Purchased the car from Michael in sales.
Was an out of state sale and the people I delt with
were very helpful through the process.
Everything was great until I paid for the vehicle, then I was ghosted. No follow up phone call, text, or email. Website says 4 days shipping coast to coast, well I am over a week without receiving my vehicle. I have reached out twice and all I get is they are doing their best. If things change I will update the review but as for now. I would not trust this dealer to ship anything.

The sales lady contacted me the following day and I
advised her that I wanted to trade in my Infiniti car
and then I sent all photos that was requested and
also I sent the VIN number and the following day
and then she sent me this shocking text message
below !

best deal. Is this the only model you want? What

As a buyer extremely disappointed in their service
as I would not recommend to continue listing with
that auto dealership.

Horrible experience. Had an agreement in place and was told we'd wrap up paying, etc...the following day, only to receive a text message that the vehicle actually could not be sold the following morning. Turns out it was sold to someone else. Full details of experience on Google review.

They told me the car was available. Then tried to do a video chat to see the car since I was buying out of state. We video chatted only for them to tell me the car was being detailed. Next day, no contact. Then the third day I called and asked to see the car. They called back saying the windshield was being repaired and the car was “kinda sold” but they would check. They strung me along for several days until I ceased contact and went with another dealer.

Talked about how perfect the car was, until it was time to wire money then they wanted to disclose issues, and wouldn’t negotiate based on issues. All the conversations seemed very scammy as I asked for specific details and everything was “the absolute best, perfect, never seen better, etc” even tho the spec sheet said otherwise. Also has been running the car without o2 sensors and no cats and claims it won’t harm anything. Wouldn’t recommend.

I emailed and talked to Dave about the car. I am Ina different state but if course, this was a hard to find car. Dave assured me they sell cars out of state often and that they could make it painless.
Dalton sent me DocuSign paperwork and talked to me about warranty offerings. We signed and moved forward. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the car shipped fast enough to make a Mother's Day surprise in time. Even still, it was smooth.
I had to follow up a few times on the few transport but I got a call from one of the ownership team and gave feedback on my experience. They actually listened to improve future transport to our of state buyers. Thank you Ilona.
I will certainly be staying on their mailing list for future cars, based on my experience.

I was very dealership-wary and had a very good experience. Ron and Dalton both
worked patiently with me (and I mean patient) and I would recommend this
business to anyone. Prompt communication via email and phone, and I then drove
from PA to look at the car I wanted. Friendly, helpful, no-pressure experience on-
site, with helpful, courteous input (during an additional requested test drive) from
the service manager when I had a detailed question about the car. I am relieved
and grateful for such a positive experience and outcome, and very happy with the

The dealer was very accommodating. Ameer was a very good salesman, and I respected him for what he was able to accomplish. Dalton was very good as well and listened to my concerns regarding the purchase of this vehicle, and I am glad to say we reached a good result, which including me purchasing the vehicle.

By far the worst customer service experience of my life. Had an appointment scheduled for 2 days, drove 2 hours to buy a vehicle. Was told the vehicle would be out front waiting and we should ask for Kyle. When we arrived the vehicle was gone and we were told someone was test driving it but they weren’t interested in buying it. They returned with the vehicle, stood there talking to the salesman. After some time we were told to give him 2 minutes, 30 minutes later still nobody has had the decency to give us an update, and the salesman Kyle had the other customer inside. At this point we are 45 minutes past our appointment time. I walk to the desk and am told the guy at the desk was the manager. I explain my frustration, driving 2 hours, being told the car would be right back, being told “give me 2 minutes” and still nobody can give me an update. He says unfortunately it’s a first come first serve business. I understand, but if someone has an appointment have the decency to call

Drove 60 miles to dealer with trade in Porsche. Based on appt they made. And appt was confirmed by dealership 1 hour before we left. Intent was to purchase. After reviewing car and ready to test drive vehicle we were told a deposit had been placed on vehicle the night before but they didn’t know until that minute.

I’m from out of state and was looking to buy a certain vehicle remotely. Response to my initial inquiry was great. Both Ron and Dennis responded immediately with great information on the vehicle I was interested in ... then it was just Dennis that I communicated with. He was very nice however my 3 rating is due to him not being up front with me regarding the sale of the vehicle I was interested in buying. The vehicle had sold and he didn’t tell me right away and strung me along a day or two trying to interest me in a different kind of vehicle. He ended up telling me when I said I wanted to buy the car I inquired on. I get Dennis was trying to make a sale, but him not being up front about the status of the vehicle I wanted to buy was not appreciated and that lost my trust. I ended up going to a different dealership with the vehicle I wanted and bought the vehicle remotely.

Dealing with Perfect Auto Collection was the worst car buying experience
we have ever had. We considered backing out of the purchase and still
wish we did. They caused us so much stress. There were so many delays
and excuses, it was ridiculous! And, we caught them in a couple lies
because of the delays. We highly recommend to NOT buy a vehicle online!
We would NOT recommend them at all!

Great experience, performed a 'virtual' test drive for us since we weren't able to travel to the
dealership. Straight forward, no games, practical approach, really enjoyed it. Had our car delivered,
and even the delivery driver said he's impressed with this dealership and the people there!

Car was completely scratched all over. Looked like someone took some rocks and put them in a bag then tried to polish the car with it. It had 2 accidents, one reported, the other was not. Transmission was buckling when put into gear. The car would also jerk when downshifting. The back left panel was sticking out and wasn’t aligned properly. The front right fender was also misaligned, probably from the second accident. Overall, I don’t believe the car was worth what they were asking for. After pointing all of this out to show that the price was unreasonable, the salesman became obviously annoyed and made me feel very uncomfortable. Plus, the salesman wouldn’t even negotiate on the price. He made it seem like a “take it or leave it” deal. It was a huge disappointment after driving 2 hours away to come look at the car. If it had only been the scratches, I would agree that the asking price was reasonable, but there was a lot of other things that was wrong with it.
