They contacted us back. We drove 2 hours to check the car out. We were ready to buy and there was an unadvertised $499 addition to the cost that priced us out of the vehicle. All fees and add ons should be shown ahead of time. it would have saved us a trip.
Buying a car, by its very nature, can’t be a “5”. However, it was easy, didn’t take all day, and, so far, they have delivered as agreed. We’re hoping it continues. Having dealt with far too many car dealers in my life, I am hesitant but will give them a “4.” I would buy from them again.

Dealership promptly contacted me and answered my questions about the car. Unfortunately the car sold before I could get to the dealership for a test drive. The salesperson was very prompt in his responses and offered his assistance on any other cars I may be interested in.
Highly disappointed. Reached out via email regarding this vehicle. Had 1 salesmen and 2(believe to be managers ). I asked for their out the door price which had over $1,000 in extra fees(not tax, title, etc). I responded kindly saying that was a little over my budget and asked if they’d work with me on the price. One of the managers responded asking my budget. Told her it’s roughly 24,000, and that was the last of our communication. They completely ghosted me. I’ve sent 2 emails asking why I haven’t heard from anyone, and still no response. I guess they don’t need my business. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Got a e-package on the vehicle I was interested in very quickly from Austin Glaser. Worked with Sal Tedesco on the other questions I had, and he was very pleasant and
helpful to a potential out-of-state buyer. Unfortunately, the incremental costs/risk of an out-of-state deal did not work for me. If I lived locally, I would certainly visit this
dealership to view/test drive this car as it was exactly what I was looking for (and I would enjoy working through the deal with Sal).

Excellent. Our experience with Leo was outstanding.
I drove all the way from Columbus to Cincinnati to view this vehicle. Over the phone they said it was fine. Once I got to the dealership and took the car for a test drive there were two things that I wanted them to take a look at (brakes clicking and suspension question.) They said that they would have the mechanics Check it out and give me a call back within a few hours or so. I never heard back from them for a couple weeks and only then just to ask if I had found a car.

We had a deal on a car until I saw they added $500 for "pulse protection" . Basically that's where they add a $10 flashing light bulb to your brake lights so that your car flashes when you touch the brakes. It's stupid to have it on electric car because a lot of times you don't even use the brakes. I didn't want my car flashing and I certainly don't want to pay $500 to make it flash. That it wasn't disclosed on the window sticker and they tried to slide it in at the end is very shady
The advertised price was $29,521. After a very short test drive I told them I liked it
and wanted final cost including taxes. They tacked on to the price a charge for
"pulse protection" of $499. I asked them what this additional charge was. They said
they add it to all of their vehicles 2015 and later. It is a gadget that causes the brake
lights to flash 2 or 3 times when the brake pedal is depressed. I told them I didn't
want or need this add-on but they said they would not remove it. This extra charge
should be included in the advertised price and not added at the closing meeting.
Also they told me not to test drive it over 30 miles. While on my short test drive of 2
miles, I noticed the fuel warning light was on and the needle was on 0. I also
noticed that it had been driven 345 miles more than the 106,714 miles shown in the
advertisement. I will never deal with them again for a purchase or anything else.

The delete was much more upfront and honest than others in the area. No hiding if fees and would listen to legitimate concerns and offer solutions. Great delete network to purchase from.
The entire experience was ridiculous. I drove over an hour on a Saturday only to find that the vehicle had a lot of damage inside and out that I wasn't told about when I called. I found a different vehicle while there, financed through my bank on Monday since they only offered 9.5% (my credit is very high). When I went back Wednesday to pay and get the vehicle, the salesman wasn't there and no one knew what I was talking about. The car hadn't been serviced or inspected and paperwork wasn't ready as promised. They wanted me to come back another day. I walked away from the whole deal. I gave 1 star because, Hayden, the salesman who kindly tried to figure everything out was very kind, courteous, and professional. (The sales manager was very rude and smart-alec.) Oh, and they will not hold a car with down payment so I took the risk of it being sold while I obtained financing.

