The salesman Darrin Grant was beyond anything that I could have ever asked for. He listened to what I wanted and not only was he able to get me what I wanted, he went above and beyond. This was the easiest car purchase that I have ever done. I would highly recommend this dealership and this particular sales guy to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Everyone that we made contact with was so kind and and nothing like you expect from a dealership or a salesman.

I had to cancel my appointment a few times. BAM was very patient with me. I finally got there and he and everyone else were so nice. BAM got me into the Jeep of my dreams at the right price. Very helpful and understanding.

They got back to me in a reasonable time.....more dealers should be like so if they re gonna post a vehicle for sale....little do they know that when we.re looking on this site...we are half sold on the choice we made and that is why we ask for more info....its simple as that....the funny part about it....some can't sell you the other half ....so we move on....life is good....

To much inquiries(6) and never help to get the car , Right now I am paying much more for my actual car that cost me much more, they gave it to me without credit(lower than 505) and without down and I have never failed any payment , and this one that costs less, I have the credit (over 640) and I am giving 1k down and they do not give it to me and i know i can afford it ,I do not understand sorry but i'm disappointed , I hope I'm wrong and they do everything possible for me to get it

It was an easy process, didn't need a test drive, had it delivered, Gilbert was very helpful and got the deal done, just that my transporter had to make two trips to get the car as maybe he could not find the dealership location, but got the car a couple days later. I'd buy another one this way from Phillips, no problem.

I went to this dealership to look at a 2017 F-250. I test drive the truck and liked it at the time (now that I learned about the death wobble on fords I’m glad I didn’t end up purchasing this truck). I sat down with the salesman and told him upfront that I wasn’t going to pay the advertised price. Of course, they play the ole song and dance about how they don’t have much room to negotiate blah, blah, blah. The salesman asked me what I wanted to offer so, of course, I low balled them because us, as customers, would like to get the best deal possible right? The salesman proceeded to come back with the “numbers” and of course it was for the full price that they were asking so I walked out the door. I felt like this particular salesman thought his bullying technique would work and I ended up emailing the dealership, explaining that they just lost a sale because the salesman refused to negotiate, and I asked that the GM call me. The GM called me back and he was very rude and not helpful!!

They were nice enough but didn't try hard enough. I was interested in buying one of their trucks. They didn't seem too interested in making the deal happen and my signed offer was turned down in favour of an additional $1500 at the last minute. in addition to the 4000.00 already offered. I had told them I am on a fixed income and needed the first set of numbers we agreed to, not the increased numbers which changed my final monthly payment to double what y budget could afford. Next day I found the EXACT same truck for EXACTLY the same price but the difference was, the colour and the sales staff's effort. They simply tried much harder to get my business. They tried different banks until they found the right terms needed to stay within the financial boundaries I gave them to work with. I pick up my newer truck tomorrow morning, I Could have bought theirs if they TRIED A LITTLE HARDER for my business. UPDATE: I picked up my newer truck today. I JUST LOVE IT.

I was surprised That they would sell some of the vehicles and the conditions that they are trying to sell them in I was surprised and let down I want probly not deal with them in the future. Vehicle was dirty, possible rust under seats. Pictures looked scary.

When we ask the salesman to use our bank and he uses 3 other banks to only get 6.75 The next day we switched everything over to our bank for a 3.5 . We know our bank cause we always get the lowest possible interest rate. Listen to your customers. Not what you wanna do

They were very helpful talking with us about their car. Didn't really explain much of the vehicles history however provided the car fax and extra photos. Seeing as we live in Chicago and the dealer is in florida they expressed the paperwork to us. As of now we are arranging transporting the vehicle home. They moved the car inside for us until it could be transported.

Contacted about availability of a vehicle and they called obsessively. Woman was very un-enthusiastic and scripted on the phone. We ended up going to see another vehicle and it was not in the condition it was advertised as. Very disappointed and the other used cars were in the same bad conditions. We looked at a Mercedes E class and it was leaking burning oil, issue starting the car and check engine light on. Told them no thanks and they parked it back in its spot for sale! Not even pulling it to the mechanic to check it out! We were shocked and it just proves they do as little as possible to their used cars and woe to the unexpected buyer.

The people at this dealership are what gives used car salesmen a bad name. They could have cared less if we bought a car or not. They had the exact car we were looking for, but it had issues during the test drive and the salesman said "we won't keep this car with all these issues. We won't put any money into it." We drove quite a long way to see the car at this dealership and all the salesperson seemed worried about was that he was supposed to have gotten off work and we were holding him up. I personally called the Sales Manager the following day and never had my car returned. In the end, we found the same car elsewhere in much better condition and bought it. I am so glad we didn't do business at this place.

