house with the car.... except I had told him I wasn't ready to buy and hadn't told my boyfriend I was even looking.... it made for a very strained rest of the day for us, and we're still not speaking...

Great service! got the car I wanted with no problems! they were very helpful getting me the right price and the right deals! Everything was so smooth it didn’t feel like I was buying a car until I was driving home in it! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone! The gentleman helping me even went as far as emailing me pictures that he went out and took himself! He is awesome to work with!

Terrible waste of my time. Went to look at the car listed, set up an appointment and they never even showed me the car. Tried to sell me on other vehicles I had no interest in. Lied to me about everything. Poor business tactics and overall worst experience.

The vehicle was misrepresented : Mileage Seating Confiuration Color were not correct in the description. When contacted, I received two calls from sales representatives. I asked them about the seating configuration and was told they would get back to me but I did not received a call back. Two stars instead of one because Brett called me and help get the answer to my question. The expectation is an accurate representation of the vehicles and returning calls when the commit is made to do so - common courtesy.

I made the mistake of contacting this dealer online and giving them my phone number. Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. I had received 4 phone calls, have 4 voicemails, 2 e-mails, and a text message. Needless to say I've decided NOT to do business with them. If you want to be bombarded with phone calls, texts, and e-mails, these are your guys. This is the most aggressive sales tactic I've ever experienced in 30 years of buying vehicles. Thanks, but NO thanks.

Untruthful about a 2017 car not being in an accident. Showed me a clean carfax to deceive me and didn't mention the car was damaged... They repainted it in an effort to conceal the truth and did a bad job. Used the wrong paint color and left paint imperfections such as dust, lint and sanding marks...Stated they would make it right, then flat out refused to make it right. They are your typical used car dealers, scam artists... You would be better off buying a car off of craigslist or from any other dealer.

Bought the Jeep. Still waiting for a new windshield to replace the cracked one. Safety issue is what the dealer said. Must be replaced due to Az law. As I committed Still Waiting!!!!!

Bait and switch tactic! They do not disclose everything about the car being advertised online. You come in to the dealership and will be surprised about added dealer fees, damage on the vehicle and vehicle not having the same features. Will not recommend this dealership!

The vehicle thats shown in the picture is a nissan maximum platinum not a nissan altima and when i email them to ask about the maximum and to advise them about the wrong advertising they didn't seem to concern about it almost seem like they diid it intentionally i like the car in the picture the maximum but was looking for an altima the sales lady wanted me to come in and test drive the altima which not car in the picture and i advise her that i have seen a picture of the altima becase the have the wrong vehicle in the picture se became very defensive and short saying they will fix the problem and ask again to come test the altima i told her thats not vehicle that caught my eye she replied ok sir have a good day and hung up wow! Never ask once if i wanted to come in see or test drive the maximum the vehicle that caught my eye the vehicle that's in the picture

Called to confirm CARGURUS.com price before driving 60 miles to dealer. Dealer refused listed price saying there was a dealer mark up of $2500 and if they listed actual price no one would come. Also said they do not advertise thru Cargurus.com. Sales person did not make any connection only got my name and was set on price of $2500 above listed price.