Dealer responded almost instantaneously, and scheduled an appointment. I asked several times for more pictures, but never received any. Drove 4 hours to view the vehicle and was told it was not ready when I arrived. Vehicle was in paint, disassembled, and in deplorable condition. Very disappointing, but rated 2 stars because the sales manager was extremely apologetic and offered to compensate me for my fuel. Unfortunately nothing could be done about my wasted 8 hours on the road.

Overall, we had a great experience with Performance Kings Honda. Our
salesperson and finance person were very low pressure and easy to work
with. The only issue we had was when we found a small paint chip just as
we were ready to close. Apparently, it was missed during the PDI. I would
recommend this dealership.
It would.have been a 5 star review, but installing a $500 pulse brake light kit on nearly every car in the lot then adding it to the initial advertised price with no option to take it off feels like a money grab. Hide it in the price or don't install them. Price of truck was good enough for me.to swallow it. Other than that it was a positive experience.

Called them over the phone and ask to check out a car and test drive it they told me it would be fine and scheduled me a appointment then when I arrive the car was in really bad shape that they didn’t show in the photos and wouldn’t let me test drive it unless I have full coverage insurance on the cars I own that’s fully paid off then proceeded to be super rude and ignore me. Worse dealership I ever been to wouldn’t recommend to buy a car from here or trust them at all.

We were negotiating on Friday, I planned on going to the dealer Saturday to purchase the car, decided to show the car to someone only to find
out it was sold. I am not upset of it being sold, that's what car dealers do, I live out of state & they knew that, but didn't bother to let me
know...that's what put a bad taste in my mouth.
The X5 purchased came up that it needed an oil change within a couple days of purchase and I took it to the BMW dealer near me. They told and showed me all the tires are dry rotted and showed me that the fronts are so bad that they are showing the belts on the inside edge of the tires. It is disappointing and unsatisfying, but it is what it is. Wouldn't expect a car dealer to find it acceptable to sell a vehicle with tires in that condition.

Went to see another Fusion but once I got there, was informed car sent to wholesaler. So car #2: This vehicle had previously came from an “Auto Recycler” Which was highlighted in the car fax. Not worth the risk of a branded title so I walked away. Call 2 days later to see (car#3) a 2010 fusion. The first warning flag was the wax or cleaner) was streaked badly - not one section but the whole car. Test drive was good, but The next major flag was when checking under the hood, everything was covered in sand, gravel, fine dirt as if car had been in a flood. The sale person offered to have it cleaned but doesn’t address what happened to the car. Suggested the dealership hire a new buyer to prevent problem cars into their lot..I picked out 3 fusions and all of them had serious issues. Sadly the prices were not adjusted accordingly. Not impressed with the quality of the cars being sold at this dealership. Although nice people there, no way I would buy a car from this dealership

This was such a frustrating experience on so many levels. First, they lost the key to the car we wanted to test drive even though we’d called hours earlier to tell them we’d be there. The moment we get back to our car to drive away, they miraculously found it. Then, we take the car to an independent mechanic and find out that there’s much more damage under the hood than we’d been told. When we go to tell them we’re no longer interested, it takes hours as we’re waiting to get our own car title back. Then - the real kicker - they tell us they no longer have the title to our car in the building. Ten minutes after we’ve left they call to tell us they somehow found it. Under no circumstances am I going to let them waste another hour of my time, so we had them mail it to us. Truly upsetting from start to finish.

Got in touch with a salesperson, we agreed upon a time to meet and I informed them I wanted to check out this car. (Which would usually mean test drive) When I arrived the car was in the showroom floor the salesman showed me to the car and then walked away. Their name was Roger. I've since purchased the same car from a different dealership for a better deal.

The vehicle I was trying to purchase was said to be available and the salesman would hold it for me until I arrived. He the proceeded to tell me I would need to fill out there online credit check even though I wasn’t financing through them. Near the end of the day, he contacted me and said unfortunately the vehicle had sold. When I asked about holding it, he said it actually sold the day prior. I would not recommend using Performance Kings Honda.

