Would never work with this dealership again. I took the car for a test drive and then to my mechanic to review and it had a problem.
Performance Honda refused to fix the problem and wanted me to purchase the car and then take it to the Ford dealership myself to have the
warranty work done. They let me walk out of there refusing to fix the problem.

I had a great experience with Performance Honda. Everything was as expected and pretty fast. I really appreciated the fact they lowered the price of the vehicle to accommodate for an extended warranty. The staff was very polite, and the process was better than expected. I highly recommend.

Contacted me quickly.
I didn’t purchase from them. I went in for a test drive. The customer service there is terrible. They didn’t seem interested in helping me. After I drove the vehicle, the customer service representative didn’t engage me very much. Told her I would return the next day and asked her to send me anything they had available in my price range, she never responded. I went somewhere else.

Disappointed that the sales manager really did

it a couple hundred dollars, even after I
presented research as to why my price was
reasonable). Ironically, now a couple weeks
later, the dealershipĂ¢Â€Â™s ASKING price on
CarGuru is LOWER than my original offer. (IĂ¢Â€Â™d
buy it now, but I bought elsewhere in the
meantime.
The dealership is 2 and a half hours away from my house. So I discussed it with them over email and we came to a agreement in price. I went as far as having my bank run my credit and them to only get a hold of me the day before I was to come and say the car needed a motor. They have had the car for over a month by carfax and just now found out it needed a motor. Even though we came upon a agreement with price, they just tell me it's either going to whole sell or another motor and raise the price. I was basically told by my sales person sorry about your luck.
Kevin and Zac did an amazing job! They definitely went above and beyond for me. It was Hassel free and went so smoothly. They were very knowledgeable and on point and seemed like they were always 2 steps ahead of me. I never once had to wonder what was going on. They were usually waiting on me. I just couldn't be more satisfied. Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had period so thank you Kevin and Zac you guys rock!!
Shawn was wonderful and ensured the car was clean and ready for us to go. It was the first time in 10 years my mom and I dealt with someone different and she enjoyed the entire experience. Dalton and the finance guys were top notch, they found me the absolute best financing possible and have answered every question we had quickly and fully. Highly recommend working with Performance Honda on Route 4.

The receptionist at the front desk was kind and courteous. The car was ready to test drive, clean and looked great. Arron Brown and John the finance agent was awesome, answered every question help when needed and put me in my luxury dream car, thanks performance Honda of Fairfield, job well done.

They promptly responded to my inquiry and followed up to see if I was still interested. This particular vehicle didn’t have a feature I was looking for, and I was able to find one elsewhere
Scheduled a test drive and drove over an hour to drive the car just to find out the the car was not drivable. We rescheduled our test drive for the next day when we were told it would be fixed. I received a text in the morning saying someone purchased the car without anything being fixed. The salesman barely spoke to us and we even had to look for him for over 20 minutes after we tried to test drive the car. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership
Dealer was quick to respond at first. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
Three things lowered my rating. First, dealer was unwilling to negotiate price at all. Second, when I had to go back to finalize my purchase the next day staff was not as quick to respond and would not answer phones. Last, two days after buying this vehicle the battery completely died. While I understand these things happen I was told they throughly inspect all of their vehicles. The inspection could not have been that thorough if the battery needed to be replaced a couple days after purchase. They also do no offer even a limited warranty with their vehicles, it must be purchased.
Overall buying experience was not horrible, buy probably will not buy from here again.

Really appreciated the salesman, although sadly cannot find his business card. The Ford F-150 was a good deal, but turned out not to be what we were looking for after all. Not his fault , just decided on a Ford Ranger instead at another dealership. Performance Honda is top notch though in my book.

Made appointment to see this vehicle. We drove over an hour only to be told someone else was interested. Later that day, received a call it didn’t sell. We had already purchased a vehicle from another dealership. Salesman was nice though and apologized.

Sales was good however car was bad. Dealer stated it went thru inspection had no issues but went to test drive and there was definitely an issue. ask them to look into it and get back to me. They called back to see what I thought and didn’t put it in the shop to see what was wrong and then sold it a day later
First, CarGurus is GREAT! I am a first time user. Second, I purchased this 2019 Honda CR-V EX AWD from Performance Honda. The sales personnel reached out to me within an hour of me notifying them of my interest. They were great to work with; nearly everything was done over the phone. The car is everything they mentioned in the advertisement; the car is very much new condition, despite being 2 years old. They are very competitive on the pricing of their used inventory when you compare with others vendors in Ohio and surrounding states. I would highly recommend them for your next Honda purchase.

