They had the perfect car at the perfect price. It was well worth the 100 mile drive. I had an issue a few weeks later & they took prompt care of it.

Left crying and distraught. As a single mom I brought my step dad to help with the process. He is a disabled veteran who has worked with the dealership before. 10-15 minutes into discussing the vehicle and price, Josh walks in and says if we are going to spend the day trying to negotiate that we can just leave bc they had other customers on the lot. He also threatened to raise the price. We should have left then. Soon after, we believed we had agreed on a price. When we get to finance the sales price is the same as original sticker price. We raise concerns and josh says that’s what we agreed to and it also included my 7k trade in. He was visually agitated and told us to leave while continuing to make nasty comments to my step dad. As my disabled step dad is limping out the door, Josh remakes “the fact you’d do this to your daughter is just sick”. I could get past “miscommunication” on a price, but I can’t get past a hot headed sales manager. Logan was great. No complaints with him.

The GMC truck I purchased was almost flawless and the salesman Arsenio was very knowledgeable of everything about the vehicle and treated me with much respect. Absolutely horrible!!!!!!! We live 2 1/2 hours away and was not happy when we went to purchase this vehicle!! We was guaranteed the vehicle was in good shape and exactly what we was looking for!!! We had two more deals for that day in daphne Alabama but this dealer told us his was the best deal and we would be happy!! Well we was far from it! The vehicle was in such bad shape when we got there we never unlocked the vehicle to look on the inside or test drive it!! We was not there more then 10 minutes!! We missed out on two other deals and did not buy the vehicle from pigg enterprises!!! I will never be back not recommend this place to anyone!! The guy we have been dealing with told me to call him that morning so he could watch out for us and have everything ready! I called him half way there to find out he wasn't even working that day and the other guy that we dealt with did not even have a clue what was going on!!! So now we are back to square one looking for vehicles because this one place messed us up!!!