Stood in the lot for 30 min , no one came out and asked if I need help finding anything or any type of customer service at all! The sales guys just looked at me and kept going. They send you a email to let them know when you are coming so they can put on a show but I came in there randomly to see how they actually treat potential customers and was very disappointed.

They are only willing to take off a couple hundred dollars, but say that they negotiate the price. The sales person took my down payment only to call me the next day and tell me that the car they were supposed to be holding was sold that same day. Overall this place is VERY unprofessional and this is based on phone calls . Every time I called trying to speak with a manager I always got the voicemail and never a call back.

The "Guru" form was a simple way to contact and ask for a great price.. and
that is what I got. Mark Belperio responded promptly with email and a follow
up call. We drove 170 miles and were warmly greeted on arrival... by many
of the staff. Mark had the car ready. Todd assisted (busy last day of the
month) they gave a reasonable trade in and the deal was done. It was a
clean professional dealership, beverages and waiting areas a nice touch. It
was worth the drive.

Called about a 2017 F150, my sales person was Melissa. They was very nice and courteous. Worked with me to get close to where I wanted on price. I was a little upset when I got home to find out there was only 3 floor mats. They had been all piled up in the back under the seats so I didn't think to check and make sure they were all there. The driver side one was missing, but I was told in the follow up call that it would be replaced. They seemed pretty intent on selling me interior protection and gap insurance to which I kept declining. I wasn't shown how anything worked in the truck and there wasn't an owners manual in it, so I'm still figuring stuff out.

Horrible! We went to test drive this car. Waited 20 minutes for the sales guy to appear with the keys. We had scheduled an appointment for a test drive. We took the car around the block and upon acceleration the transmission would not shift and I thought it was going to fall out on the ground. The brakes were shot and the a/c was not working. None of this was disclosed and honestly the dealership put us at risk when they handed us the keys. When we questioned the sales person about the safety of the car his response was "this is a used car and sold as is". Based on this one experience we would never buy a vehicle from this dealership.

This dealer may be great for some. For be it was overwhelming, intimidating, and anxiety producing. The lot is the size of Rhode island, or maybe even bigger. Just finding the Honda portion was a challenge. Getting a live human was also challenging. Getting a live human who knew anything was worse. Even to get directions from one part of the lot to another took a long push button directory and three people. Sales staff was pushy. One saleswoman told me that the car would almost certainly be sold because she had so many people with appointments to see it. However, it was in the paint shop when we arrived, no one had been to see it, it hadn't been detailed yet because it had just arrived there were melted Tootsie rolls on the seats. The salesman said he'd driven the car and that it drove really well, but the car had such a hard pull to the right that you had to steer hard left to go straight. While waiting for the car I heard three salespeople lamenting that it was later than they thought and they weren't sure they'd make another sale before close. It was like being in a shark feeding frenzy as bait. Horrible.

I was quickly contacted and I asked some questions and for a Car Fax that was emailed to me. The car was sold before I got a chance to visit, but it was a couple days before I could get free. I was contacted about the sale and other models available were suggested. I did not get the car, but the customer service was at a level I appreciated.

Great experience. Eric Singer (our sales rep) answered all of our questions and added his own personal value to our decision by providing his opinions. He provided a very friendly approach and made for a comfortable experience. He didn't try to upswell us or down sell and instead did a great job listening to our wants and needs. They lost the sale over 500.00 dollars and seemed surprised I would go somewhere else to buy a car. They play the game where the salesman has to go see the sales manager, and came back with a counter offer. Than take the car home and talk to your husband, really. . I passed and went elsewhere, where the salesmen treated me like an intelligent person, not a dumb woman.

Nice enough folks. Advertised car had Navigation, actual did not. Bad start, but did end up buying. Said 3 month XM trial was available, handed brochure instead of starting trial on-site.

Went to look at a used car that was on their web-site. I even had an appointment to visit.
When I arrived, I wait nearly 30 mintues, and spoke to four different people, only to find out that the car had been sold.
Everyone was very nice, but seems like the internal communications are lacking at that dealership.