I ended up purchasing this car from Performance Honda after extensive research and online shopping.
This dealership is over 2 hours from my home. I test drove similar cars nearer to home but could not
find quite what I wanted without traveling further. Because of the distance I negotiated the price mostly
by text and did not see the car until we went to pick it up. Performance had the car ready. There were
no surprises once we got there. In part that was because we made sure we had all the information from
them before we went. I am very happy with the car we got and with Performance Honda of Fairfield. I
would consider buying a car there again if I can't find what I need closer to home.
Great vehicle description and photos... I bought this vehicle sight unseen.. If it is what they say it is I expect to be totally satisfied... Stay tuned.. Wish me luck!!! Sales persons and entire staff were cooperative in allowing me to send funds for full payment, however; still need to make trip to fill out paperwork.

This car was never on their list as per their sales person. Not sure why it is still on cargurus. I called the dealer twice and both times the sales person couldn't locate it in their inventory and I was rold that is not one of our cars.

Actually bought a Civic Sport Hatchback instead of the Fit. I love it. I drove several models including the Fit but decided it was too small. Jackie found other manual transmission ( my preference) models to show me and I walked away with a car. The fianance office was quick and painless. I left very happy!

We informed the dealer we were coming to look at the car. When we arrived, we were shown several others, although we saw this car in the lot. When we finally had enough of looking at other cars, and asked - for the third or fourth time - to see this one, we were told it was sold the day before. We understand dealers can't "hold" cars for people, but we would have appreciated the honest answer right away ... better yet, before we drove all the way there. It was still on their website the day after we visited the lot ... they should remove the cars as soon as they're sold.

Website was more positive than our site visit. Seemed like we could do a deal with a car & payment we had in mind. Payment was $239 for 14k and when we rolled in my
upside down car loan, jump to $399. Added a hundred and sixty dollars for just adding over 2.4K to the note. Would not recommend using them.

I have never bought a vehicle from a dealership I have always bought from an individual and they were great people there they wasn’t pushy and we had drove four hours to get there they offered us something to eat and something to drink they were really polite and nice to work with and I love My MDX

Very pleasant experience, bought auto from dealership.
The sales person who assisted was friendly, professional and answered my many, many questions. He was well prepared for our scheduled appointment. We are very pleased with the purchase, which we found on CarGurus. We were provided a Carfax report and a list of maintenance repairs made on the vehicle. I would highly recommend Performance Honda.

Salesman was pretty much full of it. Car had sticker price of 12500. We offered 11500 cash and tries telling me they paid more than that. I know better they took it on trade and didn't buy it cash. The price they had was 1000 over Kelley blue book and tried telling me they had it priced under KBB. So I showed him the KBB on it and he didn't have a comment at that point. Called me 6 times trying to get me to pay over KBB. Car was nice and I liked it, but sales team is shady.

The experience was ok but didn't feel like they valued my business at all. I contacted online guy who was amazing. I ended up driving to dealership to see car and get even more details. When we got there my husband and I looked at car tried to find someone to help us with buying this car. I found 2 sales people talking and neither had time to show me the car. So we left and bought brand new Challenger TA 392 instead of used from another dealership who was willing to take time and help us.

Very Good
Worked with Brett Butler. Professional and very friendly. Had a great test
drive and wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Brett to work
with. He is sincere and helpful and listens and responds to any
questions/concerns you have. He is not a high pressure sales guy which
I liked. Brett had the car ready for us when we arrived since I had told
him we were coming.
If buying a car, just remember that it takes some time so expect to be
there 3-4 hours. Nice touch that they have popcorn, water, coffee for you
while you wait and nice lounge area.
Only area that I questioned was the trade in value for my old Sienna. I
think they undervalued that. So we opted not to take the trade in. They
did go up in price after we said no but still wasn't good enough. Also, they
will try to sell extended warranties. We initially said no on that as well
(price was too high). They did come down quite a bit on the extended
warranty. My husband did not want to purchase but I felt better knowing
the car was covered up to 10 years/100,000 miles. Over the lifetime of
the car, I think it was worth it. So just remember that the trade in and
purchasing an extended warranty is negotiable or you don't have to do
either of those at all.

Tammy was a terrific sales woman. I came in on a Tuesday to look at a vehicle. Tammy kept in contact with me all week and we made a deal on Saturday and I walked away very happy with both my vehicle and the staff.

that didn't have those options. I ended
up at another dealership who by the way
was more than happy to earn my $50K
by special ordering the EXACT vehicle I