Dealer charged me 24,988 for this vehicle. It was not clean on the inside. Had to pay to have it cleaned up. Salesperson said he was a manager, but really he was only a salesperson. Tried to get my car back after I decided this was not as nice as my trade-in. They wanted to charge me $5,000 to buy it back after one day. I think they really wanted to get this car off the lot as it had been sitting there for 3 months. Would not recommend them as reputable people. If you like high pressure sales and people who take advantage of you then by all means shop there.

Dennis was friendly and listened to what I was looking for in a car deal. I was honest with him about what I thought on the Bronco, and he was honest with me. At the end of the day, the pictures were worth more than the vehicle and management thought more of the Bronco than the value of my truck. It wasn’t meant to be, and I’m perfectly OK with that.

I would say the sales guy was great except they never offered any water (which they did offer another couple) and my wife was 7 months pregnant. Besides that, the sales guy (Ed) was great! Really helpful. Then on to the money side we went. This is where they were aweful. Think his name was Bob. When isaid we were not interested in any extended coverage his attitude started to go south. But he got super short when i declined their bank loan offer. My bank gave me 2.99 for 72 mo. He kept trying to get me to take their loan for 3.99 for 72 mo until i asked how that makes any sense. Then he just kept hurrying pages for us to sign even tho we wanted to read everything. Wouldn't go back bc of that experience. If you have two options for dealers, take the other one. (We bought a 2014 Odyssey)

Horrible experience, submitted all my info for a trade, set up an appointment to drive on a Saturday. They sold the vehicle and never informed me. When I went to the lot the salesmen were leaning on the cars and seemed to be more interested in their conversation than selling a vehicle. I recommend you skip this place, clearly they make enough sales to not bother with customers. Or keep their word typical used car dealership.

Phillips Buick GMC replied to my email inquiry quickly and I went to the dealership a few days later to test drive a few vehicles. I ended up buying a different vehicle than the one I initially found on the internet as their used vehicle selection was very large. Their service was professional, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend Phillips Buick GMC, particularly Scott Hall, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Sales and finance teams were fantastic. Although this was a 19 year old truck with 213,000 miles , I was treated like I was buying a new truck. Truck was detailed with gas when I picked it up later that evening. I would shop and buy from this dealership agsin.

The vehicle was not in the condition they said it was. Very Strong smell of cigarettes and external damages no reported. They had a newer model for $39k that they over priced by almost $6,500 the same model I just purchased for $33k. They are just money maker.

I am in the Military and was out of town but found the car I wanted at Phillips Buick. I contacted them and told them I wanted the vehicle as it was the Acadia I have been searching for but couldn't be there until Sat at 2 as it was Wed and that I had the loan pre approved and was going to pay what they were asking. I thought they were holding it as I would of done whatever needed to hold it but they sold it and asked if I wanted a red one. How rude and such bad practice. The management was rude and really didn't care as to emphasize how many dealerships they have. Very unpleasant experience and horrible customer service don't recommend them.

Overall a great buy from dealship. Only down fall was internet salesperson did quote a price that dealship couldn't honor. Did work a deal out that was good enough for the purchase. Would recommend going her but not contacting via internet.

I have not gone to the dealer in person just yet, but so far I have reason to believe Phillips Buick GMC's staff are highly courteous and patient. The vehicle I'm interested in, a 1993 Lincoln Town Car, is actually considerably below an average market value of $3500, and it has under 110,000 miles on it for this price, which is excellent and a very fair price. I look forward to doing business with this dealer in a couple of days and my experience has been very positive.

My experience at the time of buying the car on 07/01/2017 was more or less satisfactory, the business manager is a little bit rude. I as a client have to defend my money according to what I see. When I went to do the test of the car the dealer person who accompanies me he said when I turn the wheel to the left side the car makes a noise, but he said can give me a discount of the price of $ 500.00 I said yes ok let's see, and I notice other things more that needed to be discussed. I take the car to a mechanic and explain the situation, he goes to check the car and when he comes to me to tell me and fix the noise problem and I ask the mechanic tell me what problem you found, he said that the nuts on the rear tire, the one on the driver's side were loose and that's why the auto made that noise. I worried because I was in the car with my daugther and my grandson in the free way, I call that is negligence of the dealer could have a horrible accident. When I asked if they had done the safety inspection he told me that they did not have to do that, and thank God I take care of myself and my family. So very poor experience.

1st there has been 0 follow up. 2nd, they sold us the car without detailing it. 3rd. the touch screen has issues. 4th. one of the 3 sales persons we delt with was rude (I'll call him military guy). The online rep told us the car would be detailed for us sense we were traveling 150 miles one way to buy the model we knew we wanted. the final salesman was nice. We got the vehicle we wanted but not the experience.

Purchased a used Toyota Tundra for 24k. They advised that they do a thorough inspection... From the dealer i took the Tundra to my mechanic. The rotors on the front were grinded all the way down. They also failed to provide a spare tire. The rotors were definitely a huge safety hazard that could've cause damage or could've caused a bad accident. Make sure you do a thorough check on any vehicle you buy... only reason I gave a 2 stars is because they worked with me on the price..

The dealer contacted me quickly with the information requested about the car and gave a very competitive quote via email. Went to see the car and they were courteous and professional, had the car ready to drive in a few minutes and we left happy customers with a new car. There was an alignment problem which we noticed during the test drive which they took care of before we left. Over all, and excellent experience, no pressure and completely stress free.

Made deal for vehicle. Said we were coming to inspect the next day. Called dealer 20 min. After they opened to give a heads up, we were coming. At first the internet sales manager denied making the offer and then admitted he did. Said not to come because another couple was there buying the truck. This, after being almost there and driving 150+ miles. Said he couldn't find keys and was taking the truck off the market. Couldn't explain how in the first 20 min of business someone was buying, when they had not even seen the interior or test driven the truck. He then hung up on me. Had to turn around and drive 150 miles home. A real jerk and unprofessional. I hold the GM dealer responsible for hiring such unreputable sales people. Never would consider doing business with such a firm. If auto industry wonders how they get stereotyped as sleazy, I recommend look in the mirror.

Started out good, got some numbers working as I live couple hours away. Emailed back and forth for couple days. Got some good numbers and told salesperson I could not make it down for couple days, I would be happy to put a deposit to hold truck till I could. He informed me they do not do that, REALLY?, never heard that before,Anyhow, asked for Carfax and was told he was out of office, he would get it to me in the morning. Got a text the next morning that said, "Sorry bud, someone came in and bought the truck" Buy your car elsewhere, very unethical dealership

I contacted Phillips Buick about a Grand Marque. I received a very prompt response. The only negative was I was quoted a price of $13,000. not the $10,000 that was advertised. The saleslady did suggest looking at their web site for car under $5000! Have not found a car yet, but will give them a second look!

Email me a price, was way high. Now price advertised is 2k less than they told me but still too high. Been to this dealer before they have a high price on the vehicle but tell you just today they can give it to you for this lower price. The lower price is actually closer to the retail book value. Makes it seem like your getting a deal but your not. They always seem to have nice cars there but wish they where more honest with pricing.

I looked up the KBB value of this truck and brought it to the salesman's attention that he was asking $4k over the value. He was very upset that I researched it and would never tell me what the cash in hand price would be. Very argumentative and unprofessional. I would not deal with this dealership if they were the only one in FL.

Everything started out fine, emailing back-and-forth about figures until we eventually agreed upon a price. Then when I told him I would be there the next day I get a email the car has been sold. Wouldn't you take that car and put it aside because you know you have someone who's coming to buy it?

We bought the truck. They didn't disclose any information to us and when we got it home and had it checked out by a mechanic it had a broken CV axel, broken shock, bad ball joints and broken tire rod. We were told this is very dangerous and we shouldn't be driving it. When we called the dealership the week after we got it to tell them they said bring it I'm and we will look at it. The dealership is a 2 hour drive for us. We drove it up there on Saturday and told us we bought it as is so we had to pay for it. Then they said we will split the bill in half. When I called back on Wednesday when they said it would be ready they told me to call back on Thursday and it would be ready. I called Thursday and they kept giving me the run around. Avoided my phone call and finally when I talked to the service manager he said I'll call you. I explained I lived two hours away and had to take off work. I took off work to get the truck and didn't get any answers so I called the GM in which the GM told me they had to order another part and the part wasn't scheduled to come in until Friday. I called Friday and the truck still wasn't ready. Finally I picked it up Saturday and one of the things still was not done so we made them fix it Saturday. They ended up not charging us. But the sales person I was told to contact never answered me back. When I asked the GM why they didn't disclose the information they said by law we don't have to inspect it so if we don't know we don't have to tell you. But a selling point was that they had put new tires on it so they had to inspect it. They just lied and didn't disclose info about it.

Phillips Buick Gmc in Fruitland Park,FL did a fantastic job. This is the first time I have purchased a used car and Tim was honest, friendly and no pressure. They took excellent care of me from the time I stepped on to the lot. I was looking for a Hummer H3 and they had one that met all my criteria. Tim, walked me through the car, took it out for a test drive and then through the buying process. he worked for me and eventually advocated for the price I was willing to pay. The GM thanked me personally for my business. I found the dealership to be very friendly and flexible. I would highly recommend Phillips Buick Gmc. Keep Up The Good Work..!
